Our first service for our Ideal Air Source Heat pump and we were very happy with the work carried out by Shaun. Shaun turned up at the agreed time and took the care to service the system thoroughly, as well as adjusting the system to improve its performance.

After intial mis diagnosis & faulty new pump being fitted ( not Heating Care's fault the pump was faulty ), by engineer. The 2nd engineer who came, Scott, worked away tirelessly to find the fault with our boiler. He was very friendly & knowledgably. Very happy with the outcome. Suggest the office communicated more with us, to keep us updated.

What a treat! my heating is working! I have an air source heat pump and went on to Octopus's Cosy Tariff - that was the easy part...the hard part was done brilliantly by Laurie of Heating Care Dumfries... he worked efficiently on my main control box and then, the absolute pinnacle of his success was his, and now my mastery of my thermostat.... this tiny box had been my nightmare since my heating was installed ..now it hangs peacefully on the wall and I smile at it while feeling cosy! all thanks to Heating Care Dumfries... their service is simply the best!

We are very happy with Heating care Dumfries. Laurie first came about 6 years ago to service and then repair our old boiler when he worked for a local company. We had him fit a new boiler when he set up on his own. Since then he has regularly serviced our boiler. He and his growing team are extremely knowledgeable and reliable.

Very quick to respond when our boiler broke and provided a speedy resolution with very professional service, we had heating and hot water restored very quickly.

- Boiler service was alright - They stated that another gas appliance was condemned but did not offer to cap it off. They did offer to provide some quotes to repair it but then did not do so despite 2-3 follow up emails / calls. Would've been fine if they just said "oh sorry on second thought we probably wont be able quote for that" at some point instead, rather than just ignoring me. - Originally I'd booked a certain time agreed by email. Got a message from their system the day before stating they were coming at another time. Called them, was assured the original time was correct. On the day, got another message at the wrong time stating they were already on their way. Had to call them again to get them to come at the originally agreed time. - Also contacted them by email subsequently for another central heating issue - no reply either to that. Not too sure what's happened in the end, I paid their invoice promptly and can't think why they might be so non-responsive now.

We used the company after a neighbours recommendation. Two people arrived to replace a tap which had seized and i couldnt remove. They fitted the one that i had purchased from toolstation. They then left within 10 minutes taking the old reuseable one with them which i was going to use again. Just got the bill for £105. I paid immediately on line but will not be using them again. Spoke to a plumber who worked for me in my previous house and his comment was unprintable. Gave two stars because they arrived promptly and were friendly. Very unimpressed.

We required a new boiler for our static caravan. Having used Heating Care Dumfries for boiler services and installation of a new gas cooker, they where the first company we spoke to. Scott from Heating Care Dumfries and his colleague did an excellent job, both where polite and left no mess inside or outside our caravan, all redundant materials where removed. Scott went through all of the new boilers working procedures. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Heating Care Dumfries to any of our friends and family. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic friendly and professional service. I Needed someone to service my air source heat pump system as the original installer didn’t do them. The whole Team were great from start to finish! Both their friendliness and professionalism plus 5* communication was excellent as well. I always think the sign of a great service is how they respond when things don’t go quite according to plan and whilst there were some unavoidable and unforeseen challenges they had to overcome with the job they were determined to see it through to a satisfactory conclusion and not let me down - for which was delighted. It’s rare to experience such excellence but these guys have if! I have no hesitation in recommending them.
