Was sad to lose the tree but couldn’t be happier with the service. Communication before and throughout was great and the team that turned up to remove the large tree were super. Answered all my questions, were friendly, professional, their expertise was very apparent and they were efficient. Careful of my property and other garden items and no mess afterwards. Can’t recommend them highly enough. The price was good too. I don’t usually bother with reviews but feel they warranted praising. It was a difficult and sad day for me to lose the tree but they made it less so.

In response to my query left on their website, this company responded promptly with clear and professional communication. Our hedge was cut the next day, all debris removed and the site left clean and tidy. The team were all very pleasant and easy to deal with from start to finish.

I had three decent size tree stumps removed from my front garden with minimum of fuss and maximum results. I can now re plant in these areas and have some really good mulch left over to use around the rest of the garden.

An excellent experience from start to finish, they were clean and tidy in their work and left the site clear of any debris,. We got a quotation within 2 days of making an enquiry, with a video supplied by us.They remove 2 old Lleylandii and the top 12 metres off a pine tree that had been neglected by the previous owners of the house and we thought it might be dangerous to leave it. They reassured us the tree was safe. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

The experience with the team was fantastic from start to finish. We sent over an annotated image of the tree including the boughs we wanted removing. We were given a quote within 24 hours and a time was scheduled based on my availability. On the day, the team worked quickly and efficiently and took care to not damage any surrounding fences, flowers and play equipment. The tree was trimmed to a high standard and all waste was removed from the property. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again

AVOID! The last thing that I wanted to do was to leave a negative review, but after weeks of trying to sort this out I was left with no option and I wanted to warn others! I wanted to provide the following friendly advice: This company is known by different names, so please do your research - I couldn’t find the business premises, so please arrange a visit before you instruct them because if things go wrong you will struggle finding someone to help you sort it out! If damage is caused please take photos! If you don’t they will deny it and you will be held liable for damage caused to neighbouring property. Please check they have pubic liability insurance - don’t trust that they have like we did. They don’t have any process in place should you wish to complain nor will they allow you to speak to the owner - be aware! Everyone is trying their best to earn a living, but it shouldn’t be at someone else’s expense.

We had our apple tree trimmed this week. They guys were brilliant and did a great job despite the horrific torrential rain and flooding in garden. They left everything tidy and no damage. Would definitely recommend.
