Southern Counties Roofworks replaced the flashing on the flat roof at my elderly mothers house. They were extremely professional and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I’d highly recommend Southern Counties Roofworks. I contacted them about an issue with my roof and they came out really quickly to take a look, explained what they thought the problem was and gave me a quote. They then arranged to come back and carry out the work very soon afterwards. They arrived on time, completed the work as agreed and showed me photographs afterwards so I could see exactly what had been done. They also noticed an issue with my gutters and fixed that for me at the same time without charging me anything extra, which I really appreciated. Both guys were friendly, dependable and straightforward to deal with. It’s always reassuring to find tradespeople you feel you can trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Owen and Sam of Southern Counties Roofworks Ltd are excellent, polite and knowledgeable. One of our back gutters was overflowing in heavy rain. They arrived within two days, ascertained the problem quickly and advised waiting to see how often the problem recurred. The alternative was to replace the gutters which may be necessary in the future. In the past they refurbished our front gutters which have not caused any problem since they did the work. I recommend them highly to anyone who may need roof or gutter work. It’s a relief to know professionals who are fully trustworthy.
