C B Precision Roofing Limited

My experience of precision roofing has been absolutely brilliant, they’re tidy, efficient and get the job done. Cannot recommend them enough, fully trustworthy, which is hard to find these days!

Totally recommend Chris and his team. Goes above and beyond and meticulous in his work. Wouldn’t use anyone else he’s a true professional Always Fantastic work done on my roofs and I know nothing about them ! He goes out of his way to explain everything needed- he is friendly knowledgeable professional and respectful Thanks again Chris and team.

Really pleased with the work done by Chris and the team. It was a huge project but everything completed exactly as planned and explained from the start. End result speaks for itself

I can highly recommend this firm . They recently completed some emergency work for me and the quality of the workmanship was second to none . A speedy efficient response and the work was completed in a tidy and very professional manner .

Chris & his team completed the works to a high standard. Friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He arrived on time to do the estimate and provided the quote in quick time. And importantly he came to do the works when so many others are unreliable these days. Thanks again and we’ll definitely recommend you to others that need a roofer.

Chris is a true professional with a huge level of care, integrity, and honesty in his approach, with top quality craftsmanship produced. A proper old-fashioned grafter which is very refreshing as that seems to be in short supply these days. The lads Chris had working with him also top notch and cared about doing the best job possible. Chris and his team replaced our soffit and carried out some necessary roof repairs on our old house. We couldn't be happier with the end product, and highly recommend this company. Chris gave us a great price and a 10 year guarantee. Much appreciated Chris and the lads! Andy

Fantastic work! Couldn't be more happier ☺️

Good bunch of lads. Job well done.

How good is this company, just when you feel everyone is out to take your money you get someone who takes great care in their work. Chimney leaking through the bedroom wall and causing damp at the base in the front room called precision roofing as he had repaired my daughter's house in Billingham and was very impressed by the work and the quote out of several she contacted was amazing by how professional he was, picture to show the problem and straight on with work, I have worked as a handy man for major companies and will not take substandard work as I know a little about what to expect and when someone goes above and beyond what you expect you feel the satisfaction in finding a true professional. I wish I could post a picture as house's around me have had their chimney repaired for similar reasons and they are not a patch on mine. When you have someone who knows their trade do not lose them. Check out the picture next door recently done then mine, quality stands out

Excellent sevice . This company goes above and beyond in they services. Not only do they do an excellent job , they are honest , reliable and very Professional. Great lads friendly and happy in they work . Highly recommend.

All in all, I can thoroughly recommend CB Precision Roofing due to the excellent quality of work provided. Arrived when they said they would, were personable, respectful and above all knowledgeable.

Had an emergency roof repair that required doing Chris and Ash did a fantastic job, to a very high standard, kept us informed of what was going on at all times and managed to get scaffolding etc in place within 24 hours…highly recommend anybody to use them.

Had Chris and his team replace all my old, tatty guttering and fascias with new and modern PVC. They worked very hard and did an great job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. Chris even found and fixed a fault on the roof I wasn't aware of. The quality of the work is excellent. Many thanks Chris.

Great workmanship highly recommend very professional and honest Re pointed my chimney and replaced some tiles

Had 2 new flat roofs installed by Chris and team. Quality service highly recommend even with the most complex of projects✅️

Great job on a flat garage roof just completed. Even a small refund as they couldn’t get to a part of the gutter. Honesty you don’t always see these days. Well recommended!

Chris is an absolutely fabulous tradesman. Polite, reliable, knowledgeable and hard working. I chose Chris's services from positive reviews from Google. I rang other roofers who messed me about, but Chris was alert from the off. He came around and we looked at my large garage flat roof (which had extensive water damage) he told me the best system to use and gave me a demo show of the resitrix rubber roof and how durable it was. He explained that it needed to be done in two parts, as we couldn't gauge the damage done from the extensive water ingress. So he quoted for the first repair and then the second one once the first was complete. Both times, Chris was onsite early doors and keen to get the job done. Excellent workmanship from him and his team on both occasions. I really can't thank them enough for the professional job that they did in such a short space of time. Reasonably priced as well (But I always say you get what you pay for) And this was a 5 star installation! Thanks Chris, I really can't recommend you enough. All the best with your business in the future.

Very good service. Able to get out very quickly to see the roof, and quick to repair it. Fantastic price too. Would definately reccomend.

Great guys, came out in the thick of the aftermath of a storm and repaired my roof. Very reasonable costings and on time / fast repair.

We've used the services of this company as a returning customer due to Storm Arwen damage to our property and detached garage flat roof. Excellent service, excellent workmanship and excellent price so CB Precision roofing is highly recommended. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Despite a very busy time following storm Arwen, Chris managed to pop round while working in the area. The work was done within an hour (ridge tile replace and guttering fix). In addition, reasonably priced compared to some roofing firms who were clearly taking advantage of the storm with inflated pricing or some that did not even bother returning calls. I would recommend Chris and his lads.

Great company Had my extension roof done by Chris and his team great bunch of lads and absolute quality job I would highly recommend them for any type of roofing job 10/10

I would 100% recommend C B Precision roofing Did a high quality job replacing all ridge tiles. Trust worthy and take a real pride in their work.

We had Chris remove and refit our ridge tiles and he done some slate repairs. Would and have recommended Chris to anyone. First class service!

Fantastic company, workman ship was great. Chris and his team did everything from start to finish on my roof came along some problems along the way and sorted them no bother. Time keeping was great turned up exactly when they said they would and worked non stop all day. Fantastic all round would definitely recommend and I'll be using these in the future if I need anything.

It's very hard to find decent honest trade people these days but Chris is a man of his word. Had a bit of an emergency and he took time out of his weekend to do the job. Would recommend him to anyone and will be using again in the future. Great work mate, I can't thank you enough

I have recently had my garage roof by this firm.I was quoted a good price and Chris and his team did a superb job.I would have no problem recommending them to anyone thinking of having any work carried out.Thank you Chris and the lads. J.Hudspeth.
