Wilson Plumbing & Heating customers often describe the firm positively. Several reviewers say boilers and full heating systems, including radiators and underfloor heating, were fitted well, with tidy work and polite installers who explained the options and worked around furniture. One reviewer said a faulty cylinder was replaced under warranty with little disruption. One reviewer found the firm unhelpful, saying they were told it no longer does domestic work only after being asked to send details by email. Another said a promised quote for a large heating job never arrived after nearly three months.
We dealt with Connor from day 1 and everything was explained really well. we had one room that it was difficlt to move things out off and Connor and his team worked around it. we had an issue with the cylinder, not Wilsons fault, and it was changed under warranty with no fuss and minimal disruption. It has never been an issue if we have phoned with a query either. I would highly recommend Connor and Wilsons if you are looking to buy.
Fast, efficient and tidy. A professional operation with good comms. No hesitation in recommending. Fitted replacement boiler writhing 48hours of calling and saved Christmas!
Had my heating installed by Wilson plumbing & heating, great company very professional lovely guys, worked non stop, very respectfully and they cleaned up afterwards I would highly recommend this company
Rubbish, expensive and uncontrollable costs a fortune and won't turn off.
Wilson Plumbing & Heating were helpful when they did work for me in the past, but their website seems to be out of date - I've been told today that a they can't help me again, as they're concentrating on commercial work. A bit of a waste of time not to be told this when I phoned earlier today, or when I emailed them about it in November - why ask me to email across the details today, if you don't do domestic work any more? Or was my job just likely to be a faff and less profitable, I wonder? Either way, I'm annoyed to have been asked to so something pointlessly - I'd even explained that I have MS making emailing a faff. Hey ho.
I really couldn’t be more happy they came and fitted a new boiler and all new radiators you wouldn’t now they have been excellent job thankyou guys
Thorough initial consultation followed by a professional effort to address our heating issues including new boiler, radiators and sorting out our underfloor heating. Finished work product is very good. Installers were polite and obviously knew what they were doing. Fully recommend these guys for a proper job done.
Prompt & professional
Gareth took the time to talk through various system options & point me in the right direction, even though it meant no work for Wilson.. Many thanks.
In September, I asked for a quote for underfloor heating, new heating system & new radiators upstairs. This is a big job. On the 1st October, Gareth promised to reply ASAP. Now, almost 3 months later.... nothing. In early December, I phoned them and was just given excuses why they were so busy.... but a reply would be given soon. It never happened. If I cannot get a quote out of them for over £15,000.00 worth of business, how could I trust them to do the job. This was a shame as they were recommended by a past customer. A person who said, based on my experience, would not use them again
