I've used Phil to replace an aging fuse box and to replace wall lights to a ceiling light with a dimmer switch. And also some other various jobs. I've found Phil to be very friendly and a very tidy and professional worker. He explains everything he has to do. He works to the highest quality and i would highly recommend him.
