One Clear

Fast efficient and polite...would definotely recommend one clear

Awful experience , agreed a time of 2:30-4:30pm , double checked at 4pm they would still be coming before 4:30pm, they said yes and no one showed up , they then text to say they would be arriving nearing 6pm I cancelled with them as I perceived this as really unprofessional

Really good gob respectful of the premises new what they were doing on with in the hour would definitely use your company again in the future 👍👍🙌🙌🙌

Booked in a waste removal from my property in Hinckley last Thursday, process was very simple and spot on, they gave me a 2hr window of when they would arrive and cleared everything within a couple hours, really friendly simple and easy process would definitely recommend

Excellent services highly recommend will definitely be using again

I contacted this company looking for a skip for my end-of-tenancy clearance. Instead, I was persuaded to use their man and van service. They knew it was my last day of the tenancy and that I needed everything cleared urgently, but I felt I was put in a difficult position because of the time pressure. The whole experience was frustrating and left me feeling like I didn’t have much choice. I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

Excellent service. Good communication in a timely manner

From start to finish the company communicated excellently and were very professional. The guys who turned up were polite and very helpful going above and beyond to clear everything away. Would highly recommend this company and happily use them in the future.

Waste of time and effort miss leading committed to remove the waste left the job half way and ask for more came before committed time just ways of money if I know the level of sevice never waste my time

Job done neatly by responding spontaneoualy. No hastle

A really great service, all the rubbish was gone in less than a day, the staff are professional and helpful, thank you!

Very professional! Very efficient! Would highly recommend!

Sent a perfectly polite message asking for a rough, baseline estimate for a standard 3-bed house clearance. Instead of a professional response, I was given a condescending lecture and told "this is not the right way to go about this," accompanied by a bizarre analogy about car showrooms. Ironically, any decent car salesperson would easily give a customer a starting baseline price without the attitude. Unbelievably poor customer service and highly unprofessional communication. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that actually knows how to speak to people. **A response back to the owners comment:** Thank you for reinforcing my original review. You said your analogy would “hopefully resonate.” Unfortunately, it didn’t. Comparing my enquiry to buying a car, a kitchen or a pair of shoes misses the point entirely, as those industries routinely provide a starting price or price range before discussing the finer details. That was all I asked for. You state that I “failed to follow up.” That’s correct….I chose not to continue the conversation after being told I was “not going about this the right way.” I have no interest in doing business with someone who communicates in such a condescending manner. You also state that “no transaction between us occurred.” Correct again. My review clearly says I would be taking my business elsewhere. The reason no transaction took place was because of your communication. Finally, you concluded that “people like you rarely transact business and waste companies valuable time.” That’s quite a judgement to make from two polite messages. As for advice, I’d suggest spending less time analysing customers’ personalities and a little more time practising basic manners. It would probably leave a better impression than comparing a house clearance to buying a pair of shoes. I wish you all the best. This will be my final response.

One Clear is amazing. They removed some gnarly garden waste for me for a great price, and were available the next day. Big thanks!

Really easy to book and good communication via WhatsApp. Super quick service, they came out the same day, got straight to work and cleared everything out really quickly. The team that came out to me were very friendly and polite. They found some cash whilst clearing out which they returned to me, showing honesty and integrity also. I would highly recommend. Fair prices also .

Very quick service arranged collection for the next day. Polite and professional.

Everything super quick, price agreed via WhatsApp after sending pictures.

Excellent service from One Clear. They cleared a very large amount of waste including pallets, heavy RC pillars, timber, logs, cardboard, and garden waste. The job was done very swiftly and efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended.

Very professional and efficient service. Have used this company on two projects and will again on future works. Highly recommend

Contacted them with pictures of the stuff I needed cleared, within a few hours I had a quote, a few hours later a collection time the following day. Within 24 hours its all sorted. Can't fault them.

Really nice experience with this company. They showed up, got straight to work, and were finished in no time. It was so easy to book and even easier on the day. Great job!

Had some rubbish cleared from the garden. We were pleasantly surprised by the price and the communication was perfect. They were friendly and had it cleared extremely quickly for us. Amazing service and absolutely would recommend

I initially spoke with Simon. He was incredibly helpful and a quote was provided quickly. The rubbish was collected within 24hrs and I was kept updated with messages and photos as I was not able to be present at the time of collection. Super helpful.

We booked with One Clear to remove garden waste. Communication was easy and I was kept updated. The team came next day, on time and removed all the garden waste quickly as discussed. They were polite, respectful and didn’t leave behind any mess. We are grateful for their excellent service and will happily go to them again for any future clearances.

Response time was super fast, will definitely be recommending One Clear to friends and family.

Fast efficient and professional.. much cheaper than hiring a skip highly recommend 👌

I recently used One Clear Team for a garage clearance and rubbish removal, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I gave them three separate jobs, and they handled each one perfectly from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was cleared exactly as requested. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how smoothly they managed everything without any hassle.

Great service- speedy and clear communication over WhatsApp, gave a reasonable price, and we're able to pick up the next day. Really appreciate the two hour slot provided the night before, made it easy to plan around. Lads were lovely.

needed my shed cleared out and after a very good quote they came the next day and done a brilliant job clearing out all my rubbish . the guys who came were helpful and friendly , highly recommend one clear

Excellent team. Came out and cleared the garden swiftly. Very friendly and polite too, I had extra stuff added to the initial quote and they were able to clear too with little warning about it. Awkward clear and they did it smoothly. Extremely happy with it.

