Cool & Easy Renewables Ltd

Recent air source heat pump service. Excellent, very professional, explained what they were doing, highly recommended 🙂👍

We got a service of our heat pump, they were very quick to come out and good communication

I have always found this company to be very reliable. Great communication throughout. First class service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company 5 stars. Thank you

We can not praise Cool & Easy enough. We have used them on a number of occasions and each time communication and workmanship can not be faulted. Good company's are hard to find, you will no be disappointed by the team.

Cool&Easy upgraded and improved our radiator provision from the heat exchanger, all done very tidily with good communication. Since then they have provided servicing (which seems expensive) but I am delighted with the new provision and have always found them very helpful.

Here at Wild Oak Woods Eco-campsite I have a solar thermal system which Cool and Easy look after. I find them great to work with, the admin staff are proficient and proactive and the maintenance staff are competent and friendly and always get the job done, even if the system throws them a curve ball. All in all one of the best companies I've worked with in Dumfries and Galloway.

At every point of the process and even afterwards staff from Cool and Easy have been there to help us. First class service in every way!

Great service by Scott who installed my heating system. Always tidied up after finishing and kept me updated with progress. Following installation was always available to answer any queries too. Also staff in office always helped in timely manner. Couldn't be happier with heating system & overall service.

Had my ASHP and Radiators upgraded by Cool & Easy. Engineers were prompt, efficient and clean. Kept me well updated of the job at the end of each day. If they found an issue it was well explained with a solution to the problem. They were one of three quotes I had and they beat the big suppliers, they are local and more importantly friendly to your budget. If it doesn’t need upgrading, they won’t try and upsell you. They have been back a number of times to service my pump and carried out a few other plumbing jobs during the visits. Couldn’t recommend them more highly for any of their renewables work.

Cool n Easy fitted our Grant air-source heat pump and underfloor heating system which connects to our solar panel and battery storage system. We received great service from Brad and his team, which involved replacing existing equipment and connecting up the air-source system to an existing system as well as the new build underfloor system. Thank you and well done to the team at Cool n Easy!

Very professional from start to finish. All questions answered and information given in this energy mind field. Solar panels with battery pack installed. Next to no mess, Cool & Easy boys all knew their stuff were polite and chatty. Would highly recommend Brad and his team!

Cool & Easy did a great job installing my air source heat pump. Brad was very helpful and available in answering all my questions throughout. The whole team were friendly and professional. Best of all my house is now really toasty despite it being -8 outside! Highly recommended.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump installed, which went really well. Stephen really knows his stuff and any questions I had were answered straight away. Scott and his assistant were great, really tidy job. I would 100% recommend Cool & Easy Renewables as your first choice for your project.

Cool n Easy fitted our heat pump and thermal solar system. We received great service. The team communicated clearly and kept us well informed. The technicians were friendly and courteous. They kept things tidy. The systems works great and we’re enjoying being cosy warm. The installation looks great and got fitted in a tight cupboard. Thank you and well done to the team at Cool n Easy!

Excellent job carried out by cool and easy for our air source heat pump. Everything was explained to me and they are quick at responding to any questions I do have now that its installed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the get go I knew we were in safe hands by choosing Cool and Easy to supply and install the air source heat pump for our new build. Company owner Brad was always accessible , the system was installed ahead of schedule and the workings explained to us in a proper handover once the job was done . In addition, Brad talked us through the government grant application which was greatly appreciated as this can be quite daunting . I would have no hesitation in recommending this company : Friendly , helpful and extremely professional .

Absolutely 1st class. From start to finish the professionalism was second to none. Would highly recommend these guys for any requirements you need from a garden room to house. Proper 5 star workmanship
