One customer says CR Plumbing & Heating Ltd handled a job well, reporting that the firm was quick and professional and that the work was finished in a day to an excellent standard. The same customer described the price as reasonable but says nothing about the amount paid. Another customer describes poor service and communication: emails were ignored, calls were not returned, and after a missed visit the firm admitted the plumber had been sent to the wrong house.

I was recommended C R Plumbing by a colleague and after receiving three quotes, they were by far the most competitive. From the first call to completion, the service was outstanding. I had no water or heating, a stressful situation and they handled everything quickly, professionally, and efficiently. The entire job was completed in just one day, and the standard of work was excellent. Reliable, honest, and reasonably priced which is rare to find all together. I cannot recommend C R Plumbing highly enough. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Really poor customer service and communication. Emails ignored. Phone calls never returned. Didn't show up and then said I'd missed them then admitted they sent the plumber to the wrong house .
