Eco H2O Services Ltd

Simple to use

Excellent service as normal

Contacted EHI to come replace my old boiler with a band new system after hearing good things from a friend. Very short turn around from first contact and I’m very impressed with the final result. Rhys was polite and very tidy. Would recommend to anyone wanting anything boiler related, I’ll be back in touch to book in any future services. Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience with the entire team at Eco H2O. From my first contact with Evelyn at the office, who assisted me in getting a replacement for my single-skin oil tank with a bunded one, everything went smoothly. She scheduled an appointment for Liam to come take measurements, and we received a quote within a week. The arrangements for installing the new tank, along with draining and disposing of the old one, were made efficiently. Liam and Mark arrived early on the installation day, and the work was completed in just a few hours. I cannot fault the service provided; they even had to make adjustments to the tank pad, but nothing was too much trouble for them. The team was polite and very helpful, and they made sure to tidy the garden and remove all mess created during the installation. I would definitely recommend Eco H2O to anyone. We are planning to have a new bathroom installed in the future, and I will be reaching out to them first for quotes.

Has been a great pleasure dealing with this company, from initial phone call to completion , and the aftercare of the installation of the heat pump, thanks to Evelyn, Mark and Liam, Punctual, tidy and professional. Highly recommended.

Great support from Liam, Mark & Evelyn. Always on site when promised and they take a pride in their work, including everything is in a neat and tidy way on leaving. We are currently doing our forever home and based on the recommendations from Liam we are going for an ASHP was very sceptical before but have done a lot of research. Installed correctly they are the cheapest way forward. Liam has done a lot of additional study in this field and this shows in his knowledge and understanding of complex setups. I would happily recommend them to anyone Sean

2nd time I've used Eco H2o for a boiler (1st one didn't fail, just a very big house the requires two boilers), and happy as ever. Had all items delivered on Friday ready for an early Monday start and were finished in no time without upsetting my disabled mother. Pleasure to deal with from start to finish, highly recommended.

Installation of Air Source Heat Pump. An excellent service from start to finish.
