Ralph and his team perform a great service . My two bedroom flat needed a deep clean for an emergency last minute let . The cleaning team arrived early and worked their magic through out the property . Everything was scrubbed clean inside and out including the windows etc. a great job done on the cooker , it looked brand new . As well as being hard workers they are kind and jovial people to spend a stressful day getting the job done . They finished bang on time and left the place as clean as a whistle . We would certainly use Ralph and his team again. Very personable, professional, punctual and trustworthy. The team were confronted with a particularly difficult cleaning task that they had not encountered before and in order not to damage any fragile surfaces they overcame this by working additional hours and thus ensured that the overall job was a complete success.

I received a cleaning service from RD Cleaning right before moving into my new home. Before agreeing to offer me their services, they asked me detailed questions on the phone to have a better idea of my flat and prepare themselves well for the cleaning day. On the cleaning day, the lady was here right on time, and completed the cleaning in 5-6 hours. I was very satisfied with the cleaning she did. I will definitely ask for their services again later on. Used this company for an end of tenancy clean and really glad I did. Ralph was extremely polite and helpful and between him and the girls did a fantastic job of my flat. After nearly five years with a single male occupant let’s just say some of the cleaning had been a tad neglected, the place now looks pretty much like it did when I first moved in. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again for another end of tenancy or just a general clean. 5*

We’ve been using RD Cleaning to do a weekly clean for the past 5 months. I’m always super happy with their service, the house looks amazing once they’re done! They’re flexible when I need to switch days or increase/decrease hours, and respond quickly to emails. I was a little apprehensive about getting a cleaner (our first time!) but am so pleased we have! They did an end of tenancy clean for us on a 3 bed bungalow. They were bang on time, left the place absolutely immaculate and were quite a bit cheaper than another company I contacted. Highly recommended!

I have been having cleaning services on a bi-weekly basis recently and am very impressed with Ralph and his team. They provide a thorough clean and are prompt on arrival and professional. The house is always sparkling when they leave- I would recommend!
Disgraceful business. We only used this company as our regular cleaners were fully booked and it was our busiest time of the year dealing with 100+ student changeovers. They did a below-average clean which the students reluctantly accepted, then invoiced us and almost immediately started aggressively chasing payment. They threatened legal action after a week and when we paid at the beginning of the following month - at the same time as we paid every other contractor - they demanded extra money for "legal fees", even after I told them I'd been dealing with an unexpected suicide! We work with hundreds of properties and strongly recommend that you do not use this cleaning company. There are loads of much better choices in Bournemouth.
RD Cleaning have been great, we use them regularly for our holiday let, sometimes 3 times in a week. The cleaners are always on time, provide a thorough cleaning service, housekeeping service and communication with them is always great. We can highly recommend them.

An absolute disgrace. Did not deliver the quoted clean and when question became verbally aggressive by text threatening to take legal action. Once I alerted him that he had no legal standing for his claims he began to threaten violence. Out of fear i paid the sum as he knows the address we live at. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. For anyone requiring proof I still have the text messages and will be keeping in case they need to be used as evidence should he follow through on said threats.
