This is our 'go to' place for anything tiling related. They have a massive selection of tiles and their knowledge is extensive. We renovated our property 12 years ago and bought all of our porcelain tiles here. It was a sizable order and Lawrence and Karen were superb in making sure everything went smoothly with regards to costings and very prompt delivery. Now we are tiling our porch and they have both been very helpful with allowing us to borrow tile sample boards and coming up with great design suggestions. Also, if you need a recommendation for a quality tiler they can provide their details. All-in-all great old-fashioned service delivered with a smile. Keep up the great work. Extremely helpful when searching for a few replacement tiles that had been broken. As the old tiles were about 10 years old I didn't hold out much hope, but I was wrong! Managed to get some the same colour with just a slight difference in pattern. You would have to look hard to notice. Recommend this store and staff 5 out of 5!!

This has always been the best tiling shop in Bournemouth and probably always will be. Suggest that you disregard the review from someone on returns policy, as Tiegla always go the extra mile to help customers get the right quantity, and it’s best to be slightly over than under on a tiling job especially if you have trade involved and need not to waste their time. The shops are a lovely rabbit warren of choice and over the years I have spent many happy hours selecting considered choices.

Having recently purchased tiles from this shop we were pleased with the initial help we were given in choosing and gave the dimensions of the area to be covered. The amount of tiles requested was disputed by my husband but we were assured that we needed more than he had worked out.Having completed the work we had 25% of the order (a complete box] over and attempted to return them for a refund as it was within the allotted 3 weeks documented on their receipt only to be told we would have to pay carriage which would probably cost more than the box of tiles and cost us extra in postage. On this occasion we were very unhappy with their response. We have purchased tiles from there many times as we like to support local businesses but as a consequence will not be using this shop again and will not be recommending them to our friends or family.

Ordered tiles for bathroom refurbishment. Great advice. I got quantities wrong and they managed to turn around the extra tiles in one day - they pulled out all stops. Really appreciated and great service.
I needed to match some floor tiles following some work in the bathroom, size was more important than colour as they had to fit in with the existing tiles. The staff were very helpful, making a great effort to match the tile I had as the size and thickness of my tiles is no longer made. Eventually we found some that matched in size and were acceptably close in colour. Thanks guys for taking the time to find exactly what I needed, even though it meant hunting high & low to get a match. Great service.
Great range of tiles and the service excellent. I was surprised at how competitive their prices are. Karen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It was so nice to actually have someone who knows what they're talking about. They certainly have my custom. Highly recommended
