Quick at responding to messages and collecting

I have not come across any trades who are proactive and passionate. When I called, the phone got picked up straight away, greetings, polite, listening, noting the details and scheduling a job for later on the same day, though to my surprise it got scheduled within no time of my putting phone down. I got confirmation of the times and in no time the job got done. The team did additional work which it would have costed me more time and money. More than that now I trust their work and rest enjoy the sun. I am very grateful to you and your team. Definitely in my keep trades book and look forward to recommend and work together again.
