Alan came and give me a quote nxt day the job was completed.. Excellent work carried out Reliable and efficient. Would highly recommend 👌

I would highly recommend Alan and LA roofers. He is reliable, good value and provided an excellent service.

Very good job, friendly and efficient workers. Would use again

Excellent work, made us feel very comfortable and nothing upfront! garentee work finishes then payment.highly recommend,

I asked 4 Roofers to come and give me an estimate for work that needed done to our roof. This company absolutely stood out from the rest, they got back with a reasonable quote the same day. One other had taken 4 days and, although it was a cheaper price, they alluded to needing to charge more if they found anything else when they removed the tiles. The other 2 still haven't sent a quote, one week later. LA Roofers have completed the job today, there was no hidden extras and the job the have done was to a very high standard, they even replaced a UPV window sill, sealed it and didn't charge me. Money well spent! Highly recommended!

On behalf of the New Club, est. 1903 - review by Hon Sec Les Hutchinson. We always use LA Roofers for our roof repairs. Ours is a very old (and tall building) and age means it has issues. This is the fourth time we have used LA Roofers for four individual issues over a multi varied and level roof. Quick response to identify the problem, full report given with photographs, solutions suggested and work carried out as soon as time allowed. Work completed without fuss or mess. No hesitation to use again or recommend to other businesses or home owners.

First class survey of work required and first class and efficient work carried out skillfully and with minimum disturbance. Cleared up afterwards too! Excellent price. Would not hesitate to recommend this business

I called Allan from LA roofers for a quote for a rubber roof. Alan came very nice and polite gentleman and did a excellent job would recommend him to anybody 1st class roofer him and gav

After being ghosted by last roofer.. we were recommended LA Roofers. Alan and his lads are a lovely bunch and from the start they were brutally honest about the state of our garage roof (finally, honesty) and so it turned out to be quite the job. Excellent work from all involved and would highly recommend. Would certainly use again. Thankyou fellas Stan 🙂

After being let down by another roofer. Alan was recommended. His team came on a Saturday as arranged. Alan discussed in detail what was required. I’m not a DIYer but could understand his clear explanations. We arranged to repair on the same day considering it was over the Easter bank holiday weekend. The team completed the agreed work and cleaned up before leaving. An excellent job. He is friendly, approachable and reliable. I definitely recommend LA Roofers Middlesbrough.

Alan and his lads sorted our conservatory roof as we had a small leak for a while, changed the roof to a rubber layered one and also put white cladding on the inside, top job lads ,on time and very trustworthy 👍👍

Had a job done by these guys a few years ago and obviously by the good job they did we knew who to see next time we had a something else on. A class act.

First class roofing company. Used them twice over the last 4 months once to do repair work after storm damage and once to do a finish on a previous roofer’s shoddy work. These guys did a complete professional job on stopping leaks. Brilliant communications throughout. Explained the issues and best remedies cost as per quote and were prepared to do a little unseen work that arose. Recommended.

After being let down by another roofer for months, Alan was recommended. He came the very next day and discussed in detail what was required and the difficulty the height created.(probably why previous roofer didn’t return when he said he would). . I’m not a DIYer but could understand his clear explanations. He explained what was required and gave recommendations. I should emphasise at no point was I encouraged to take his recommendations. It was down to me what he would do. We arranged a day for his return to do the agreed work and he arrived. The work took a few hours. Photographs were taken of the work so I could see what had been done. An excellent job. He is friendly, approachable and reliable. I definitely recommend LA Roofers Middlesbrough.

I am a landlord from London. I have a property in Middlesbrough. I was letting my property out with NS Estates in Middlesbbrough through the owner Nasir! They were making up fake problems and charging me every month for repairs. I called up Alan from LA roofing and explained to him the situation. He sent his staff to my property on the same day and looked at the work and got the roof repairs done and advised me that the NS estate agent didn’t do any work and charged me for the repairs. Alan and LA roofing are a trustworthy company

Did a brilliant job on my roof, had maja holes in it and it was very near to new year, Mr Alan came and his work partner and did it straight away , and didn't charge a bomb, thank you so much guys :)

Great job done quickly. Came early because of risk to roof and bad weather imminent. Cannot rate this team enough. Thank you so much guys.

