I had a solar system fitted by Electrotec and honestly could not be happier with my decision. I had many quotes from other companies (6 or 7) before choosing to go ahead with Electrotec and I must say from start to finish they couldn’t have impressed me more. The representative I met initially to get a quote was very professional and extremely knowledgeable (unlike some of the others that came to quote me). There were no pressured sales tactics to make me buy, which was a refreshing change from the other companies, one of which even called a manager while at my house who said I was stupid not to buy from them. The whole process was fully explained including the installation process and how much electricity I can expect to generate and exactly how much money I can expect to save and earn. Upon research everything the gentleman told me checked out and was completely genuine. The scaffolding was erected the day before, then the following day a team of professional engineers arrived at my property and wasted no time getting to work on the instal. At around 3pm to my amazement the entire job was complete, just like I was told to expect, my property was left just as it was when they arrived, clean and tidy. Before leaving one of the team helped me download an app on my phone in order to view the solar system performance and showed me how to use the different functions and see exactly how much electricity the solar panels were generating and how charged the battery is etc. I really couldn’t recommend this company more highly and the amount of electricity the system is generating is incredible, it’s actually more than I use which means I am selling electricity to the grid so I will be gaining money from Octopus my energy provider rather than me paying them. Thank you so much to all the staff at Electrotec I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend using this company.

Timely, thorough and effective repair

This is the only company to use for Solar Panels and Batteries. Before getting solar I did weeks of research on the best solar panels, batteries and the prices. I had 8 companies quote and none of them could come close to the quality products, price and service provided by Electrotec. The team were in and out in a day, all set up and explained how the app works to see the incredible savings. Solar is great but using Electrotec is a MUST. Thanks for everything :)

Electrotec installed 19 solar panels and a storage battery system at our Medical Practice in Bromley at the beginning of March. Our latest electricity bill dropped by over 60%. It was a big investment but will pay back. Installation was efficient and Luke, Lee and team been so patient and supportive while finding a solution to some IT system issues. Luke programs the system remotely to ensure efficient use of cheaper night time tariffs for battery charging. We can see what’s going on with a natty little App! Would highly recommend other Electrotec to other practices. Very satisfied customers!

Luke and his team from Electrotec Power Solutions Ltd were excellent and exceeded all our expectations throughout the whole install of our solar installation (22kW - 50 solar panels with 16kw battery storage). They were extremely polite, friendly, informative and left the site immaculately tidy….unlike some trades. Their timing was impeccable…arrived early and worked late. They were originally scheduled in for a 3 day install but they completed it in just two days which included installing the netting around the panels for pigeons etc. We wouldn’t hesitate at recommending them for your solar install.
