Smarter Renewables Ltd is described by reviewers as a friendly and helpful firm, with several mentioning Lee by name for guiding them through solar panel and battery installations and for being easy to deal with. Customers report installations completed in one day, including panels, bird proofing and batteries, with scaffolding put up and taken down with minimal fuss. One reviewer had a leaking, noisy boiler fixed within ten minutes of calling, and another had a full boiler system replaced the same day. One reviewer mentions that a new battery design meant the electricians had to work to a changed setup on the day.

Really happy with the service from the team. They were clearly very experienced with solar installations and gave good advice throughout on the different options and features, without overcomplicating things. Lee in particular has been excellent. He has always been very responsive, helpful and easy to deal with, and his technical knowledge was impressive. With solar, getting the installation and system configuration right is critical to achieving the best performance, and Lee took the time to make sure everything from his team was installed as expected. Overall, a very professional and reliable company and I’d happily recommend them.

Was recommended to use Smarter Renewables. Gave them a call and Lee came out and went through our options. we then decided to go with 12 panels and 2 batteries. The day before install the scaffolder turned up and installed there scaffold front and rear. on the day of the instal the guys came and installed the panels they also installed bird proofing. the electricians turned up and got straight to work as this was a new design as the batteries had been updated. when the install was completed they showed me how to log in to the app and got that working as well. scaffolding came down again with minimal fuss. Lee kept in touch during all phases of the install and when complete applied for the DNO export. so I would recommend Smarter Renewables for any future works.
