Rod and his team have been brilliant From start to finish. Arrived to view & provide an assessment on time. Good fair price for work. Started on the day agreed, team worked really hard & non stop. They wete clean & tidy and left the site safe & any mess cleared up. The work appears to be of a high standard. Genuinely I cannot fault them at all. Reliable Roof Care have been really excellent during remedial works to our roof. The workmen were extremely pleasant and tidy, clearing all rubbish and sweeping the driveway each day. We cannot fault their workmanship. They are an excellent company to deal with and their prices are very fair for the work involved. We have no hesitation in recommending them. An up date to the above: After much deliberation, we decided that our roof felt and tiles needed replacing. The roof was 60 plus years old. We asked RRC for a quote and we were surprised how reasonable it was. Rod and his team have completed the work and we are delighted with the result. Throughout the whole roofing process Rod has kept us fully informed about start dates, arrival of scaffolding, materials, etc. His communications certainly made us feel confident about the workmanship and professionalism of RRC. At no time was 'extra work' suggested as being necessary. The price quoted was the price paid. We are extremely pleased with the finished work. We have also had the facias and soffits replaced and the overall appearance of our house looks very well maintained. It was a big job but Rod and his team were very pleasant and helpful. They cleared up each day before leaving. It is difficult finding honest and reliable contractors but we have no hesitation in recommending Reliable Roofing Care. This company is a great find!

Contacted Rod when we came home to find water dripping from the ceiling in the bedroom. He responded really quickly and used the drone to identify the problem. The repairs were completed efficiently and to a high standard. RRC are very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant service from Rod and hios team. After being ripped off by cowboy builders, these guys came in and put everything right. Repaired tiles, sorted out guttering, and fixed all the mess left behind on a 5 bedroom detached house with 3 stories. They've been out multiple times now, even for smaller jobs, and every time they've been reliable, professional, and great to deal with. A proper, trustworthy company with a fantastic attitude. Highly recommended.

If you're reading this review you're in the same place I was with a leaking roof, making you sick to your stomach with worry, and unsure exactly which firm out there is trustworthy and which is a cowboy. Unfortunately before finding Rod at RRC I contacted the latter and was scammed by a joker who didn't know what he was doing and left me out of pocket with a botched "repair". Thankfully Rod came to the rescue and I decided to get the whole roof of my Victorian terrace replaced. The scaffolding went up the day before along with a large skip to remove the old tiles and Rod and the guys turned up promptly on the day and got to work straight away. Within a few days the job was complete, the skip removed and the scaffolding taken down. As I'm sure you can see from the picture everything about the work was first class. I'm always reluctant to write reviews straight away as you never know what issues may occur but 5 years on and the roof is as watertight as the day the guys left.

We used RRC a little while ago now to have a new pitched roof put in place of an old roof on our kitchen extension. They gave an honest assessment of the old roof and gave us multiple options and prices that where honest and fair. We decided to go with a full replacement as they gave us a 10 year guarantee. The lads where spot on and had the entire roof completed in 1 day. No mess and great job. To this day no issues with the new roof. They even left us some spare tiles In case we wanted to have some replaced at the front in the future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again!

Rod did a new, full roof for us in 2022. He discussed all our options with us in detail before we authorised the work, which included taking down and rebuilding the chimney and clearing out the old loft insulation. He was reliable, friendly, and professional and did an excellent job at a very competitive price. He and his team ensured that everything was done safely and they cleared away any debris at the end of each day. We totally recommend Rod and his team. Definately five stars from us!

Rod and company completed work on the house I am currently renting, putting a brand new roof on. Before the work we had numerous people looking at the roof and ‘fixing’ it, leading to many leaks and damage. Rod came, looked at the roof, took many photos for our landlord recommending a brand new roof and why (you could see the awful jobs) We had a brand new roof over 2 years ago and we’ve had no issues since! Rod and the team were very professional and polite and the job was completed within a week (we had snow delaying it a little bit).

Rod and team arrived as promised and extended my garden room, replaced a back dormer roof, replaced gutters and fitted a bathroom extractor fan. I am so glad I found this builder, he's honest, trustworthy, very skilled and knowledgeable. I have been putting off having work done on my house for so long because I just didn't know how to find someone who would do a good job, then found this firm on Check a trade, I have not been disappointed. Needed porch roof replacing after storms, desperately need facias replacing, all done to perfect standard with minimal disruption. What was even better though was that he was helpful finding good people to do extra jobs, people who were reliable.

I had Reliable replace a rotting beam and all the covers. This was my second time using Reliable, and they did an outstanding job. Simply professional from start to finish. They came around promptly assessed the work, gave me a quote, turned up exactly when they said they would, and did a superb job. They're polite too, and clean up after the work is done. I'll be using Reliable again.

I recommend RR (in fact I already have). They were very responsive and did an excellent job of rendering our leaky chimney and hopefully curing some ugly damp in a bedroom. The lads who did the job were friendly and polite and very efficient.

We had a persistent leak with our rear chimney that was damaging the plasterboard. After one unsuccessful attempt to fix it from another contractor, Rod came and took a look with his drone and suggested the best course of action was to remove it entirely. This has sorted our problem completely. Quick, courteous and well priced keeping in constant contact about any updates. Would highly recommend!

This lad knows his trade , very polite and hard working. did the job same day no more needs to be said , when can you call a tradesman about a roof leak and get it sorted next day really appreciate the job rod really well done mate would defo recommend rod .

I cant recommend Reliable RoofCare enough I needed my guttering putting back on my loft after being blown down by strong winds. I'd had a number of quotes which were very expensive. When Rod came round to quote me he was very friendly and he appreciated that the work was only an hour or so and he told me he wouldn't be charging me silly money for an hours work. He kept his word. Came back a few days later and refitted my guttering. He also added extra brackets so it won't happen again. Builders who are honest and won't rip you off are hard to find. Thank you Rod

Rod came around to give me a quote, was very transparent in the work that needed doing, answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Rod wasn’t the only person to give us a quote but he was the only one who took the time to explain things to me. He gave me all the options and suggested what would be the best approach given my budget. The work kicked off and Rod was always very transparent, professional and approachable. Like most projects there are always hiccups but Rod and his team made sure they left my roof better than it was before and my garden as clean as it was before they arrived. Special shout out to the scaffolders and Rods team, all very friendly, well mannered and professional. I’ve had some cowboy tradesman do work on my roof in the past, and I can say 100% that I know where to go when I need work doing on my roof again or other projects for that matter. Excellent job fixing my gutters. When quoting he explained the options I could choose and suggested some solutions I hadn’t thought of. I had persistent leaves blocking my gutter and some guttering was running the wrong way and spilling over. We agreed a date and all work was completed cleanly in one day. Gutters relieved and leaf blocking fitted on al gutters. Would recommend

Rod arrived when he said he would to give a quote. He under stood the work to be carried out.The price was fair so was accepted. He gave a time and date for the work to be carried out and all was good. The work he did was well done and he and his staff were tidy and polite. I was so pleased with work that I had him back to carry out more work which again was good. My next door neighbour saw the work he had done for me and also got him to do the same as the first of my job. Well done Rod and team.

Contacted reliable RoofCare to assess my roof after the recent bad weather experienced. They arrived on time as discussed inspected the roof with photos and a full qoute via email with no initial cost. Work was agreed and completed in the following weeks overall I would recommend.
