Peter is extremely prompt in communication from start to finish he was professional, he also was able to give advice on how to keep the windows in good working condition and regular washing due to being close to the sea. He is also reasonably priced and includes the doors in the quote which was amazing. Overall happy with the service and have now booking in every 4 weeks. Having been left in need of a window cleaner ASAP they were professional and courteous. Happy to try there best to help me. Would recommend.
Would not recommend me and my 3 neighbours decided not to have him back as he had done a decent job the first time but had left smudges the next few times and missed a few of our windows. Way too expensive and he overcharged us and thought we wouldn’t know, also he seemed to always come early, asked him to message the day before so I could collect the money from my neighbours as they work but he never, he won’t wait till next time like other window cleaners really disappointed as he bigged himself up to be the best in Moray and this certainly wasn’t the case had high hopes due to the 5 star reviews which is the only reason I’m posting this as I wouldn’t like anyone to experience what I have.
Highly recommend great guy very friendly and professional. Up in a 2 floor flat no bother at all had all the equipment definitely using monthly.
