First class service for a first class bathroom. Our original bathroom was poorly fitted and has given us years of frustration, so we were determined not to have any repeat disappointments. Fortunately, the whole process, from choosing what we want to the actual install has been easy and trouble free. All the Complete Bathrooms team, from showroom to installers, were friendly, helpful and thoughtful throughout. We've now got an outstanding bathroom and couldn't be happier. Karl, Zoe and the team renovated our en suite. Taking out the old one and fitting a new shower, vanity unit toilet along with all the tiling. The work was completed within the week and to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who would be considering similar work

Karl & his team recently upgraded my bathroom by removing existing bath & replacing it with new shower tray, glass screen, new vanity unit, extractor, aqualisa quartz shower (which is superb) & completed some tiling to match existing. The work was carried very professionally with the team checking frequently to confirm that I was happy with positioning of components. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone considering an upgrade

We were absolutely delighted with our bathroom renovation from start to finish. The Totton showroom stood out immediately compared to others. Mary's expertise proved invaluable - without her guidance, we would have made some questionable design choices (we were initially drawn to black units and square taps that wouldn't have worked well). The quoting process with Zoe was straightforward and easy to understand, with no hidden surprises. Once we committed, work started and finished exactly as promised. Karls's team was absolutely brilliant throughout the installation. They were professional and considerate. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really showed. We now have a sparkling main bathroom and a wonderful en-suite that exceeded our expectations. The transformation has been remarkable.
We went to complete bathrooms because they had very good reviews. We went to the shop and made an oppointment Karl Burnett came round to advise and measure up the bathroom Then we got a quote for the bathroom from Zoe Burnett that we were happy with. We went back to the shop and Mary was very helpful to advise us with the tiles and other bathroom options. Then we had the bathroom fitted by Karl and Damien very professionally friendly and polite Very pleased and would highly recommend complete bathrooms.
From initially talking to Karl, then visiting Mary at the showroom, Zoe via email and Brad & Damo doing the work, the whole experience has been exceptional.

We recently used Complete Bathrooms to refurbish our upstairs family bathroom and redecorate our downstairs cloakroom. This included having a new window installed in the bathroom as well. Karl and his team were absolute stars and we were really impressed with the finish. Throughout we were kept updated and they managed to exceed our expectations by getting our bathroom completed earlier than expected- very much appreciated as due to a leak we had been unable to use the shower. Whenever we had any questions, these were answered very quickly. Likewise, the couple of snagging issues we had were also resolved immediately and with no fuss whatsoever. The whole team were absolute professionals all the way through and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Finally I can’t write a review without mentioning Mary in the office, who is absolutely brilliant. She helped my wife and I through the initial design and was very patient with a few amendments we had to make. She also remembered the little details every time we spoke which added that extra personal touch.

After having two uninspiring plumbers in to give us a quote we were advised to try Karl and his team. How glad we were that we did. Karl came around and measured us for a new bathroom. We were then sent a price by Zoe which we accepted and drove down to the show room to choose the appliances. Mary gave us so many good ideas and Zoe kept us updated with the plans. In October -Karl arrived with Brad and Andy. Within minutes the bath and toilet were in the skip and work commenced. We were delighted with the speed and efficiency of the team. They were so unobtrusive and polite. Cleaned up after themselves Our bathroom is lovely and we want to thank everyone .

We are a small guest house and required extensive changes for two ensuites rooms. Mark from Acorn builders and Karl from complete bathrooms and their teams were very professional. Their work was of a very high standard and they were able to overcome problems that did arise from a very old house. We would gladly have them back again when we decide to work on other ensuites.
