Lewis & Jo bailed us out when our heating engineer let us down. They arrived on time, went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. Great workmanship, and will be using them for any plumbing or heating needs moving forward. These boys really do what they say they are going to do, a rare thing nowadays!

Our new dishwasher could not be connected to the water supply as the copper pipework under our sink needed to be re-arranged. After seeing a photo of the issue, Portsmouth plumbers arrived within 20 minutes and rapidly sorted out the pipework. Our dishwasher is now working. Very impressed!
Lewis has been absolutely amazing to deal with! After having plumbing issues that our insurance wouldn’t cover, I got in touch with Your Portsmouth Plumbers. Lewis replied really quickly and took the time to chat with me on the phone to understand exactly what was going on. He came round the same day, found the problem straight away, explained everything clearly, and sent over a quote the next day. Communication has been brilliant from start to finish, and he did a fantastic job — even left our downstairs loo spotless afterwards! We honestly couldn’t recommend Lewis enough. If I could rate 10 stars, I would! I had a full gas heating system installed (switching from an electric to gas system) by Lewis and Joe in August 2025 and I couldn’t recommend and thank them enough. I contacted Lewis to obtain a quote and he came round to do this within days. He measured up and asked what I wanted, providing his recommendations of what would and wouldn’t work but ultimately allowing me the final decision. I wanted the work done within fairly short notice (whilst I was away) and they were very accommodating to this and fitted around me. Both went above and beyond to ensure the work would be completed before my return to my flat. Lewis kept in communication with me throughout the work and provided me with updates regarding where he was up to and time scales. Lewis gave me recommendations and options of boilers, enabling me to make a decision based on quality and price. For the work completed and the service received, the price was very reasonable and less than I had originally anticipated. When I returned, they had disposed of all the waste and swept around my flat, leaving it as clean as possible upon my arrival. Both Lewis and Joe were easily contactable, friendly, reliable, accommodating, skilled and professional. Most importantly, they have made my house a home as I can relax with the knowledge I will have a warm winter. Thank you both! :)

Lewis came within 15 mins of my phone call, he identified the sauce of the leak and was able to fix it quickly. He then cleaned up before leaving. I found Lewis to be very polite, he explained what was needed and ran through what he had done at the end of the job. Happy with this service, and would use him again.

Lewis came to our rescue at short notice, he is professional, friendly and respectful. He saw what the problem was immediately and had it fixed quickly. We have used his services on 2 more occasions for other work and find Lewis to be honest and upfront and are now planning to use Your Portsmouth Plumbers for a refit of our existing bathroom.

Lewis came to do a gas safety test at our property recently. He was very professional and knowledgable and gave us some advice regarding our boiler system. I would recommend him and the team for any plumbing and heating requirements.
I called Lewis with a sudden leak under my kitchen sink, he managed to get to me, identify the problem and fix it all within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Had Your Portsmouth Plumbers in to plumb in a new kitchen tap, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, and connect the gas hob. Really happy with the work, and they were extremely affordable compared to other quotes aswell.

Fantastic service!! They fitted new radiators a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t fault them or their service they even cleaned up spotlessly after! Would never know they had been except our house is lovely and warm now. Thank you Portsmouth plumbers 10/10
Lewis and Jamie fitted a replacement boiler for me they gave me a really competitive price. Turned up when agreed finished the job quicker than the time estimate. Cleaned up as they went. Showed us how everything worked to ensure we were 100 percent happy and took all the rubbish away. Would definitely use them again and if you need any plumbing or gas work don’t bother using anyone else. He managed to supply the boiler cheaper than I could purchase from the wholesaler. The price paid was the price quoted even though he fitted a new thermostat I supplied at no extra charge. This is why I have left a 5 star rating!
