We recently had our solar and battery system installed by MSER and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We chose MSER because they’re a local company, and from the very first conversation it was clear we’d made the right decision. Mike’s knowledge of the products is absolutely first class. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we understood how the system works and what to expect. There was no pressure, just honest advice and real expertise. The installation team were brilliant from start to finish. All the lads who were here were hardworking, professional, and respectful of our home. They got on with the job efficiently and left everything tidy once the work was completed. The system itself is running perfectly, and we’re already seeing the benefits. It’s great to know we’ve made a smart investment, and we have complete confidence in the setup. We would highly recommend MSER to anyone considering solar and battery installation – a fantastic local company delivering top-quality service.

I had Michael and his team insalling solar panels on my house. Not only MSER's quote was the cheapest I've managed to get, but standard of work was very high! The install went without a problem, leading time was a lot quicker than competitors. Communication was outstanding - phones picked up, emails replied. There were few minor issues (as it goes in any project), but these were resolved very quickly, so these are not even issues. From setting up of the scaffolding to me checking my app on solar generation, was about 3 days - very quick! Highly recommend this team!
