Great clinic, been seeing Nicole for over 5yrs now whenever my back goes and she usually has me fixed within one or two sessions for a recurring issue I have with my lower back. I have a history of back issues and had an op 14yrs ago, have seen many specialists in my time but honestly wouldn’t go elsewhere now unless I absolutely had too! Highly recommended.
I have regular chiropody and occasional physio treatments here. Staff are always welcoming and happy to conduct treatments with a friendly chat if you wish. At the same time totally professional in every way. I can strongly recommend Bodyfix

The Osteopath Andrew Graham has been treating me for various painful conditions. He has been successful particularly improving my shoulder movement and neck pain. He is very polite and professional. Sue Mullen, the chiropodist, has been taking care of my feet for some time. She cuts my nails and prevents hard skin building up. I am very pleased with her work and professional approach. The receptionist Mandy takes care to ensure that my appointments are convenient for me. If I am seeing 2 practitioners she makes appointments close together so I don’t waste time going back and forth. She is very friendly and efficient. I am lucky to have Bodyfix clinic so near to where I live.
I have had 2 Oesteopath treatments with Lisa and what a difference. The constant pain in my neck/shoulder blade area has dramatically improved. Lisa listened carefully to my problem before commencing any treatment and I have been given great exercises to aid with improvement. Highly recommend Lisa

I have never had accupuncture before, so was a little nervous booking in with Sinsook at Bodyfix. However she was lovely and the whole experience was very calm and relaxing. Sinsook took time to really listen. Apart from my worries with insomnia she also help me with a gut problem and is very knowledgeable on nutrition. She advised dietary adjustments which has given me so much gut comfort ever since. The accupuncture was a painless and incredibly relaxing experience. Thank you Sinsook

I’d been struggling with terrible shoulder pain for over a month—so bad that I couldn’t even train properly at the gym. Exercises like shoulder presses were completely off the table, and I kept hoping the pain would just pass on its own. Unfortunately, it only got worse. Eventually, I decided to book a session sports massage at Bodyfix Clinic, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt well looked after. The therapist took the time to understand where the pain was coming from and tailored the treatment specifically to target the issue. It wasn’t just a generic massage—they clearly knew what they were doing. To my surprise, the results were immediate. By the end of the session, the pain had significantly reduced, I honestly didn’t expect such a fast turnaround after weeks of discomfort. I highly recommend it. :)
I had a mummy MOT and follow up appointments to work on pelvic floor recovery with Eleanor, both of which were excellent. Eleanor was super knowledgeable and gave me all the tools I needed to work through things, which made a massive difference to how I was feeling and recovering post-birth.

We needed a trusted and experienced pediatric osteopath for our young baby and we are just so happy to have found Eleanor, she's really good! Our little boy had stiffness in his neck since birth and didn't want to turn his head to the right at all, he also had stiffness in his jaw, slept with his mouth open and had some colic too, but after a few sessions with Eleanor he's a different baby! It is lovely to see his progress and how happy and content he is now, we are so very grateful! Highly recommend!

Eleanor is simply incredible and a true expert. She’s supported me during pregnancy with managing pelvic pain and post pregnancy with Mummy MOT. She’s done amazing cranial osteo work with my newborn son to release neck tension due to a tongue tie and give him more range of movement- she’s made a huge difference. I really enjoy our sessions and always value her input and practical advice- hugely recommend her and Bodyfix.

