Solar Eco UK is praised for clear advice, transparent quotes and friendly, knowledgeable service from consultation through to installation. Customers commonly mention solar panels, batteries, inverters and off-grid systems, with work completed neatly, on time and with good communication. Their ongoing support also stands out, including help with existing systems, troubleshooting and aftercare without unnecessary extra charges.
Ross and his team installed a large solar panel arrray with battery, inverter and island mode switch so we could go off-grid totally if we ever needed to. Ross did not just tell me what I could have, he listened to what I wanted and gave me all the information I needed to know. He took the time do discuss the options and within an hour I had my quote (which was less than half the price of another competitor for the same equipment). I was jubious at first but then reading through the survey and quote, Ross had itemised all the parts and cost from his supplier, the cost of scaffold and labour for him and his team, and he stuck to it, bang on. Was really happy with the job they did and was also very happy with the way Ross was so transparent. All in all, I genuinely would not use anyone else now. The after care is also there for free, where others charge a monthly fee. I am just waiting for the certs to get my export MPAN, but this could be another 2 weeks yet. DNO dragging their heels and not Ross. Highly recommend Ross and his team. You will not be disappointed with the results. Thank you to you and your team.😁
We had our solar array installed by Ross and the team at Solar Eco UK and are more than happy with how the whole project went. The installation was completed on time and to quote — even after the solar panels were upgraded at no extra charge, which was a welcome bonus. Ross kept us informed throughout and made it clear we could call any time if we had questions or issues going forward. Good communication throughout. The team also cleaned up properly once the work was done, which is always appreciated. Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. We'd happily recommend Solar Eco UK to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Solar panels had recently stopped working. Were installed 11 years ago. Had a call to come and check them from Solar Eco. Gary came and diagnosed the problem as the inverter software needing to be updated. Ryan came the following week and installed the wireless gateway. After a couple of hours the lights came on. We now have working panels and an extended warranty and maintenance cover
Excellent work. Arrived on time and worked as promised. Probably not the cheapest but I was very happy to have them work on my solar panels.
Solar Eco installed 6 PV panels and removed one solar water heating panel. They were extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and made the process very easy.
From my first browser enquiry and response from Bark with a recommendation to contact Solar Eco UK I have received nothing but kindness and encouragement. The initial visit by Gary was informative and trouble free. Ross then came a few days later to check my system and take me through the procedures. Excellent service. The past three years of worry are ended. Many thanks.
Really impressed with the guys work; efficient, reliable and very neat.
Solar UK installed panels and batteries for our storage business, Ross was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and made the whole process extremely easy. Would definitely recommend.
Ross designed and installed our off grid system at our work premises. He proved to be easy to work with, excellent at communicating and good value. The initial installation went well, so well that we decided to increase the system and have had extra panels and inverters installed. Being off grid and running a business, we are heavily reliant on the system. Ross normally beats me in spotting any potential issues and has continued to support us, nearly 3 years after the first phase. I would 100% recommend Solar Eco to anyone who is thinking of getting solar panels installed. Thanks Ross
Excellent company to deal with, nothing was a problem from start to finish. Very happy with how neat the system looks including cabling ect. Battery tucked away neatly ( I didn’t want clutter all over ect) Already saving money and when I’m ready I’ll be calling them again to get them back for another battery to save even more money on my bills. My solar panel system is brilliant! I’m over the moon. Thank you Solar eco
Fantastic service, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Very knowledgeable and no issue was too much. We had a 12 panels installed along with batteries and have already seen huge savings in our electricity bill. Thank you Solar eco uk! We wish we’d found you sooner!
