AVOID this company. Products don’t last. The Exocent needs constant new parts becuase it is badly designed. Even their sub contracted maintenance team say so! The maintenance and service are inadequate and you will be fooled by the ‘sales’ team. I’ve wasted £14k on their products which failed to work properly. Nick Hale the “MD” is Shockingly rude on the phone and slams the phone down if he doesn’t like you!! And he’s in charge!

An excellent product and great service from the team. We were converting a barn into a new building and were in the fortunate position to create any energy setup that was most suitable. We asked the team to advise us on the best approach and they managed the full process of installation of an airsource heat-pump, underfloor heating and hot water tanks. It has proved to be a highly energy efficient system, exceeding our expectations.

I purchased 2 ASHP systems with DHW, Buffer Tanks etc from Earth Save Products. The kits duly arrived and the instructions were not clear to me, fortunately Pat, Nick and team were helpful and patient and helped get system installed and commissioned suitable for BUS grant.

I can’t thank nick and his team enough We first spoke to them at the start of our eco new build and with there advise being better and more understanding than other we decided to proceed The quote we got for Underfloor heating Mvhr And water heating Was very competitive and as they had helped us understand everything we agreed we self installed during the build and any questions were quickly answered Now complete we are extremely happy and everything works as we thought and hoped it would With the running costs being very low I have recommended them to others and would again recommend them Thanks again we are very happy

I recently moved in to a house that had a Ecocent Hot Water System installed and I was advised by the previous owner that I needed to replace the anode.. not knowing what to do I called Steve at Earth Save Products and I was very impressed with his after care service, knowledge and willingness to help. Earth Save Products installed underfloor heating, an air source heat pump and a ventilation system in my new house. As a self-build project I wanted to have reliable competent suppliers but at the same time didn't have an unlimited budget. ESP were highly professional from the original contact through to the installation and commissioining. They have been helpful and supportive when I've had any queries and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else doing their own 'grand design'.

We were our first house using an Earth Save Products system for 10 years with no problems and a really efficient system. We are just about to move in to a new house and have again used an Earth Save Product system. As with the previous house Nick has been extremely helpful.

We have been left high and dry. Having sold us the ASHP system, paid for, ESP then abandoned us, telling us they would not carry out the installation. We have suffered and are still without a commissioned system. Do Not Believe the promise of a comprehensive service. You may live to regret it.

ESP installed and commissioned our ASHP together with under floor heating and all the other appurtenances 18 months ago. They worked well with our builder and were on-time and budget. Since then the installation has been largely trouble free but recently we had cause to make a telephone call on a Sunday morning. The personnel (Nick, Pat, Julio, Nick (plumber)) dealt with the issues in good time (with electronics so integral to the whole installation there is an inevitable amount of head scratching) and humour and in an helpful, polite manner.

I purchased a system from this company circa 7 years ago. At that time things were great, but then the great people gradually left leaving Nick and I'm not sure who else really (pretty much nobody). Our system recently needed repair - the first point to note is that they could not help without getting input from the Chinese manufacturers (even copied an email from the manufacturer to me), the second point to note is they didn't want to help fix our problem, which was only a failed compressor, and instead wanted us to buy a new unit for £5-6K, the third point to note is they were not holding the required spare parts in stock (interesting considering another customer may have suffered the same problem but only had their system installed for 1 year, so it would be under warranty and they would not have been able to support this customer), the fourth point to note is simply how rude, agressive and totally unhelpful Nick is (I suspect he will post on here in reply to highlight what I have said is inaccurate). The upshot of it all is that I would never deal with this company again and I seriously caution anyone who is considering doing so. I ended up having to buy a new unit, but not from Nick. I've also found the company where all the great people now work and they helped me without any trouble or drama. So, if you are considering buying from this company, please get in touch with me and I'll point you to a better (in my opinion) supplier.

Dreadful service over priced complete rip off company

Nick and his team were a pleasure to work with, they are one of the most helpful and professional companies i have dealt with. I contacted them when i was in design stage of my self build, there was no hard sell and they took me through the whole process explaining everything in such detail, they went on to install a Heliotherm air source heat pump with underfloor heating, installed to such a high standard and on programme. There after sales is also very good, nothing is ever to much trouble, highly recommend these guys.

Heat pump stopped working but all sorted with initial video call then engineer despatched and faulty sensor replaced by 3pm same day! Great service. Thanks!

Terrible company. They basically repackage imported cheap, below standard Chinese products and slap an EarthSave sticker over the top. Once they've taken your cash they don't give a toss and offer no customer support. Avoid these absolute cowboys and find a reputable company instead.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Failure to help resolve issues on system cost us £11000.00 to renew pump. I requested some simple information and was answered with a hostile and aggressive attitude followed by the phone call being ended.