I have been living with lower back pain for a number of years but last 18 months have been the worse due to an injury. I was unable to continue with sports and more so play with my children. I have seen many Osteopath’s and Chiropractors but each of them relieved the pain but provided me with the tools to maintain or provide exercises to get stronger. I went to bodyfix and was very lucky to have Eleanor as my Osteopath. In the first session not o my did she treat me and relived the pain but also gave me several exercises to help me get stronger; by the second visit I was feeling much better. I believe I have only seen Eleanor 5 times and I am feeling so much stronger and able to move without pain. She found the root cause very quickly which enabled her to treat me and provide me with daily exercises, which are helping me so much. Waking up without back or glute pain is amazing because it was a struggle to get out of bed. Eleanor is very polite, professional and excellent at her job. I would highly recommend Eleanor to anyone who requires their ‘Body Fixed’ :)
When my longstanding osteopath retired, I was sure that I would find it very difficult to find someone to replace him. BodyFix was recommended by a friend who also has had back problems for many decades. When I first saw Eleanor, my back was having one of its “episodes”. At the initial consultation Eleanor spent a long time listening to my history and examining me. Treatment started a couple of days later and continued weekly for a few months. Eleanor always let me decide when I wanted to come back, there was no pushing to return. As well as looking at and treating my back, Eleanor was also aware if there were other issues and her treatment was always pertinent to how I was on that day and never by rote. Not only does Eleanor treat the body she has also really helped with my approach to dealing with my back. She has given me confidence to pick up the back strengthening and mobilising exercises that I had feared to resume. She has also showed me other exercises that I would have not wanted to consider a year ago. I now have a leg problem – which currently she cannot treat - and she is helping me manage that along with my back. Eight months later my back is in a very much better place than it has been for a long time and I don’t need to see her nearly as much. Eleanor has given me the confidence to try new exercises and to consider doing things that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do again. Finding the right osteopath is a very personal thing. What works for one person won’t work for another but Eleanor’s style of treatment and whole person approach suits me down to the ground and has brought about the right results.
I booked an emergency appointment with Vanessa on a Saturday morning.. I was in agony with my back. I’ve had three sessions with her in the first week and what a difference! I could walk and sit without excruciating pain. Vanessa is attentive, concerned, listens to everything and so very professional. She has managed my issue brilliantly and I can highly recommend her and the clinic.
Eleanor was recommended to me by a friend who had seen her. I am so glad I went and saw her. Suffering from lower back ache and sciatic pain on left side of my leg. She treated that and neck and overall my whole body. I feel so much better and will still continue to see her . I would definitely recommend Eleanor.
I was treated by Andy on both my jaw & neck, in order to alleviate my migraines. Andy is very professional & skilled. He was able to put my jaw back into place & stop it from clicking. He also worked on aligning my neck in order to ease my migraines. The treatment has been amazing. I have not had any further migraines since treatment & my jaw is no longer clicking every time I eat. I can wholly recommend him.
Awful ‘sports massage’ by a clearly inexperienced and new therapist. Felt like seeing a student and as a client I shouldn’t have to worry that she knows what she’s doing. I had to ask what she was doing and recommend using pressure. Left bitterly disappointed in the service and in the same pain I attended with. The therapist sarcastically told me to have a nice weekend as I left. Waiting to speak to the owner and give him feedback if wanted. Will not recommend or revisit!

Just had a follow-up session with Kash for neck and shoulder pain. I immediately felt much more supple with improved movement. I can’t recommend Kash more highly, he is very professional and puts you at ease, explaining what he is doing and why. Whether it has been osteopathy, acupuncture and deep tissue work on shoulders and back from Andy Graham, sports massage from Louise Acher or getting my feet in prime condition for hiking from Sue Mullen, the service and the long-term advice provided has been of the very highest quality. It's no understatement to say that their efforts have improved my wellbeing and quality of life! Their professionalism, customer care and work ethic is second to none!
Andy at Bodyfix has been my osteopath for a number of years - I have complete trust and confidence in him. As well as regular routine treatments which keep me in check, Andy has also overseen my recovery from various sporting injuries. Indeed, if it weren't for Andy I think I would have had to hang up my football boots long before now!
Great service It was easy to book using the website, the staff were all polite and friendly when i arrived. I had a 60 minute sports massage and the therapist was great, she knew exactly what she was doing and greatly relieved my sore and tense back issues. I would definitely recommend this place.

After having a problem with my knee for a couple of months I took the plunge and booked an appointment with Stuart at Bodyfix. Best thing I’ve done as after only 3 weekly appointments of massage, manipulations and acupuncture it is 100% better and I’m pain free. Would highly recommend - thank you.

