JPEC Group is praised for knowledgeable, reliable and professional work across electrical repairs, rewiring, earthing, air source heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage. Customers value the clear communication, thorough explanations and careful planning, along with teams that are prompt, tidy and responsive when designs or requirements change. Reviews also highlight work completed on time, at a fair price, with a convenient one-stop service.
Having been let down by our energy supplier who had originally installed the solar system, JPEC stepped in, and I’m very pleased we chose them. They promptly removed the existing panels in time for some roof work we were having done. JPEC then redesigned and massively improved our system. It now generates more electricity, is properly configured, and it looks much better on the roof. JPEC’s service and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend JPEC to other homeowners planning to install or modify a solar system.
Full rewire, ASHP, and provision for solar and battery in the future. JPEC have been very easy to deal with and responsive when amendments to the original design have been introduced. Happy to recommend and will use them again.
good guys who do a great job for a decent price.
James and his team responding promptly to our issue at our new bungalow with needing earthing rods installed. They were knowledgeable, cost effective and professional throughout. Will definitely be using them again. Many thanks
We contacted JPEC Group for a full design and installation of an air source heat pump and solar PV, they designed our system to balance our bills to offset one another. We also opted for the recommended battery storage solution, also installed by JPEC Group. The team were always neat, tidy and polite. We would highly recommend
We would highly recommend the JPEC Group. From the first time we spoke about the electrical problems we had, we felt reassured that our troubles were over, thanks to their help. They made a very thorough assessment and tested a lot before explaining what they had found necessary to rectify the problems. The process was professionally explained, written estimates were discussed and agreed. The team were all branded in their company clothing and vans sign written, we felt this gave a sense of pride, professionalism towards the work they carried out. It also gave us confidence, in them. The work that the JPEC Group carried out began and finished on time. The whole procedure was meticulously carried out and checked. They are efficient and tidy in their work- saying what they mean and meaning what they say. Everything repaired, refitted, and checked and now working brilliantly. We cannot recommend JPEC Group highly enough.
The JPEC team was highly knowledgeable, reliable, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. Their "one-stop shop" approach saved us time and hassle, eliminating the need to coordinate multiple trades. Highly recommended!
