Had my gas boiler serviced. Arranged for Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. Josh texted about 10.21 to say he was on his way, which I find to be of great help. He turned up about 10 mins later. Showed him were the boiler was and left him to it. Did a good job, checked and cleaned everything out. Tested the hot water then the central heating system, all working fine. He cleaned up afterwards leaving the space spotless. I'm very happy with the work done and very pleased with him. Many thanks.

Excellent service from South West Plumbing We recently used South West Plumbing to have all of our radiators updated to anthracite, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We did have one small blip with our order, as one radiator was unfortunately omitted. However, this is now being ordered and will be fitted at a later date, so we’re more than happy with how this has been dealt with. We honestly cannot sing the praises of the fitters/engineers enough. Jack, JJ and Ben were extremely polite, courteous and professional throughout. They worked continuously with absolutely no slacking, which really impressed us. The installation was carried out quickly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. They were also incredibly considerate of our home life, causing as little disruption as possible, and when they had finished, they left everything clean and tidy — which makes such a difference. We have had a heat pump installed with new water tanks and radiators. The service the team and particularly Andrei have provided is fantastic, they have all been efficient, polite, totally trustworthy and extremely hard working; we couldn’t be happier with the work. Right from initial contact through to completion the communication has been great and everything has been done as described/agreed and to the planned time scale. I was on my own with 2 kids (having to leave the team to it when I was at work etc) whilst the actual work was being done; having a team I trusted and felt safe around was such a relief and positive experience. Excellent service from SWP. Our Victorian house that hadn’t had a new heating system in what seemed to be about 40/50 years was not the easiest and we were really worried about finding the right company to deal with the job. Compared to other companies who seemed totally confused at what to do, SWP came in and put our mind at ease. Right from the start this company felt a cut above the rest we’d spoke to- experienced and professional but also felt like a very personal service. Fraser came to fit the new boiler and he was brilliant, got on with the job with no fuss what so ever. He knew exactly what he was doing and he kept our house spotless over the few days. Used this company to install a new boiler last year and since for minor plumbing issues around the property including leaking radiator valve today. Promnt Professional friendly service every time respecting property. Great clear communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend from brand new installations to small routine work.

If you want a quote for Air Conditioning , don’t bother , they don’t respond. Best go to an Air Conditioning specialist not plumbers.

Andrei, Michael and Richard installed 2 heat pumps for cooling into our house. They were respectful, courteous, extremely tidy and professional in extremely challenging heat. I would, unreservedly, recommend South West Plumbing - thank you for a wonderful job.

Our air conditioning unit was fitted at just the right time before the recent heatwave. The engineers were courteous and respectful of our property keeping things tidy as they went. I can’t say it wasn’t disruptive but they kept this to a minimum. When there was a minor issue this was sorted promptly the next day. We’ve used South West Plumbing previously to install a boiler, have a service plan with them and wouldn’t use anyone else for any plumbing and heating requirements. Would 100% recommend ☺️

South West Plumbing kept our old boiler running for ages. When the time came for a replacement the engineer Jack did a really good job swapping out our old one for a new one, cleaning the system and set us up hopefully for another decade and a half.

We’ve used this company for many years and highly recommend them. They come when they say, give helpful honest advice and do a quality job. They fitted our boiler and service it, 13 years old now and still going strong.

Cannot recommend the boiler service scheme enough, it saves me so much time and money! For £6.99 a month they take all the admin out of arranging the service (I don’t even need to remember to call them, they are very proactive and always contact me) and the engineers are always polite, professional and efficient. The last 2 years Dan has done a super job of looking after my elderly boiler, and it’s is performing better than ever! Plus if anything does go wrong I know I have a trusted service to reply in to fix it. Very grateful my neighbours recommended them to me.

SW Plumbing fitted an air source heat pump and new radiators throughout our house - they were amazing from start to finish. Communication was great, especially during the consultation phase which we really valued. The disruption to us was absolutely minimal, despite the majority of our radiators needing to be replaced alongside all of the pipework in the downstairs of our house. Fantastic company, came out extremely promptly on 23rd and Christmas Eve to fix my Mum's toilet that suddenly started leaking and caused water pouring through their kitchen ceiling. The plunbers who attended were very polite and attentive to stressed elderly parents and extremely appreciate their help during festive season when many plumbers are unavailable. They managed to not damage the tiles that needed removing and coming back to make good the area when it is properly dried out. Their prices were also extremely reasonable.

We have been with South West Plumbing Services for many years. They offer an unparalleled level of expertise and reliability. They have had to work with complicated systems at our farm, from underfloor heating which was not optimally deployed when house was built, solar panels that heat water, addressed emergencies, including a water leak on Xmas eve! Most recently Andrej came to install a state of the art air-conditioning unit which cools, heats, dries and something else - I am still learning about its many functions. The installation was efficient, clean, minimal disruption. They also previously installed electric showers, I can’t even recall all the jobs they have done for us. The office staff are incredibly efficient and polite, you can always get them to answer the phone, when needed they would write an email and on occasion I neglect to pay a bill, they just remind me nicely. Roger Mardon who owns the company is himself an amazing plumber, Jerry has done a lot for us and lately it’s been Andrej who spent lots of time researching and thinking through the best solution for a part of the house where condensation was a problem. Just can’t have enough praise for this company.

