Having got myself in a DIY pickle, Sarah came to my rescue! Called her on a Saturday afternoon and she came over within a few hours! Incredible service, great communication and clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. Very responsive to request to review issue with light in overhead extractor fan. Assessed and ascertained problem, agreed together that repair of fitting would be better for environment than replacement of whole unit. Arranged further appointment and fixed in good time. Sarah investigated a lighting fault caused by a careless workman who was fixing our flat roof. She soon discovered that the cable had been sawn through and bypassed it with a new cable. She also installed some new light fittings and security lights. A very thorough job.
