I posted looking for the same in this group last week but was unable to get any installer so I contacted a couple of installers nearby directly. Just contacted Direct Savings in Livingston a day before and they were very helpful. Their sales person made sure 9.6 and 9.3 batteries are same and compatible, and informed us they can install today within less than 24hours. Admin team took all our details and scheduled the electrician to visit this morning. Electrician came on time and looked at the existing setup in the garage. Explained all the steps he will be doing and answered my questions. He finished the whole job in less than an hour, made sure to keep the space neat and clean. Guided through Alpha app and shown the new battery added to the system in the app. Then, the admin team took the payment and generated the final itemized invoice within 5mins. They were the best priced amongst the three I contacted and very impressed with the professional work.

I had quotes from various companies for my solar and battery and settled on Dorect Savings, the only regret I have is not just going straight to them in the first place! Hassle free from start to finish and the most competitive price. Would highly recommend.

The job was terribly done. We paid for the underfloor insulation to be secured with wire - instead the insulation was "secured" with staples. We paid for all floorboards to be lifted and they crawled under instead. While the change of approach was ok, its not acceptable to excuse the fact that the insulation was not secured at all and with methods previously agreed on, because of a limited space under floorboards. The wired net that we paid for and that was not utilised in the work was not returned to us. The workers also decided to "forget" to insulate some sectors under the floor. When the theft of paid for material was reported to the company they offered a partial refund. This was a month ago and since then they stopped responding. Will be complaining to the Home Energy Scotland about possible defrauding of government grant awards.
