The team at Kingsley saved me a few hundred pounds today. My plumber told me I needed to fully replace 2 mixer taps, but after speaking to the Kingsley experts they were able to recommend some replacement parts so I’ve gotten a new lease of life from my taps! Great product knowledge!

Went it to the guys at Kingsley on a bit of a mercy mission, my shower was pouring water, I’d had to turn the water off at the mains, managed to remove the cartridge and took it to a few main stream plumber’s merchants, and Kingsley were my last hope. The sales advisor was very helpful, and through some searching and elimination of product, found the part that I needed. I like to support local business, and this used to be a brilliant place to go for plumbing stuff, but lately it's not been very good. I recently wanted a replacement gland for a tap, but the guy seemed uninterested, he fiddled around with a box full of different glands, then just said - "these are all different - can't help you". Funny that, I just counted the splines myself, measured the old gland, and ordered one on Amazon - it came the next day and fitted perfectly. My latest experience was not good either, £22 for a plastic shower door seal is a rip off - it didn't fit anyway, and the seal was the wrong way, horizontal instead of vertical so it didn't seal the gap under the glass door. Again, Amazon can supply the right item at half the price. I won't bother with Kingsley Bathroom Centre again.
Tried everywhere to get a replacement flush button for our Twyford toilet cistern. Then I heard about Kingsley plumbing so I tried them. They knew what I wanted straightaway and had them in stock. Many thanks. Bit disappointed the last time I went there. I wanted a valve for my tap in the shower room, not interested in helping me, told I needed a new tap. Went to Pochin on Gladstone Road Northampton, very helpful knew exactly what I wanted.

The chap made me up a part for my(old) sink waste unit... fitted perfectly. Thank you Kingsley Bathroom and Plumbing a fantastic service.
Just went in to buy a part for my shower that had snapped off. One of the guys behind the counter dug the old snapped part out of my tap which took a good 10 mins, replaced the grub screw without even being asked, found the right part, gave me some advice on how to get the limescale off it all, showed me which way up to fit it etc. Part cost £14 and took me 15 mins to fit vs. a plumber call out + fix cost. Can't fault the service, I wouldnt even call myself a confident DIY'er more just a bloke trying to avoid paying £100+ to call a plumber out to fix a snapped mixer tap. Anyway, I'll be back in the future - friendly and professional, really helpful (could have sent me off to drill the old bit out myself but didnt) and a good price. Much appreciated!
What can I say twice I've needed the correct advice and parts that others do not stock these guys were fantastic, I drive past many other hardware stores to get to these guys, brilliant keep it up lads, thank you.

I've been using Kingsley for years. They beat all the other plumbers merchants by a mile. If you're in the trade this is the place to come. If you're not in the trade its still the place to come, you'll do much better here than standing around in the plumbing aisle at B and Q trying to work out what to get. !
