Dejunk coventry

Helpful and professional. Made light work of the job- would recommend and will use again in future.

Amazing. Messaged them to collect household and garden rubbish as well as a king sized mattress. They came the next day cleared the lot in such a quick time and even took extra items I hadn’t originally asked for. They kept me updated after everything removed and sent photos. And a very reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend enough. Would 100% use them again. Thank you so much

Definitely will be using again. Steve was so quick with message response and organised a clearance date asap👍 5 star rating

Really impressed with the service from Dejunk Coventry. Quoted for the work, turned up when they said they would and cleared my junk within an hour. Friendly service I would highly recommend

Very good, competitive price, very prompt service, would recommend

Absolutely amazing!! Chat GPT recommended me this company. Was super easy to get in touch after looking at the website. As soon as I saw “WhatsApp” I knew it would so much simpler than calling and talking about it on the phone or getting someone to come out and have a look. I just sent them pictures of everything I wanted to get rid of and they promptly replied with a very good price. You must consider your time vs paying a professional. It would have taken me probably 3-4 weeks of going to the tip by my self and using my car. They did it in 2 hours!!! I was so impressed, they cleared 3 huge vans full of junk in that short time. Took care of the my property, were so polite and friendly. Even came early before the appointment to work out the best way to do it. So professional. The really important thing is other companies just throw this junk anywhere or fly tip it. This company disposes everything responsibly and legally. Everything is invoiced too. I wish I had heard about this company way sooner, I’m kicking my self for doing all the hardier by my self lol. That’s why I wanted to make sure other people really know how effective and efficient hiring them is compared to doing in your self. Thank you so much for your help guys, 3 people came to the property and they were all a delight with smiles the whole time. Highly recommend.

A fantastic experience with Dejunk. Easy to work with, clear professional, job done in a few minutes. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Booked for today, was Supposed to come to remove some turf. After making me wait a week then didn’t answer phone on day he was meant to come. Very unprofessional as i’ve been waiting on him to continue my own work, very disappointed customer. would not recommend this absolute waste of time. the fact you don’t answer your phone so i could ask a simple question or even the texts i sent one at 9 and another at 12 and several calls, what is the customer to think. Then you call me soon as i posted review to argue the fact i gave you a bad review instead of apologising and confirming a time of pick up again how unprofessional? I was at work at the time and my My partner works from home so both was unavailable regardless of what you say our business is which again you shouldn’t be doing!!! ? i was trying to contact you to discuss a time of arrival, i also text you asking you of a time as we also have two children one of 3 one of 7 that needed to be picked up from schools at different times. we wanted to talk to you with regards to times and where i left the turf. A review is just a review of my personal experience. Maybe if you responded as fast as you did to call and messages as you do bad reviews we wouldn’t be writing bad reviews.

It's our 3rd time calling out Steve to help us dispose of rubbish from around the house and garden and he's always been top notch professional and helpful, quick to reply and on time on the job. Wholeheartedly recommend!

This company was amazing, the day before our moving house date our skip was full and we had so much rubbish / furniture to get rid of, it was Saturday afternoon and my keys had to be handed over Sunday. I messaged de junk and he responded straight away, and collected first thing Sunday morning. His communication , efficiency and work was second to none. I cannot recommend them enough. Thankyou!

Really helpful, quick turn around and very friendly. Would recommend.

Fair price and very flexible...

Professional, competitive and speedy service , thanks for all your help and responding so quickly ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great service from original enquiry to completion. Very well priced and took the hassle out of disposing of various types of rubbish wood / metal / cardboard etc . Would highly recommend and was also ultra fast at completing the job

Following a bereavement we sadly needed a house and garage clearance and spoke to a few companies. Steve at was not only the cheapest quote by far but he was also the most helpful and professional. Throughout the whole job he was very accommodating, respectful of the difficult circumstances and extremely thoughtful. Even though there turned out to be more in the house than we thought, he still managed to get everything completed on time. I don’t live local to the house being cleared so Steve kept me up date throughout and sent me photos of the house once it was cleared. I’d definitely recommend Steve and Dejunk Coventry, great value, brilliant job done and a totally nice guy.

Steve was amazing in clearing the garden and house of our rental property after the tenant touted himself as a ‘Clearance man’ and then filled the garden with everyone’s rubbish. It was a huuuge job and Steve wasn’t phased, got stuck in and cleared it in a week. Could not recommend him highly enough. He’s been amazing and we are so very grateful. Anne, Tile Hill
