Neil Hadden Plumbing and Heating Ltd gets mainly positive feedback, with customers praising friendly and helpful service, good workmanship and a same-day response in one case. One reviewer said a boiler and radiators were fitted well, and another was pleased with a boiler replacement done to a high standard. Several reviewers mention poor communication: one waited three months to arrange a suitable time, another waited three weeks for contact and found another plumber, and another said a quote never came after four months. One reviewer questioned the driving of an employee and said they would not use the plumbing on that basis.
Which of your employees drives Elgin to Keith at 36mph most days? If their plumbing is anything like their driving, no thank you!
Lovely company to deal with. Prices were fair, everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Parts used are a good quality and work was carried out in a timely manner. Would definitely use again. Thanks a lot! 👍
First class service from Kyle from Neil Hadden Plumbers. Great workmanship, efficient, clean and reliable. Couldn’t have asked for better.
Excellent service , would definitely recommend, we had new boiler and 3 new radiators fitted , Mike & Scott were absolutely first class .
I would highly recommend this company. Very proffessional. Very prompt. Excellent communication. Excellent service.
Contacted me in the evening to let me know they will have few jobs in my area next morning. Did not care if I can manage to be in. Whenever I tried to contact them to arrange a more suitable time and with a bit longer notice they either did not answer or said, they have no other jobs around my area. So it had passed 3 months already
Saying they will get intouch ,3 weeks now I have been waiting,Found another Plumber.
I would thoroughly recommend Neil Hadden Plumbing to anyone wishing to replace their gas boiler. We had a very competitive quote from Neil and the work was completed to a very high standard indeed. Those that know me know that I’m not the easiest to please! Mike’s work is first class indeed. Many thanks Neil.
