I have been using the services of Dan’s company for a long time, not only for my own home, but also my family including a vulnerable person and for a varied slew of services , I personally found the service that Dan offers to be more than I could have hoped for, he has integrity, works hard to offer a great service and takes the time to ensure that you understand all of your options and can make an informed decision. If he can find a way to save you money, he will do so, he offers advice and support and I can’t praise or recommend his services enough. I find Dan to be a person of great integrity, who offers a great service that he cares about the quality of and there is a clear reason that I have been a customer my whole adult life and will continue to be so. We recently had a new boiler fitted by Dan and his team and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful of our home leaving everything spotless and tidy throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure we fully understood both the product and how it all worked before he left. Best company I have used by far, will never use anyone else again. Professionalism at its best. Was there on time every day, always available at the end of the phone. Updated every morning of what his plans were for the day, also fully briefed after his work for that day. All nice neat work, left the house spotless every day after he had finished. Absolutely love our new bathroom!! Dan called round to discuss what we would like and the options available for a walk in shower. He listened to what we said we would like and the result is an amazing transformation! All aspects of the work done was thoroughly explained to us stage by stage. All completed in 10 days.

Booked us in within a few days of enquiring about the job in hand, very polite, chatty, and took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat, even offered to come back if needed showing how to use it further. We brought an older house back in March 23 which ended up needing quite a lot of work. Got in touch with Dan initially to have some of the radiators taken down for skimming and not long after realised the boiler had been leaking badly for quite a while and needed replacing. Dan has been excellent throughout giving us different options on how to move forward, keeping the original boiler going whilst we decided what to do and ultimately he and Brett doing a brilliant job with the replacement. Can’t recommend these guys enough, will 100% be coming back whenever we need anything doing!
