It was a nightmare finding someone in the immediate area to service the solar boiler for over a year - finally we landed on Solar Air and what a great experience it was - from calling them, to them coming out to us - everything was clear, fuss-free and timely, and I couldn't recommended them enough - very professional service.

A very good experience. The company were very helpful on the phone when we initially rang as we weren't sure what the fault was. A member of their team attended the same day to identify the issue and after booking an appt for the repair, the engineer attended on time and completed the work promptly and professionally.

Engineer was unable to come on the day booked but was with us just after eight the following morning. The job was done cleanly and competently. Thank you.

We booked a service call and we had water temperature control problem. Steve the engineer arrived on time and carried out a service and found we had a faulty control module. He replaced the module and all has been perfect since. Only quibble I have is the bill was not itemised as to the work carried out, just a total figure with no breakdown.

Just had my Cosy air source heat pump fitted, totally lives up the claims made and managed to get a £7,500 grant, thank you to the team for making this all happen!

You Wrote Had some solar panels fitted in our new build house on the land and from start to finish the service was fantastic. Amber, was very helpful in the office with the queries I had. They explained the system well to me and how it works. It’s also great to know they do servicing options after if needed in the future. They also have offered cleaning of panels and bird proofing options if I need in the future. Will be recommending to my neighbours and family for sure! Can’t wait to see the reduction in bills and helping the environment also.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They're incapable of installing a solar thermal system correctly and then fail to come back out to repair faults. They are useless and I do not recommend them to anybody. Worst company for any kind of trade.

I bought a PV system through Solar Together. Solar Air was the installer. The products sold were of a higher specification than the products installed. NAPIT found 20 technical errors with the installation.