I don't usually do reviews but on this occasion it deserves one. Our garage needed a new roof. I called Alan on the Monday and left a message, by the Friday afternoon it was all done. Great response, good communication and a good job.

Thank you Alan, Gavin & Brian for a 1st class service. Very reasonable quote given verbally & that was the price paid after work finished, which was completed the following week, they replaced our flat roof & installed a velux window to it to an excellent standard. I can highly recommend Alan & his team

Contacted LA Roofing for a quote on two flat roof replacements. Was quoted a reasonable price for epdm rubber roof coverings.Job done the next week by Alans lads. Nice tidy job done and all rubbish taken away.

I wasn't going to write a review, but it's now raining and the roof repairs haven't worked. I've used LA Roofing on a few occasions but the quality of work and service has got worse. Alan, nice man but chaotic. Doesn't answer the phone or messages, then when you do get through to him he say's he'll come and give a quote, then after repeated calls, his lads turn up without prior notice to do the job. Very poor quality of work; they do the very minimum if anything at all. Alan doesn't inspect, but requests payment immediately. No quotes or invoices. All other tradesmen I use provide proper quotes and invoices by quickbooks or XERO. LA Roofing; absolute disaster. Avoid him. google won't let me submit a no star review.

Rang Alan today and he sent his men to have a look. They repaired the dry verge immediately did an excellent job at a reasonable price. This contrasted with me failing to get in touch with my original roofers despite many calls. Highly recommended.

Flat roofs replaced with rubber. Alan & his team did a grand job

Your two guy's turned up this morning ready to start work as arranged, despite the extremely cold weather they plodded on with the job and managed to complete the job in 1 day. They were a credit to your company they were polite and respectful and left the site as clean as it had been on their arrival, thankyou very much I would recommend you to my friends. Graham P

Brilliant service from these guys. I contacted LA roofers on a Thusday to arrange for them to come out the following Monday to assess the roof and give us a quote. They turned up on time, looked at the work, gave an affordable quote and had the work finished the Friday of that same week. Our neighbour was also impressed with how fast they were able to come out and get the work started, the quality of the work and the no mess left behind. They will be contacting them to have a look at they're roof in the near future.

Alan came the same day I phoned about a leaking roof for an initial look then returned after I had permission from a neighbour to use his flat roof for access to the valley between my roofs. The problem was diagnosed and after the weekend all was fixed, new flashing, rebuilt valley etc. They gave me photos of the problems before and after repairs. A good job done.

I got in touch with Alan about a free quote, which he provided within days (I told him it wasn't urgent as I've had the leak long term but he still managed a rapid response). He then contacted me to say what work will need doing and how much it will be, I said I'm happy with that then he asked me if I want them to start right away! They got the job completed the same day, from what I can tell to a great standard. They quoted a very reasonable price compared to what I have been quoted elsewhere. Additionally they took photos of the work as they were doing it and provided me with the photos via WhatsApp. I've kept their number on record in case of any future problem and would highly recommend using them!! Alan is a top bloke and has been very helpful throughout

Alan came out to see me the same day I phoned . I used him after reading his good feedback from customers, and I was not disappointed. Work to repair a flat roof above a bay window , Was explained what needed to be done, ,,gutterings were checked and clean ,and 2 broken roof tiles on roof repaied as well. He gave a a good price ,and was more than happy with it . We would definitely recommend him to family and friends, a number to keep .

LA roofers came out to replace roof tiles and to fit a new flat roof to a bay window at my property after recent storm damage. Alan and his team were friendly and professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. They were very efficient and cleaned up after the job, removing all waste materials for recycling. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank you!

Full replacement of crumbling ridge tiles following storm damage. Having contacted a number of local roofers, some of whom simply didn't reply to my emails, LA Roofers rang me back promptly and work started the following day. Work was of a high standard, gutters were cleared of debris and property left tidy. A very reliable company and excellent service.

Very good, arrived next morning and fixed the roof straight away.

