Gecko Renewable Energy

Sam, Dave and the team were professional and quick to solve any un-forseen problems that arose. Good communicators.

Had solar panels and storage batteries installed by Gecko Renewable Energy back in December in the middle of Winter. The engineers were excellent and all the external work was finished in a couple of days. Installing the batteries and controller took a day or so longer and we were good to go. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail and how clean and tidy things were left. The power generated by our panels has increased steadily as the days have got longer. By early April we had broken even by generating more electricity than we had used over the time it has been installed. We now generating 4-5 times more than we are using each day and earning money by exporting back to the grid. Looking forward to a profitable summer!!! Should have done this earlier! Have already recommended to a neighbour and she has had similar panels and batteries installed and is equally pleased with the results

Amazing service from the very knowledgeable Gecko team. All works completed in a timely manner as per the quote provided. Would use again and no issue in recommending.

We recently asked Gecko Renewables to install a solar canopy to add to our existing roof mounted PV array. Sam and Tom were extremely professional and friendly throughout the process from quote to installation and the quality of the workmanship is excellent especially the PV panel mounting and how neat and tidy the cable management is in our utility room. I was so pleased with the service that I recommended Gecko Renewables to my neighbours who, after meeting Tom and securing a quote, had a full array installed on their roof also. A fantastic service throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gecko.

Gecko Renewables recently installed 8 solar panels & batteries at my property in Chandlers Ford. The team were efficient, knowledgeable & professional. Tom the project manager was brilliant throughout the process from quote to finish - he visited site during the installation & I am really happy with the savings I am already seeing by swapping to solar energy. I would definitely recommend and always prefer to use a local business.

I recently had a 7kW Zappi EV charger installed at my property my Gecko Renewable Energy and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The installation process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The team ensured that all cables were expertly hidden, maintaining the clean and tidy aesthetic of my home and garden. David at Gecko explained how the Zappi charger would be the best solution for us. Its smart charging capabilities are a significant plus, allowing me to take full advantage of off-peak electricity rates and even solar power integration, which is exactly what we wanted. Overall, I'm extremely happy with both the product and the service provided. The neat installation and the functionality of the Zappi, expertly explained by Sean, have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the team at Gecko Renewable Energy.

I recently had 9 solar panels and a battery installed on my house by Gecko Renewables and I couldn't be happier with the experience from initial contact to install. The team were professional and efficient, handling everything from the scaffolding to the materials and installation with great care. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the potential savings I could expect. They were considerate and tidy, ensuring everything was installed to my satisfaction including placing the battery exactly where I wanted it in my garage. There are no cables to be seen on the outside of my property which is something I worried about when doing research into choosing a company to work with. I’m already seeing the benefits of solar power, and I highly recommend their services!

I was really impressed with the complete end to end service from Gecko. Everything was explained in simple terms from what savings I could make to how the installation would take place. The team installing it were very professional and sought advice on where I wanted the batteries installed and nothing was too much trouble. The site was left clean and tidy and any questions after installation have always been answered quickly. A great local company with a team of excellent skilled professionals. Thank you.
