Watermans' skill and quality have been outstanding in the two sewing jobs they have done for me. The first was relining my wife's fine-wool dressing gown. They chose the lining and the garment came back as good as new. This gave us the confidence to ask them to make a bespoke removeable cover for a very, very big cushion, using fabric we provided. We were delighted with the result. We would certainly go back to Watermans with any sewing needs. We have used them for dry cleaning for years.

I recently used Watermans for an alteration. I actually wanted a zip put into a Barbour tote bag which was an unusual request I think. But the lovely Moonie who’s motto must be ‘anything is possible’ talked me through potential solutions - it was quite tricky as there were pockets, sleeves and handles in the way. Anyway - long and short I had fabulous, reasonably priced service, by good people. I will never go else where again.
Really disappointed with the service. My first and last time going here. Brought in two expensive dresses to have dry cleaned, one of them came back clean and perfect, the second dress came back with more marks than when I dropped it in. There’s dirt on the back of the dress around the zip, and the fake tan marks haven’t been cleaned when I specifically requested the fake tan marks to be cleaned. Never had any issues previously getting fake tan out of dresses! And it’s not a different type of tan either. Won’t be returning.
Amazing service of dry cleaning my daughter's wedding dresses. Both dresses look brand new. The evening dress had beaded strands as a back detail and these were taken off and v then sewed back on again after the dry cleaning process. They even carried the dresses to my car for me. Would definitely use again and 5 stars are not enough

Great service, the tailor did a fantastic job of altering my raincoat I was really pleased with the finished item it now fits perfectly. I highly recommend this shop for a very prompt and thoroughly professional service, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again they are the best in Banstead.

I could not rate this dry cleaners and tailors more highly! I went in and the Tailor took so much time and effort. We returned later for him to make the final fittings and add a couple of additional changes. He has made the most amazing job of this dress and the staff in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful! I would recommend them to anyone if I need anything else done in the future I would definitely go to Watermans!
Put in a pair of very dirty 20 year old curtains. Back in a week looking like new. Good value.... two lined curtains, each 3m x 2m, cost just under £60.