Good communications, and a splendid job carried out

L A Roofers came out at short notice to repair dry verge capping on a rented house that had been damaged in a recent storm. At the same time, I asked about replacing facia boards on both the house and garage. The work was carried out quickly and professionally. Although I have only seen photos of the final result, it all looks top notch. Would highly recommend.

LA Roofers fitted some Dry Verge to the bungalow. Given a competitive price and job was done very neatly, and as far as I can see, professionally. Also did the job in the time frame promised and cleaned up afterwards. Very straight-forward to deal with. Would recommend.

Contacted campany for work needed doing and arranged viewing. All needs were met and at a great price. All queries answered and give advice. Would really recommend

Fast professional service. Great work carried out and cleaned up too. Fantastic throughout.

Paid to get the work done. It didn't fix the problem. LA roofers then didn't want to know.

My dad booked LA roofers to re - roof the garage and their garden room. Great job, did exactly what they said they would do, really tidy workers, swept down well, when finished, would highly recommend. Fab.

Fair price worked quickly in bad weather to renew garage roof would recommend and use again

Very professional, prompt, polite and more than happy with quality of the work LA Roofers carried out for me. Would highly recommend.

We needed ridge tiles replacing after strong winds over the Christmas period. We got a call out for a quote within a day and repairs carried out as soon as materials could be obtained after Christmas. All correspondence with the company polite and prompt would recommend their services.

I contacted LA Roofers (Alan) and he came out to take a look at my leaking extension roof very quickly. He gave me a price verbally and then followed it up with an official quote (a rare thing in my experience) as I was having to go through my insurance company. When the work came to be done Gav and Dan did a great job. I'd definitely recommend LA Roofers - Great Job!

Rang to arrange them to come round my house and was told they would come the following day.Nobody turned up so I rang again was again assured they would come round but they never did or even had the professionalism to reply.

Had dormer flat roof and garage roof replaced recently by Alan and his team, Gav and Dan. Very happy with the results, the team were very hard working and diligent, cleaning up after each day. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future, should the need arise.

Friendly staff, polite, professional and swift No complaints, very happy with the service

Big thank you to alan gavin and Sam ,very professional and quality work carried out ,will definitely use again

What an excellent company. Replied very quickly to my contact and could tell they really care about going above and beyond over the phone. One word... QUALITY. I had some lead flashing sorted on my roof. Gavin who came round was interested in doing the job properly and carefully. The price was absolutely fair for the job, I know because I got three quotes! I am fussy about quality and price and these guys hit the mark dead on. EXCELLENT!!! This is a genuine review from someone who is often sceptical about reviews, but I can tell you this company is well worth the call NOW!!!!

Without any doubt LA Roofing are in a league of their own. What they advertise is what you get. A truly trusted company that provides everything they advertise, No cutting corners, like some do.Use top quality and rated materials, you have no fears that the job will be completed to your satisfaction and peace of mind. Alan, Gavin, a massive THANKYOU.

Completed job on roof valleys also capped gable. Well pleased with results. Alan very obliging. Would use this company again. Kelly Appleby

Quick response to initial email requesting quotation for removing felt roof on a loft conversion and replacing with EPDM rubber. The quote was very competitive and work was completed 3 days later. The team worked hard with only short breaks and kept us informed of where they were up to. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Quick and professional. Did exactly what we asked for the price quoted. In our experience that's a bit rare with tradesmen. Always trying to tack more bits on that you "really should get done". Even came back the following day to sort extra bits at my request. Highly recommend, and won't use another roofer now we've found them.

LA Roofers have just renewed my garage roof and have done a excellent job ,would recomend them to anyone, very good workmanship.

Great people to deal with Alan is very nice guy to deal with would recommend LA ROOFERS to any one great all round service A1

Have had some problems with loose ridge tiles over the years and overpriced insurance quotes, through our home insurance. Having seen LA Roofers working locally and how their team worked I looked at the finished work. Our ridge tiles and hips were completed today with a mortar free alternative which looks very good indeed. Work was carried out efficiently and in good time. They cleared away all the mess too. I have no problems recommending them to others and if I require other work I will be back.