Very easy to coordinate a booking - priced in advance based on photos. Nice team!

Edited review following phone call with the director and a positive resolution for myself. Initially i was very unhappy and frustrated following the service provided, felt pressured into paying more on the collection date and still had waste left to remove as i was initially quoted £300 and then on the day told it would be £750-800. Which is outrageous. The collection on this day was done quickly and then i was asked if i could pay £150 to remove the rest, which i did not have the money for. Following this, i was contacted by Norman who was very sincere and listened to my explanation of why i was unhappy he understood and agreed with me that in this case the waste that was quoted was correct and it was then overestimated on the day. He apologised and arranged for collection of the rest of the waste for the next day. Which was greatly appreciated and removed quickly in the timeframe given. I think for any other customers just make sure you send as many clear photos as you can and if you have any issues like i did make sure you raise them as there will be a resolution.

Exceptional work One Clear did for me, I was in desperate need of all the waste to be removed, they kept to their words and did the Job, perfectly, i will recommend them to anyone who doesn't know how to remove waste in their homes. Thank you so much 👏🏾

Fantastic, fast and efficient service. We needed collection of rubbish left by previous tenants and One Clear were very helpful. Thanks!

I had loads of rubbish from house renovation work and garage clearing. Found the contact details from Google and contacted. Easy straightforward process after that - few app messages and all gets sorted. The guys that came for collection were very friendly and efficient - cleared all in no time. The stuffs I had were worth probably a large skip size and I had mixed stuffs (as in pics) - hence extremely cost effective deal. Thank you One Clear team - I will use you again if need arises.

Great first class service from first point of contact to the lads turning up ( always on time ) and a cracking bunch of lads. Site always left clean and tidy. Always given clear pricing which is extremely competitive. For any waste removal always go to these guys first.

Would like to commend one clear for the good job they provided when we were moving out of midlands Communication through out was on point and affordable as well

Best service 👍

Great experience! Speedy, efficient service. Thanks again!

Horrible customer service. They have agreed with a quotation 1 week before pickup and then asking for significantly more money during the pickup by denying that they have not quoted/agreed any money before. As they communicate on whatsapp and whatsapp removed previous texts due to their privacy settings. I would not recommend it. I feel its more like blackmailing customers on the pickup day.

Good communication, friendly staff

Excellent Service thank you. A lot of old furniture and general rubbish, Cleared next day after enquiry. Very Fair price,

Very reliable service I contacted them yesterday for a quote and was happy with the price and they was here today to do the job. All rubbish removed Thank you! Fast & Reliable :)

I spoke with Simon over the phone, and he was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish – including during the payment process. Communication throughout was very professional via WhatsApp and happy with the price (all be it on the slight higher end of spectrum) for me at least. Have no problems recommend them to others and will use again in the furure

Wonderful service, One Clear is a very professional company with the best quotes I've come across. I had originally gone with another waste removal service that had responded to me slightly sooner (literally by just a few minutes) - but the other company didn't turn up to our booked slot. I then contacted One Clear again and they not only gave me a much cheaper quote, but also actually came on time to our booking and completed the removal both quickly and professionally. I would recommend One Clear to anyone looking to have things removed from their property!

I would truly recommend this company to anyone looking to remove waste from their homes in a fast, efficient and very respectable manner. Two gentlemen arrived to help clear old furniture from my poor late mother's house in Canley, Coventry and they were on time, very, very understanding about my situation, helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. It is wonderful that we still have such kind and honest people in this world. I do so hope that they are both recognised for their goodwill by their employer.

Good service, very polite and fast.

First time using this company ,fantastic fast response with my inquiries did a great job the guys collecting were very polite and kept me well informed from first contact to pick up would highly recommend,

Very professional, affordable and fast service. Contacted on a Saturday, job complete by Monday afternoon. Cleared out all the waste as agreed. It included stacks of waste in my garden, but also 10 plus years worth of rusted rubbish inside an old shed. Highly recommend.

It was quicker than I thought, good service, I have already recommended friend's.

Very good removal service. Quick response and careful removals. Very professional as well.

They have cleared out the trash after my end of tenancy. They did the next day of my request. I wasn't available at site. I kept everything outside and sent a picture. They have cleared out everything and sent the finished works picture. Payment transfer through bank after the work before they leave site.

Perfect, flawless service. We hired a storage unit for a week whilst exhibiting 2 hours away from the office & had only 24 hours to clear our unit out after the show. One clear were able to help us the same day and clear the unit. They also provided photo's at the end. They were responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We will 100% use again!

Came an hour and half later than the expected time slot but once come cleared everything in less than 5 minutes and polite organised and even cleared additional garden waste item. Good communication with team even with the delay. Overall happy with service

This company provides the best service I have come across, having used several other waste removal people. From the guy who organises everything, Jerry. to the guys who collected the waste, they have provided an excellent service. They even broomed the floor after clearing everything…which is highly impressive! Their prices are also very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company. Thanks guys!