After calling Earth Save numerous times about an issue with our system rather than send one of their engineers they included us in an email to a third party engineer. Appaling customer service. Believe the company is up for sale and they actually don't have any engineers. Also, turns out most of their systems and parts are now not being made and are unavailable. Long story short, engineer came out, replaced the faulty fan causing the error, left, 30 mins later same error, wrong fan changed and now not answering the phone. Two weeks plus without a working system. Avoid if you can. Give the 2rd party engineer his due he understood what was wrong and I believe the other fannwould have failed soon also but now not even answering phone to organise a the repair he mentioned. Bet it's a different story when we get the bill for the repair that left it still broken.

I am so disappointed with this company. They were very keen to sell me a system but after providing a quotation to complete the installation, they were unable to give me a date to start the work and then left me hanging on for 10 months. They then told me that they were 'too busy' to finish the job. Communication throughout this process was really difficult with little or no response to phone calls and emails. I have now found someone else to finish the job much more cheaply. I would advise you to explore any possible alternative to using this company. UPDATE!! My Air Source Heat Pump stopped working, the company fixed it within 48 hours and were professional and friendly. I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 star to express that I have had both awful and very good service.

Called to speak about underfloor heating. A gentleman called me back and was VERY rude from the off and then put the phone down....Absolutely no reason for it. I called back to speak to the manager - turns out it was the manager. Says a lot about the company.

The ESP Ecocent Maxi installed in my flat for just over two years has broken 3 times in 9 months. ESP are refusing to replace with a new unit or provide a refund even though they are legally obligated to. The service has been appalling and I've spent 7 weeks without hot water this time and several weeks without heating or hot water in January AND February when it was freezing. On one of their previous attempted 'repairs' they cut a wire and stuffed the area with tissue paper then closed it back up. Unsursprisingly it broke again throwing out all the electrics in my flat. Do not buy anything from them. The units are shipped in from China and they have no regard for honouring their obligations or providing satisfactory cutomer service.

It’s now winter and our Ecocent heat pump is making a good job of heating our new build home, the team at Earthsave have been great and always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions from my curious mind. A good, helpful and friendly lot providing good products. Highly recommended

Earth Save Products is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with here in the UK. They are knowledgeable, friendly, always available to help and is a pleasure to have around. Their products are really good and the after-service just as great. I have been dealing with Earth Save Products for nearly 10 years now, I have always found Nick and his team very helpful and a great local supplier of various heating system’s and components. Earth Save Products have a massive amount of knowledge in the renewable heating industry and an impressive range of renewable heat pumps which really do work. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in future.

We moved into our new house and found that it had a pump supplied by this company. It took me over three weeks, multiple phone calls (trying to fix it over the phone) in freezing January to get them to come out to my house to fix it. It then cost me £500 in fees to get them to come. No one locally will touch this pump as it’s not a recognised brand and therefore my only option is to pay this extortionate fee anytime something goes wrong with it. It’s broken again and I called today only to be told ‘ I don’t know when someone can come out’ and ‘I don’t know when I can call you back to tell you when they can come’. I don’t have any heating or hot water!! The customer service is beyond terrible and nothing can actually be fixed over the phone. I’m now speaking to someone local, who can install a system that’s branded and that people will actually work on and maintain.

We were delighted to find this knowledgeable and helpful supplier within easy reach of Oxford Renewables HQ. Spare parts for all their high-end heat pumps and underfloor heating equipment are kept in stock; it’s a relief for us to have this specialist supplier so close by

We after lots of research and talking to companies at shows etc. settled on Earth Save Products, due to 3 reasons. 1. A recommendation from an unbiased person 2. Their ability to offer UFH and our hot water system from one company (no later issues if anything goes wrong with one company blaming the other!!) 3. Their technical knowledge in this field being excellent, rather than being a sales based company like other people who aren’t even around. They knew what they were talking about. We ordered the following after going to their offices and seeing their products at first hand: ESP 17KW ADVANCED CLASSIC (Multi compressor) ASHP WITH AN ESP 200ltr HEATING WATER BUFFER TANK AND UNDERFLOOR HEATING SYSTEM TO THE GROUND AND 1st FLOOR AREAS. ALSO 1No. ESP ECOCENT MAXI 300ltr UNVENTED HOT WATER UNIT, (WITH BUILT IN HIGH TEMP ASHP, FOR HOT WATER PRODUCTION). Dave has been particularly excellent throughout the whole build process, with advice etc. and they have always delivered on what they have promised. We’ve had a couple of teething issues as expected in a new build but they were sorted very quickly and one wasn’t even their fault but down to our electrician who wired up the UFH stats incorrectly! We have found the whole team to be very helpful and cannot fault their customer service at all. Thanks Dave, Brian, Rob and all your fitting team (sorry forgot their names). We found the whole heating and UFH systems a minefield of information at the shows but are very happy with our choice of Earth Save products and their people!
