Did a great job with my monster of a hedge, definitely coming back when it needs taming again!
I’ve used Monster Tree a number of times now, and honestly, they never disappoint. They turn up exactly when they say they will — usually bright and early, looking far more awake than any normal human should — and then they work like absolute troopers until the job is done. They’re so tidy it’s almost suspicious. The only way you know they’ve been is the dramatic disappearance of overhanging branches, the once‑feral hedges suddenly looking respectable, and the general vanishing act of all the unruly foliage that had been plotting a coup in the garden. It’s like they restore order with chainsaws and charm. If you need your garden whipped back into shape, your hedges reminded of their manners, or your trees gently told who’s boss, I’d absolutely recommend them. Reliable, hardworking, and genuinely nice guys — the sort you’d happily let loose on your greenery again and again.
Really impressed with Monster Tree Services. They outquoted the competition, Ross has a great knowledge of trees and helped us get to a position that we were super happy with. The best thing? Didn't even have to ask about keeping it tidy at the end of the job. Everything was spotless evben though there had been a wood chipper. Couldn't recomment more highly.
Excellent service when I have used them for both hedge cutting and trimming of large trees at rear of property. Always leaves things clean and tidy.
I would like to thank Ross and his team for their excellent service at my home property when they worked on 10 mature beeches and removed an elm tree with dieback all in accordance with received planning permission from BDBC Council. This was a difficult exacting pieced of work and was carried out in a very professional way on time and within the fee quoted. I totally commend Ross and his team for their excellent service way the left the site tidy each day and dealt with my neighbours in a sympathetic and courteous way throughout. I have used Monster Tree Services in the past for hedge cutting but this was a far more complicated job and carried out to my total satisfaction. I would happily use Monster Tree services in the future and thank them for their professional work

Great service. Came when promised. Carried out tree crowning and shaping of large Oak and tree reduction and shaping of Hawthorne. Tidied up wonderfully afterwards. Only negative was the price but then I had agreed it!

This is the second time I have used Ross and his team. They all worked well grinding the stumps in my garden before a new fence went up. They left my muddy garden tidier than it was when they arrived and all the rubbish was removed. 100% recommended For a third time Monster have completed another great job clearing some old shrubs and pollarding a huge apple tree. Clean tidy chaps in logo t shirts and safety trousers. Look very professional and do the job to match them. Garden left very clean and tidy. I can’t recommend them enough. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Monster Tree Services always do an excellent job cutting back hedges and trees in my garden for over the last 10 years. Ross gives good advice and listens to my instructions so my garden looks just as I want it. He works hard and charges a fair price . All very professional done.

We engaged Monster Tree Services to undertake work for us on a large garden that had been left for months unattended. Ross met with us, discussed what needed doing and nothing was too much trouble to undertake. On the planned day to carry out the work, Ross and his team arrived early and worked tirelessly to complete the job. The transformation of the garden was amazing. Everything was cleared and taken away also! The lads were polite, respectful of our property and checked that the work was exactly what we wanted. 5* service We would definitely recommend Monster Tree Services to anyone wanting any garden work completed.

10/10 service from Ross and the team. They assessed the job, gave a very reasonable quote, and listened closely to what we wanted - trimming back some overgrown trees in a small, suburban garden. They arrived when they said they would, checked in with us to make sure everything was understood before they started, and carried out the work conscientiously and carefully, even keeping in mind how the new shape of the trees would blend with those of the gardens either side as well so it didn't look out of place or silly. They were very courteous, cleared up beautifully, and even left other parts of the garden looking better than they looked before they arrived! Very happy customers and would recommend their services.
Fantastic response from Ross and the team after our tree went into the neighbours garden during a storm. Super busy time for them but they were able to get out to us and clear away the bulk and make the tree safe.

We had a troublesome tree threatening to do some serious damage to our roof..... especially as the weather is turning for the worst. Ross and Team responded quickly, and in the minimum time - the tree was addressed and the after clean up was fantastic. The Team are particular about details - " A Clean Site is a Safe Site". Just wonderful. The Team are First Class..... Happy, Cheerful and Hard Working - great Customer Care. I shall be using their services again come the Spring and look forward to it. Excellent service from Ross and his team. Clearing branches from around a telephone line, trimming back a Yew tree and shaping it, and finally reducing the height of a very large Sycamore hedge, making it manageable again. All of the cuttings removed and the whole area left neat and tidy. Will definitely use Ross again.
Did top job cutting down our dying tree, showed great patience when helping various people who wanted various bits of it for carpentry, and even came back to re-grind the stump to about 1m below the initial soil level - much appreciated, couldn't recommend higher.
