AKT Roofing Limited

We called AKT as there appeared to be a small leak in my mum’s bay window. Adam called by and ascertained there was no structural damage to the roof but some sealant was required. He applied this for us at no cost. Polite, friendly and efficient just as we’ve come to expect from AKT. Thank you 😊.

Verry professional service with excellent communication came straight away and repaired a leak in my roof extension. Would highly recommend.

I have used AKT for both large and small jobs and their work is excellent. They are responsive and considerate and they explain what they are doing. I recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

Adam and his team did a great job repairing our roof, at short notice too. They were very professional and courteous, respectful of both our property and our neighbour’s. Would highly recommend.

Top job! Very happy with my new Velux window in the Attic. Totally professional service. Highly recommended.

I recently had an emergency with my roof and AFT Roofing came to sort it out. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Rob and Matt were fantastic and fixed all the leaks for me. I would highly recommend this company!

We used AKT to replace 2 velux windows. Very impressed from the very first point of contact, the advice given on our options right through to installation and completion. The estimate was detailed and very competitive. The whole process was very efficient and the work was completed to our complete satisfaction and the new velux windows are fabulous. Thank you AKT.

AKT roofing are a very professional, attentive company & acted promptly with a much detailed report required for my property.

Excellent service to take down unused and decaying chimney

Thanks guy's for a great job, all done in a day. First class.

We employed AKT Roofing to replace an old Velux window on the top floor of our building. Although it took a while for them to find time for us because they are much in demand, when they came, the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. They finished all the work off very neatly, and cleared everything away. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you AKT for removing and capping the chimney, replacing the roof and insulation, doing it all swiftly and safely. Adam ensured that great care was taken erecting and dismantling the scaffolding, to minimise any H&S risks. Carmen was always at the end of the phone or contactable via email whilst the work was in progress, providing me with updates. The new roof looks really good and I’m confident will keep us dry and warm next winter.

Thank You For Solving A Problem for me! Thank you for being professional and reliable

We are so impressed and happy with the work from AKT Roofing. We had several roofers working at our house over two weeks and each and every one of them were very respectful and professional and kind. everyone was so dedicated and hard-working that the job was finished far sooner than we expected. The quality of the work is excellent, everything was also cleaned up after perfectly. We highly recommend AKT Roofing.

Adam was polite and friendly, and turned up on time. He provided a thorough inspection and detailed report on the condition of our flat roof. AKT's admin and operations officer, Carmen, was polite and helpful in making the arrangements. My experience of AKT Roofing was very good and I would recommend them.

The team removed hip and ridge tiles , cleaned them for re-use and replaced a few slates. They did this very carefully. They took all the rubbish away and left us clean and tidy. Very respectful and polite. They worked very hard despite the extremely cold weather. We have used AKT Roofing in the past and would do so again, should we need a roofing company.

We chose AKT roofing as they were members of the NFRC Roofing Competent Person scheme so were guaranteed to use quality parts and self certify with Building Regs. Friendly, efficient service. Explained well what they were doing. Hardworking. Replaced our large flat roof within 2 days. Cleared all rubbish away leaving the place clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Really good roofing company. Efficient and polite and got on with job to renew a bay window flat roof and some guttering works too. Recommended !

Very pleased with the job they did

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, quick and reasonable quote with lots of detail, plenty of communication about the job start and then the job itself was simply magical, I dont know how they've done it but its almost impossible to tell that there were 2 chimneys there before. Our neighbour had their chimneys taken down by another company last year and its really unsightly where the chimneys were and we were expecting the same but our roof is now pristine. They are true craftsmen and obviously care about the work they do. Once the bill arrived it was exactly as quoted with no hidden extras and we wouldnt hesitate to use AKT roofing again or recommend them to anyone who'll listen.

New, replacement, roof installed on detached house during October 2023. Work performed methodically, and well. Any issues (there are always 'issues'!) that came up, or special requests, were accommodated and dealt with in good humour. No problems with roof, or guttering which was also replaced, over the winter. One year later, I asked AKT to check a gutter issue, and they attended with a ladder within half an hour. The cause of the issue turned out to not be part of the work AKT had done.

