Send It Solar LTD

Great service and really helpful, a special mention to Tiffany who answered all our questions and helped squeeze us into their busy schedule!

Had our system in for a year now and it is great. Before they installed it they made a few suggestions that have really worked out well. The only thing I can say negatively is the white trunking used on the outside of the house, but we should probably have asked for black ahead of the install. Overall really good.

From time to time over the last 20 or so years Janet and I have discussed having solar panels fitted to the roof, during that time several of our friends made the decision to do so and always said what a good decision it had been . Yes it seemed to be wise to use the energy freely emitted by the Sun and not a manufactured product, still we left it to others. Then our son had them fitted. He and his wife were very satisfied and could see immediately the advantages the change brought them. Their experience with Send it solar was quite straightforward and they strongly urged us to make the same decision. I emailed the company and true to their word Mr. Andrews telephoned me the following day. We fixed the date for survey and discussion and two very personable gentleman patiently talked us through the whole operation. It was explained in detail what would be the most suitable installation for us (aged 89 and 85 years). After a few days debating we arranged to forge ahead, I must say ably assisted by Tiffany and Paris in the send it solar office. Mr Andrews always did what he said he would and when do likewise his team. EDGE scaffolding another very pleasant team of young men were efficient and tidy. This prepared the way for the fixing of 15 solar panels on our south facing back roof and the corresponding electrics and battery et cetera in the garage. Hey presto! We were up and running. The whole operation was very satisfactory and we are delighted with the outcome. Thank you all. Peter and Janet Gunther

I had the extreme Pleasure of being provided with the Installation of Solar Panels by SEND IT SOLAR on 10 March 2025 An excellent job was done by the Team Kia and Ethan They were a pleasure to have at and in my home. My thanks dear Men Denis Findlay

I recently had Send It Solar Ltd install solar panels on my home and upgrade the fuse box, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team was quick, professional, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I highly recommend Send It Solar Ltd for anyone looking for efficient, reliable, and friendly service.

We had a solar AIO system installed in April and we could not fault the service received by the company from start to finish. We encountered an issue recently where the system went offline and advice direct from GivEnergy left us baffled. Communication with Send it Solar and a home visit by the very knowledgeable Dan sorted the problem in no time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

A really excellent company. We received great service from start to finish and and also with the after sale service. Really delighted with the outcome and have engaged them to to undertake further work.

I asked Send it Solar to come in and move some of the equipment supporting my existing Solar Panels. A quote for the work was provided within 24 hours and the work booked in promptly. I was informed in advance who the engineer would be and when he would arrive and that was updated when an issue with getting the parts required to work to be delayed by a couple of hours. The work performed was of the highest order and the Engineer who undertook the work was thoroughly professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

January 2024 Health check, batteries not charging and Data Logger reset. Had issues with lack of WiFi connectivity to data logger and lack of battery charging. Spoke with Tiffany who sorted me out straight away and got Dan booked in for a quick visit to see what the problem was. Once again service 1st class and swift, Dan sorted the issues out and got the data logger back on line in no time. I did not go with the actual company who sold the system as the customer services was poor, Sendit solar was the contracted fitting service so went back direct them them as they never fail to deliver a fast and effective service. Sendit Solar ticks all the boxes as they also fitted a neighbour a full system post seeing mine. Don Acton MBE Sept 2023 Additional Puredrive battery fit. Excellent service yet again, Tiffany swift to reply and got Dan booked in to meet my needs to get the second battery fitted which needed the original removed and resisted with a rerun of the wiring which was not straight forward. No probs for Dan done and dusted inside three hours.i Send it Solar meets all your needs that for sure. Don Acton MBE

An excellent team who worked a very hard day to install our solar system in the most trying weather conditions. Thankyou.

The installation of a GivEnergy battery in addition to my existing Solar PV, went well, there were a couple of minor hic-ups but the guys resolved them really quickly and have been very proactive and helpful, with my journey to reducing grid reliance. I have only just started - but their knowledge and willingness to assist, even when I ask the most obvious questions is faultless. I judge a company about how it reacts when things don't go perfectly and I can't fault Send It Solar in this regard.

Used Send it Solar on multiple jobs now. I have been very impressed with the quality of work on every one of them, highly recommended
