I have had lots of other different cleaning company’s come and clean my big house and this is by far the best company I have had come and clean my house very friendly and reliable and does 100% the best clean I have had done so will definitely be asking them to come and do a regular clean for me 10* thank you
Started off well, but gradually got worse. After the last clean, bathroom wasn't cleaned, kitchen surfaces weren't wiped, blinds not cleaned for weeks, floor filthy (still had shreddies under the sofa). No response to my complaint and request to cancel all future cleans and refunds for insufficient clean and money taken over Christmas period for a clean that didn't happen. Presume small claims court will be the next step.
I have been using Bright and Beautiful Banstead for a weekly clean and occasional deep clean (after having work done in the house) for the last 12 years and have been extremely pleased with the service they have provided. Additionally having a team means I can always rely on them to turn up, which was not my experience with individual cleaners. As I’m now semi-retired I’ve given up the weekly clean, but will definitely call on Bright and Beautiful if I need a deep clean/ spring clean in the future. I would happily recommend the team if you are looking for a thorough, friendly and efficient service.
My son first booked Bright and Beautiful for a deep clean when I was unwell and not able to clean the house myself. We were both delighted with the service we received and they have now been coming to me once a month for a year. I would highly recommend them. Emily has been very efficient, helpful and friendly., and the team who come to me are friendly, professional and very hard working. Nothing is too much trouble . They are very kind and understanding. I employed the team after the lockdown, as my elderly father had become incapable of looking after his house. I have been pleasantly surprised by the understanding way the team treat my dad, as he can be a little awkward! They turn up on time, and are always polite and take into consideration the difficulties of an elderly and confused man, taking their time to make sure he is comfortable with everything they are doing. Do not go near this company. We have had just an awful experience with them. No care whatsoever, we had multiple items broken, service was always rushed and careless. Despite clear instructions they were rarely followed, clothes shrunk. Just really horrible and shoddy.
Jenny and her team have been cleaning my house for the past few months and I am so impressed with the service. They are always reliable (which has been an issue with all other cleaning companies I have used), punctual, respectful of all our belongings and the house is always sparkling clean! Julie and her team from B&B Banstead have been cleaning our house weekly for more than a year. We've been really impressed - they've never once cancelled (a problem we had with our previous suppliers), they do exactly what they promise to do and they even help out with extra chores such as the ironing after holidays. They work quickly and professionally, and it's always lovely finding the bathroom towels folded the way they do in hotels. An added luxury! A big thank you to Julie and her colleagues.
