Went in during the heatwave looking for some tiles that my cat could lay on so it would help cool him down slightly compared to the carpets I have in my house. Unfortunately I didn’t get the man’s name that was working but he found the perfect tile that was big enough for my cat to sprawl out on! I wasn’t sure what I was specifically looking for but he picked out the perfect one that was glossy so it was more cold to the touch, made sure the size was big enough for my cat to lay on but to also put in my freezer to make it colder if needed and although it was extremely hot with nothing to help cool down the store or him the man was extremely helpful, quick at getting what I needed and showed so much kindness! Very happy with the service I received, thank you☺️

Initially I spoke with Emm enquiring if the tiles I required were in stock. Emm kindly searched confirming the amount I required were in stock. Emm very kindly arranged a message telling her colleagues I would be collecting them later that afternoon. On my arrival the Manager Mark offered and did place the 12 packs of tiles 600 x 600 into my car. His other colleague I believe called Carla assisted me with searching for other tiles. Mark, Emm and Carla were extremely friendly and helpful. Full marks to all. 😊 I thoroughly recommend Topps Tiles at Winnal Winchester. Many thanks

I received excellent help from Darius on Saturday 4th October, I was looking generally and he came to see if he could help, I explained what I was looking for and he showed me good, relevant products, he then explained the samples system and got me some samples which I could review at home - I’ll be back to purchase the tiles I need. Good choice in tiles, the team were very helpful giving advice on tiles, trim and grout. The tiles we wanted were out of stock in the warehouse but the team arranged a stock transfer and we got exactly what we wanted. We returned unused tiles and the process was simple. Just wanted to share the excellent customer service I’ve just experienced at Winchester Topps Tiles. Shop Manager Mark went over and above to source some tiles I needed for a tricky repair in my en-suite. Mark then offered to cut the tiles to fit. So helpful and accommodating 🤩

We first visited the Topps Tiles in Chichester where the customer advisor was really helpful and where we purchased a couple of samples. A few days later we ordered the ones we liked from the Winchester branch and they were available to collect just few days later. The staff in the Winchester branch were really helpful and were able to answer all the questions we had.

Over the past few weeks we have been in this branch trying to choose tiles for our new kitchen.We have found all of the staff to be extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.Today we finally chose and paid for our tiles of choice and was served by Darius.We have found him both very helpful with his suggestions and polite and a superb salesman.Would not hesitate in recommending this store.

I have been using Topp Tiles Winchester Branch for a number of years . We have purchased tiles for Kitchen, two Bathrooms and downstairs loo. The staff have been excellent, Mike and Ben amongst others have always been helpful, professional in their dealings with us. We found pricing to be competitive, and a good range of stock, they have never let's us down. Highly recommended !
I didn't buy anything from Topps as we weren't able to just look without members of staff coming and asking all sorts of questions every few seconds. I appreciate they want to make a sale, but it felt far too pushy. As a result, we went elsewhere
