Worst company I've dealt with. Was kept on the hook for a year when I applied for the ECO4 scheme which should have taken maximum 4-8 weeks I was told initially, passed along from one person to another and each time they told me they could do less and less for my property. Staff never returned my calls and when I did get through to a receptionist all the staff members I were looking for were conveniently out or on a call, didn't even have the guts to say to me they weren't going to do anything, just stopped contact entirely and left me to do the work myself. Would not recommend to anyone, if I could rate 0 I would

The engineers who came round to install my new storage heaters were very professional. They worked quickly, tidied up after themselves, then showed me how to programme the heaters.

Another cowboy out fit to add to the… Another cowboy out fit to add to the masses. If I can help one person avoid these then its worth it. Alarm bells should be ringing as the co-ordinator who started the works is no longer with the company 4 week after initial contact (if only i Knew). 4 weeks in my property not finishing a single room but starting something in everyone. My boy cut themselves on metal corner material left in their room. The workforce came the first week on mass the heating engineers were good apart from leaving the air source heating constantly in fault (non-operational). Nearly two weeks to put down carpet protector all carpets laid back down minus the gripper which were binned. All window boards ripped off and never replaced. Plaster board not fitted to the celling, large holes. How are they going to plaster that? kicker being that it was their plaster who put the boards up, obviously knew he wasn't coming back. My main door goes through my dinning room which is now missing floor boards and ones they did replace are no longer fixed. Great health and safety obstacle course for my 6yr, 8yr & 11yr, just get passed all the sharp material first. My daughter has not been able to sleep in her room due to them using it as a material store. I have to sleep on the floor until i get this mess sorted. Workforce would start between 09.30-10.30 and finish around 1430 Tuesday - Thursday after averaging hanging two standard plaster boards a day with an hours dinner. I would spend 2-3 hours a night cleaning trying to make space for my kids to go to sleep. The worker did say I can use their hoover instead of ruining mine (yyyyaaaa) as i constantly go through my house picking up empty energy drink in every room (it's hard work destroying a family home)

This company is potentially one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I first contacted them five months ago, completed all the necessary forms during a house survey, and was told I would be contacted within two weeks. I received no contact. After a month, I reached out and was told, "it's with the suppliers." This back-and-forth continued for about two months until I was asked to complete the forms again. I escalated the issue to management and have now been waiting two more months for any response or visit. Avoid this company entirely. I'd rather freeze this winter than continue dealing with them.

From start to finish, MPC were a joy to deal with, always kept informed of what's happening and the engineers who attended my house to carry out the work were professional to the highest standards.

Boiler installed on day as planned first class service. Both engineers were very hard working great attention to detail.

Had lots of problems since installing the heating and solar panels takes these people a while to get back in-touch I'm on day 3 without water due to a burst pipe

I have been asked to share my veiws on MPC We had a few problems the initial survey went fine gentleman was good and did a detail survey on his departure we where told someone would call us to discuss what we would have installed i am still waiting on that call 3 weeks after the installation i found out the work was going agead when the plumber phoned and asked to come do a site survey. MPC employee people to do the work the guys who did the installation couldn’t fault them nice pleasant chaps cleaned up every night after themselves Plumbers good and efficient again a good job only problem they didn't replace the carpets they had lifted properly and still waiting for that to be done so probably end up doing it myself be quicker Electrician was again good but didn’t clean up after himself and the guy doing the plastering well he was a waste of space made a mess all over the carpets and had to get them cleaned The biggest problem the company has it doesn’t communicate and in my opinion if you have people doing the work for you some one should come back and check the work done

Amazing job, everything on time, delivered to promise, managing expectations, final installation brilliant - wasn’t the easiest job due to the setup but managed fine, very nice and polite, explained everything to me and did indeed respect my property. Already recommended them to a few friends and will always speak very highly of them.

Fantastic trades persons. Every one of them involved in project was friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. Admin-side in office lets the company down slightly as could be a lot more proactive.

Sometimes, albeit rarely, you come across a company that absolutely delivers on all fronts. My experience with MPC was fantastic from start to finish. I had solar and an air source heat pump installed and the whole process could not have been any better. A big thanks to all the team at MPC. Whether you are having work done on the eco4 scheme like myself or using them for your specific energy needs I cannot recommend them enough.

In my opinion amazing company, great experience from initial contact, through the survey to the installation. Everyone friendly, knowledgable and professional. Very happy with the installation of the heaters as well as solar pannels. Thank you ever so much, already recommended you to my neighbour a couple of friends. I wish more companies are like that these days.

Not a good company to deal with cancelled on three times when really all they should have said was they were too busy to take the job. Would avoid

Had the guys out recently installing Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Panels and I can’t fault them. First class service and very happy with the workmanship. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Thank again

Steer well clear of this company if you are wanting good customer service and want their engineers to actually turn up. This company were supposed to install cavity wall insulation and a boiler. I had the initial survey done then nothing. They eventually called and arranged 2 days to complete the work. The first day their engineers did not turn up and the second day was also cancelled on this day. Following this I have called them to many times to be told they cant give me a date as they use subcontractors for some of there work. The staff are hit and miss with knowledge on the services they supply. In the end I had to go back to the initial company that got them involved to intervene. I then got a snotty call off the MD (please see other reviews) who tried then said he would now remove me from their systems and hung up. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Steer well clear.

Really pleased with my nee boiler. Was installed today by Jordan and Paul. Guys were great explained everything well and answered all questions. Took all mess away too. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I had my 1st central heating done by them and I can highly recommend them. the lads were very professional they were very tidy and explained everything well. I was very impressed as I thought it was going to be a difficult and messy job but Jack and his lads were incredibly. Now I'm enjoying my lovely warm house. M. Gunning