I've always been put off going to specialist places like BodyFix Clinic due to their prices and how often they require treatment, but I'll tell you what, BodyFix Clinic is the complete opposite of that. BodyFix Clinic is an extremely clean and covid-19 safe business and offers amazing choices to help you find what you're looking for. If you are a new client, they offer a free 15 minute consultation to find out what practice is the most suitable for your problems. I've been having back and neck stiffness so Andrew Graham recommended to look at my posture and help provide treatments to fix my posture. The pricing scheme for their practices is £65 for first visit with clients and then £48 per visit after that, which is quite fair considering some of the bigger chains charge a lot more. They then provide you with treatments that you can carry out at home and you can choose when your next appointment would be, no pressure for immediate bookings. The staff are extremely polite and chatty (what we need these days!) And they make you feel welcomed when you arrive. I would highly recommend going BodyFix Clinic if you are having questions about pains or discomfort in your body and wants a professional to have a look.

Nicole works magic! I've been using BodyFix for a few years now - I'm prone to neck and back issues and each time I have an episode that is not clearing by itself Nicole does a treatment that reduces my pain and prompts a quick recovery. Very experienced, professional, friendly and great to have the option of online booking. Have also taken my children to Bodyfix for treatment when muscle tightness caused by rapid growth spurts has caused them issues. Highly recommend BodyFix!
I called at short noticed and they managed to book me in the same day as I was in a lot of pain with my back. Body fix were able to relief my pain straight away. I went back for a check up the following week and they confirmed everything was okay. Good, fast and reliable service.

I was in a lot of pain with tendinitis and pain in my feet when I first saw Stuart and over a short period of time he has helped me a lot with massage and exercises which have helped to relieve it. I would thoroughly recommend Stuart and will certainly go back and see him again for treatment.

I saw Stuart Calnan, Osteopath on several occasions for treatment to my shoulder which has a chronic long term rotator cuff injury. The treatment was excellent and the condition is much relieved, Stuart was very competent and personable. I am bound to aggravate this condition in the future so will be back for more maintenance.

Originally recommended to me by a post heart operation cardio trainer. I Used to travel to Sutton for treatment before this clinic was opened, so thrilled to bits when Nicole opened this clinic in Stoneleigh. She has looked after my back and knee problems when they flares up for a number of years. She jointly owns the clinic and has set a high professional standard of care, expertise, advice and service. A huge benefit to Stoneleigh in my opinion.
I went to Bodyfix as my hip had spasmed and I could hardly walk. I suffer with osteo arthritis in my hips anyway, and the advice and help Nicole has given me has been so valuable. She got me walking pain free again and has been excellent at allaying any worries or fears I’ve had. I cannot recommend Bodyfix highly enough!
I went to Bodyfix after the pain in the underneath of my left buttock was not getting diagnosed correctly by NHS physios who I was seeing from the doctor. Nicole was really professional and quickly diagnosed that it was my back causing the pain. After trying out different physio exercises and massage Nicole realised I needed an ultrasound and wrote a letter to my GP to help me to get one. After this I ended up having back surgery quite quickly and since surgery have returned to bodyfix for my rehabilitation. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. All of the staff there are really friendly and without the expert advice and physio from Nicole I may still be in a lot worse pain now. Thank you 😀
I have been seeing Nicole at Bodyfix for a few years to treat my chronic neck and shoulder injury. I always feel like she listens to me, takes onboard advise I feedback from NHS physio and advises me on lifestyle changes to help manage my pain. Her techniques make my pain and movement much better and she reduces the frequency of visits when she sees improvement. I never feel like she encourages more visits to get the money, which I have found some other private services do. She has a holistic approach and offers practical solutions. I feel like Nicole has taken the time to get to know me and my situation and tailors her advise to what I say. She actually listens to me rather than putting me in the general neck/shoulder category, which I feel some of the other services I have used elsewhere have done. Her notes are accurate as she always accurately reflects back to me my previous sessions when I see her. A real personal care service and I would not hesitate to recommend her. My husband and mother in law have also used bodyfix osteopath services. Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. An overall very efficient and caring service!
Nicole in all years she has been treating my arthritis in my various joints very understanding of my condition and knowledgeable. She is always available for advice even during the recent lockdown. The clinic is very welcoming experience. I wouldn't trust any other clinic to deal with health conditions. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone with health issues especially bone, muscle or joint injury or problems.

