Luke was great to deal with, he was able to come over between jobs for a quote and then complete the job there and then, all done within an hour. He is super knowledgeable, professional and tidy. He removed a number of annoying trees in the back garden, trimmed & shaped my hedge (I’ve not had another gardener do as good a job) and cut back an overgrown tree at the front. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Luke and his family did a great job in my Mums garden removing huge trees. They worked non stop and didn’t even want a drink. It was a massive job and they managed to get through it within the day. Very professional company and polite. Luke is a man of his word and rectified a small problem we had with a couple of tree stumps that needed removing.. I had some overhanging and invasive branches removed from a mix of trees. The work was completed efficiently and the garden was left tidy. Luke and Jimmy were very friendly, approachable, and professional throughout, and the quality of the work was good. I did accept the quoted price, however given the short time taken and the fact the work did not involve any particularly high-risk or complex tree surgery, I did not feel the cost was fully justified. That said, they were able to carry out the work immediately, which was convenient. Overall, a reliable service and I would consider using them again.
Luke arrived to deliver the quote on time, he was very good at explaining the work required. Then came back a few days later and got the whole job done in an afternoon (removed 4 trees and trimmed down a few more). Very happy with the work, excellent communication and a good price.

Just finished crown reduction of my conifer and juniper at my backyard. Mr. Winter did give a full explanation of the whole process in regards to the healthy growth of my trees. He did an outstanding tree services. 8 weeks later, he came again to do some shaping of my conifer. Good after sales service indeed! Without hesitation, I recommend this tree surgeon.

Recently, and very reluctantly, had a beautiful large cherry tree removed from the back garden as it had grown far too big and was blocking out light and the roots would have proved damaging in the near future. I also had a wild sown tree removed, plus some additional minor work. From the start, the communication was highly effective and courteous - you can actually speak with them on the telephone, (an increasingly rare phenomena in these strange days of the ‘social media zombies’), as well as texting, if you prefer. No money was required to be paid up front but with, quite reasonably, an expectation that payment be made promptly upon satisfactory completion of the work. The job was, indeed, highly satisfactory. All the debris was removed. A full receipt for the payment was promptly issued via email. I highly recommend L Winter Tree Services and will certainly request their services again in the future, if necessary.

Great Price and Great Work The guys were so efficient and cleared up after themselves which was great. They have even left us a good bunch of logs for our log burners! What can I say. Amazing service. We had a Cherry Tree with trunk rot. Got a quote from the guys and was advised to take it down. They would've done anything to save the tree but it was to far gone. Put me at ease straight away. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Left me with the price and information. I booked in and they turned up as scheduled. Within two hours the tree was removed chipped and garden swept up. I had a cheaper quote but put simply didn't trust the guy. The tree was very close to our shed and fence panels and I needed to know it would be done safely and was fully insured. I would highly recommend this company if you want any work doing.

Called this company after keeping a leaflet they had posted through my letterbox last year. I'm very glad I did. I phoned on Wednesday and they came round today. They are currently doing the job as I type. I have a problematic budlias that grow out of a wall, overhanging water, and these guys accepted the challenge to remove them as I can no longer tame them with my hands being bad. They also topped two conifers, and removed and eco plugged another budlia and a few other bits & bobs. Fantastic service by polite and knowledgeable company. All debris removed and shredded.
