Excellent service. Eden solar retro fitted bird protection to our solar panels, which have been in place for about 14 years. Pigeons were trying to nest under the edge and we were concerned about fire safety with twigs tightly packed underneath. The noise and mess were also issues. The work was done quickly, efficiently and very much with the values of a local company. Would recommend without hesitation. Trevor and Marilyn.

We went to Eden Solar after a poor experience with a larger local company despite our project being very large for a domestic install. Matt and Chloe are very nice people and make a great team, their comms are rapid and they are willing to go the extra mile to meet customer requirements. We are very happy with our array and battery system. This small and highly responsive local business is highly recommended to anyone in Eden valley and the wider Cumbria and North Yorks area.

I cannot recommend Eden Solar highly enough. Our proposed installation required both listing and planning approvals. Matt and Chloe provided all the necessary information to facilitate the eventual approval of our application by the local authority. We received a fixed-price quote with the work completed on time. The work in our property required additional cabling, which was performed with minimal mess and disruption. I found the electricians to be thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. The roofing work was carried out to a high standard, and again, the team showed great professionalism and respect for our property. After installation, we require some minor fixes to the system. Matt and his team were incredibly helpful. Calls were always answered on a timely basis, and all system issues were fixed immediately. Matt always answers the phone or calls back immediately. Considering the difficulty of certain building works, the solar installation at our house was remarkably straightforward from the customer perspective. The panels and batteries are now fully functional, and it has been one of the best investments we have made in our property. This positive experience was, in no small part, driven by the professionalism and care taken by Eden Solar.

Breath of fresh air. Matt and Chloe made the whole process very easy. They're competitive with the pricing and offer a great service. We had a 7.2kW system installed with 10kWh of battery storage, hot water diverter and EV charge point. All of them work flawlessly. The system comes with an app that very is easy to use which also connects with our electricity provider. All this is setup for you as part of the package Eden Solar offered us. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After comparing a few other companies, I decided Eden was going to provide the better specification equipment and at a competitive price. The team at Eden are professional and accommodating additional items. Installation was completed within a day and had produced over 300 Kw of surplus energy since installation at the end of August and I am mostly self sufficient without drawing from the grid. If you are serious about solar, do your research and get in touch with Eden.

Eden Solar recently fitted our system of 20 panels and 3 batteries. The installation only took 2 days, and works even better than we were expecting. It was a prompt, efficient and excellent service.

zero stars from me! I called them in August and they said they were coming asap for a survey. I didn't hear from them in weeks, I kept trying to call and email them, they wouldn't answer. Finally got an email on 17 October saying they could come the next day. I called them and asked them what time approx., saying I could ask the morning off work but I had to leave by 12pm. They said it was fine and they would be here between 10 and 11 am. At 12pm I hadn't seen anybody so I left asking my neighbours to show them the roof both sides in case they turned up in the afternoon. My neighbours texted me saying they had been here around 3pm. They took photos of the roof and left. At the end of November still nothing. I called them and emailed them again and they said that, because of the skylights on my roof, they couldn't use the panels they had planned to use but they needed to order different ones and they would do the job in January. Mid-January I emailed them again because I hadn't heard from them and they told me that they had to come for the survey. I said they had already been but they said they needed to take some measurements. We agreed on a date, they came, they took all the measurements and then said they would be in touch by next day with some questions about the provider, how much power was used yearly etc. I didn't hear from them. I emailed them this morning again and they answered "Unfortunately, due to the many skylights, we have been unsuccessful in creating a design." No, seriously???? After 5 months and only after I kept trying to get in touch with them??? And btw, yes there are some skylights but there's also a lot of room for panels, otherwise I would have never called them in the first place. The lack of competence and professionality is schocking.

Really pleased with the solar panels and the installation by Eden Solar. They were responsive and helpful as well as carrying out a high standard of work. Just wish we'd done this sooner.

We are really pleased we chose a local company, Eden Solar, to fit our solar panels. Out of the three quotes we received, only Eden Solar seemed to propose a system that would provide sufficient power for what we’d need and was the best value for money. Matt and Chloe were great throughout, happy to answer questions and talk us through the set up before we committed. Matt even stayed late to clean our gutters and roof when the panels were fitted at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
