W. SWINDELLS & SON (ROOFING) LIMITED

Poor service, travelled 12 miles to Clock Face, basically their website said closing 4.30pm, I arrived at 4.10pm to find them locking the gates 20 mins early than stated, won’t be using this company again.

Nice guys. Yard needs emptying of vehicles and start accepting deliveries earlier would be nice

Awful firm

Mr personality

First class helpful

Not the best .

Very freindly staff

Had a full roof installation that has leaked every time it rains, through to my bedroom down the chimney breast ever since. Spent a fortune on plastering and decorating only for the new roof to ruin it all. After a second opinion from someone else I was told they've put broken tiles around the chimney and basically fitted it all wrong including the seal around the chimney. I can hear rain dripping in my attic onto the ceiling of my bedroom. Aswell as this they completely decimated my front garden into a mud pit and crushed plants with the scaffold and the tiles used on mine and neighbouring houses have yellow mold/moss all over them. Staff are not very approachable or professional either.

Helpful and had what I needed in stock!

Very efficient building merchant, stocks available at all time, great prices. Was recommended by Ste. Halton Roofing - Widnes Thank

Impossible to get a hold of someone. Been chasing them up on an appointment to fix our roof since December. Always fobbed off saying they'll 'call you back' because they need to contact Emma to chase up the roofers.

Made a good job of the work but not the tidiest of gangs.

The service was poor need someone to be on the ball

Everything from rooting to gutter systems

A very good place . Lots of stuff you just can't get anywhere else. We use the place a lot.

Use caution when reading positive reviews (probably inside job). See other negative reviews if you want the truth. Swindells use contractors. I do not believe they have any staff of their own (other than the numptees in the office). The office staff are a joke - especially Emma. She’ll promise the world but laugh at your expense with the other office staff (note most of them are illiterate and incapable of stringing a sentence together), Stay well away. You have been warned!.

Just had a new roof fitted by this company. Made up with the job. Good honest clean workers. No complaints what so ever.

Staff in the office are a joke and really over Priced joke of a company!

Great reliable prices staff are very friendly and more than happy to help