AKT Roofing put a new roof together with new Fascia, Soffit and guttering on my property. The price was competitive and the job was completed to a very high standard. Their communication was also first class. I wouldn't use anyone else in future.

AKT Roofing is my first go to when it comes to any roofing challenges. I have been using AKT for number of years and will highly recommend their services. Thank you Carmen, Adam and the team for a recent flat roof inspection, Avi

We recently had a new roof installed by AKT Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team was hardworking, professional, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and they ensured everything was done efficiently. Highly recommend their services!

Excellent service, quick to respond, honest professional advice, lovely polite team. Have used AKT Roofing on several properties, would have no hesitation on recommending to anyone.

Honest, Polite, friendly Team from AKT Roofing Needed my Roof replacing & received an excellent service from start to finish (even swept the driveway) Had an extension built so used on another occasion to install a skylight & felt roof still accomplished to a high standard.

Superb service, both on the phone and in person! :-)

we have found AKT roofing Ltd efficient ,very reliable ,commendable on timing and requests and the whole team were exemplary

Awful over priced quotation, came to do a "independent survey". Report contained big errors on roof such as age, tile type etc. Then followed up with a £20k quote for unnecessary works previously signed off as OK by a RIC'S surveyor. Just looking to price up work be aware if your looking for an independent survey.

We, at Heathside Court, have contracted AKT Roofing, Adam Tipper, on many occasions over the past 20/25 years for various roofing jobs including a complete roof replacemet about 12 years ago. The service and workmanship we have received has been excellent and his prices have always been very competitive. I would, without hesitation, recommend this company, no job is too small.

Excellent start to finish always come back to Adam and the team

Have used AKT numerous times to fix my house tiled roof and install a new roof on my garden office .Very reliable service and really professional team would highly recommend thanks

Have used AKT roofing for both domestic and commercial work and found them extremely professional, very polite, great workmanship and very fair prices.

Good, prompt, competent service, replacing our roof.

AKT Roofing fitted felt trays, replaced a piece of damaged felt and replaced a broken tile. I tried 2 other roofers beforehand, but AKT Roofing were the only ones who reliably replied to messages and move things forward. They put in a temporary fix to keep out the rain when they came over to assess the job, then were quick to get it all completed and left everything tidy. Great service and great people!

A vert professional and a Superb Job. Could not ask for anything Better.. Well done .. AKT Roofing. THANK YOU..

AKT roofing replaced the felting and lead flashing on my flat roof garages. They did an excellent job. Cleared up well and left everything clean and tidy. Thankyou for a job well done.

Owning a hundred year old property means that from time to time repairs are needed! Recently a leak around redundant chimney stack caused ingress of rain water. Fault quickly identified. Adam arranged for removal necessitating complex scaffolding. Whole job completed efficiently by excellent neat polite super staff. Thank you teams (including Scaffolders)

AKT Roofing did a comprehensive survey on the roof of the property identifying the need to replace the original roof. They worked quickly to identify a slot for the work to go ahead and make the situation as stress free as possible. They worked hard to complete the project and the end result looks great! So pleased with the new roof. Plus the confidence of working with a reputable roofing company! Thank you to everyone at AKT roofing for their hard work.

Job finished to our complete satisfaction

AKT attended to a serious roof leak speedily and professionally. They took drone photographs of the roof to show me the damage. The roofers who came to do the repairs arrived on time, and were very professional and polite. I would definitely use AKT again and would strongly recommend them.

AKT fitted a new roof on my property. They were efficient throughout, always kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions. The roof was completed on time with no delays, and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AKT for any roofing work!

Recently needed small repair to leaking roof. Boss (Adam Tipper) came quickly in response to my phone call, and assessed that which was needed. Scaffolding came when advised, workers soon after, and work was completed quickly. Have had some rain since, and so far no leakage ! Secretary Carmen was helpful in coordinating timings. Have needed AKT help before, and would definitely recommend the firm. Malcolm Freeth

I do not recommend this company and I have spoken to Carmen, she is very unfriendly. Over prices, I'm very unhappy of the way they talk to their clients.

From initial contact everything was handled with professional timing and attention. The company owner is always on hand to answer any questions. The quality of work was very good and have been very impressed with how everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending AKT Roofing