Andy is without a doubt the most incredible "bodyfixer" I have ever come across! I went to him having been to several osteopaths to try to fix my extremely painful, and worsening "frozen" neck and shoulders. I was living with pain daily and just accepted I would have to live with it. A client told me about Andy and how he had fixed her bad back problem. The rest is history. Within one session I was feeling 95% better. After 2 sessions Andy confirmed I was almost cured. My pain minimum. In addition, my left leg which I just thought was naturally approx 1.5cm shorter than the other magically sorted out, my pelvis aligned and I feel like a new person I can 100% recommend Andy. I can’t recommend Bodyix enough, I have used their sports massage and women’s health physio services (Lisa) and have received excellent care and service. More recently, I managed to badly hurt my knee whilst out running I was in a lot of pain and hopeful that a trip to A&E wasn’t required and rang up Bodyix. Andrew called me back once he had finished with a client and was waiting at the door mask and gloves ready and came out to the car to assess my knee. I did go to A&E but I was very grateful for the clinic taking my call and reacting so quickly. They were fabulous. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Bodyfix Clinic. I went to see them about 2 weeks ago for lower back and hip pain. Grant has been brilliant, my hip pain has significantly reduced with no more shooting pains and my lower back pain is definitely easing up. They have given me exercises to do and recommended the type of gym classes which would be best for me. From the reception staff to the therapists everyone is really friendly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
I had been having a lot of pain in my shoulder after falling over whilst skiing in February. It was painful to raise my arm above my head. I eventually had big pain and I was recommended to see an Osteopath at BodyFix. They asked me questions about my injury, then did some examinations and gave me treatment. I was surprised how much better I felt after the first session. I will definitely contact them next time I am back in the UK.

I sprained my ankle while travelling in Europe and was in a bind to find help quickly for a fast recovery so I could enjoy my trip to the fullest without disruption or causing further injury to my ankle and possible long term complications. My local friend recommended Bodyfix Clinic and I am so grateful for the care I received from Andy! The clinic went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice. Andy was professional and knowledgeable. He provided a thorough examination and treatment including passive mobilization and ultrasound to reduce the acute swelling from a high ankle sprain. He also taped my ankle to provide stabilization and decrease pain recognizing that I had a lot of walking to do if I didn’t want to miss out on my trip. He provided excellent anticipatory advice for ongoing management including icing/elevation and strategies I could use to heal as quickly as possible so as to not miss out on my once in a lifetime trip to Iceland that would include a lot of hiking. I would highly recommend Andy and Bodyfix Clinic, it was worth the trip out from central London!

I had a recurrence of a back problem which I felt necessary to get checked out by someone more qualified than YouTube. Nicole quickly diagnosed problem and with the correct treatments and stretching exercises sent me on my way, with significantly better mobility. It is easy to park, with plenty of residential roads nearby.
I had a consultation with Andy and the service I received far exceeded any treatment I have had with Osteopaths/Chiropractors in the past. Would highly recommend Body Fix. I was in a lot of pain and with my neck and shoulders after a few sessions felt so much better and not in need of pain killers. Was also promptly sent stretching exercises and was given lots of advice/recommendations regarding my health condition. Also, my mother went to Andy for rehabilitation advice/treatment after a hip op and this gave her the positivity and momentum to carry on and make a remarkable recovery. Great advice and exercises to complete for her too. Very friendly and professional. Cannot recommend them enough.
I had a ‘Mummy MOT’ with Lisa this morning and I would really recommend it for any mums looking to get back into shape. After discussing my history she gave me a full assessment and gave me some exercises to do at home that were tailored to me. As a mum to a 3 year old and a 3 month old, it was also great to have some ‘me’ time and concentrate on my recovery!!! Lisa was absolutely fantastic and I’m looking forward to my return visit to the Bodyfix clinic in a few weeks’ time!
I had a diagnostic ultrasound scan of the shoulder carried out by BodyFix which was very straight forward and carried out very professionally. Highly recommend.
Went to Body Fix with a bad back that had been troubling me for months. I saw Andrew who was incredibly professional and after an assessment established what was causing me the problem. I was even given an exercise plan to carry out at home. Great service and would highly recommend.