Excellent company from the office staff to the engineers. Just had Air Con installed and they could not have been quicker or more efficient. The engineers and electrician are top notch. All were very careful, covering up furniture, carpets etc. They were polite, answered all our questions and left the place tidy. I've always found the company very reliable, and great at updating me about arrival times. I have a service contract with them and when I had a boiler leak, they came within a couple of hours of my phonecall. All engineers who've come to do my annual boiler service have been polite, pleasant and efficient. Today Andrei went above and beyond by also mending my water wasting toilet.

We wanted to replace 4 radiators and rebalance the hot water flow between the new underfloor heating downstairs and the radiators upstairs. SW Plumbing did a great job of advising us on which radiators to purchase and then did a good job of installing the new radiators and helpfully removing the old ones.

I have been using South West Plumbing for over a year now, they have serviced my boiler twice and have sorted other small plumbing jobs for me. I was able to get a plumber the very next day after phoning regarding a small problem I had. On one occasion I came home late to find my hot water not heating up and they offered me immediate out of hours instructions on how to manage the situation. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. It is so reassuring to have reliable, skilled and very helpful plumbers at hand when needed. The helpful lady in the office deserves a mention too. South West Plumbing replaced our broken boiler 1 year ago. The installation was carried out very efficiently in one day. The new boiler has been much more efficient than the previous one resulting in lower gas bills. Today we had our first annual service. The engineer was friendly and serviced our system quickly and all is well.

I had a visit from SW Plumbing today for a central heating service. The engineer was on time, friendly, efficient and very Covid19 aware. Highly recommended.

I called the day after the Xmas break as our heating had stopped working on a very cold day. British Gas had already told me that couldn't come for a over 1 week. On calling SW Plumbing, I was greeted by a helpful administrator, she organised an appointment within 3 hours. The service engineer arrived and was professional and helpful replacing a faulty valve within 1 hour. I couldn't been happier with the service I received.

A very professional approach to customer service, Sue took my call to request a call out to my 99 year old Grandmother who’s heating had failed, within a couple of hours I had a text to confirm that Roger was en route. Roger was brilliant, on arrival he found my Nan who is unable to walk had become misplaced and she was stuck halfway down her chair and was in distress, Roger instantly telephoned his office, who called me straight away so I could arrange for an emergency carer to attend. Not only did Roger repair the heating but without Rogers call my poor Nan would have been in pain for several hours. Bill Yeoman attended to do the survey. He was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding me to decide what would be my best solution. Later, he initiated a very good and comprehensive quotation for the work necessary, and arranged for it to take place yesterday and the day before. Josh Powel, the installation engineer, worked quickly and efficiently keeping me informed of progress all the time. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, a very tidy worker and was appreciative of the regular tea deliveries. He got the job done in good time and left the premises having given me all the instruction and paperwork I required. The office staff also played their important part in providing me with a good welcome every time I contacted them and with all the information I required at the time. I had South West Plumbing round to fix a new ladder radiator in my bathroom after my old one sprang a leak. On requesting a quote they were very efficient in getting back to me compared to other plumbers who never returned my call or email enquiry! On the day the plumber arrived on time so there was no waiting around and was wearing appropriate PPE making me feel very comfortable having him in my home. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing requirements!

Fantastic service. Called out on a Sunday morning when I awoke to no heating thanks to a depressurised boiler. The engineer helped refill the system (showed me how to as well for future reference) and thoroughly inspected for a leak including climbing under my house from the cellar. Very impressed! South West Plumbing made a good impression from the outset. The surveyor arrived punctually and took considerable time to evaluate our requirements with regard to the installation of a new gas combi boiler to provide heat to our radiators and underfloor heating system. We also asked for a new UFH manifold and wireless room thermostats to be installed. The quotation received soon after was comprehensive and competitive. It was with optimism that we opted to engage South West Plumbing to carry out the required works. That optimism was well founded. The service engineers arrived on time and took appropriate measures to protect floors and carpets. The system was power-flushed, and the boiler installed and commissioned within the allotted time. The heating system is working well and we would have no hesitation in recommending South West Plumbing.

I was incredibly anxious to discover a leak in an old plastic feeder that was caused a soaked plasterboard ceiling and water to seep through the wall below. Fearing the worst I contacted the insurance company who advised contacting a local plumber - great, but where do you start? Hundreds of options to choose from and no idea who you can (or cannot) trust. Luckily I went for South West Plumbing - a decision based purely on the handful of positive reviews on Google. Glad to say I made a good choice - from the initial call to the completion of work I can only report a positive experience. Tom, who carried out the work, was polite, well mannered and very knowledgable. He was able to replace a faulty section of pipe and remedy the problem. All done and dusted in less than an hour, with the overall bill being far less than I had expected (less than some plumbers charge just for call out) - and no need to claim on insurance! Overall am very impressed (and mightily relieved) with my experience and would definitely use their services again.

This was the first time I have used South West Plumbing to service my boiler.The service went well and was done in a very professional manner with a lot electronic tests at the end to see all was well.
