Discovered my boiler had a water leak late on Thursday and rang Neil Rhucroft heating services. An engineer was arranged and promptly arrived the following day at 8am (Callum). He diagnosed the problem instantly and ordered parts. He returned in the afternoon and replaced the faulty parts. Boiler now working perfectly again. The whole process was quick, and super efficient and Callum was very polite and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, thank you.

Boiler problem in Yarm. The hot water part of the boiler wasn't heating the water, I phoned Neil Rhucroft and explained the problem, Callum arrived a couple of hours later and was excellent. He was very thorough and investigated the problem. Within a short time the hot water was very hot and working as it should do. They've been out and serviced the boiler for the last couple of years and have always been really good.

The staff are very efficient, friendly and the job was completed successfully and on time.

Came out to diagnose my boiler same day, very professional and great value for money.

Tap tightening middlesbrough. I was happy with the service but extremely upset by the extortortionate cost especially as the guy was on at my property for 2 minutes

Cannot fault these guys. Called at short notice for an urgent service. Found a fault with our boiler and fixed this promptly as well as fully service the boiler. Will certainly be using these guys and recommending them to friends and family.

Gas fire repair in Redcar Called Neil Rhucroft again as fire had intermittent issue. Craig came out next day to diagnose/ repair our gas fire. Turns out it had a blocked pilot jet but we decided to replace the oxywarn assembly to avoid future problems. New part fitted 2 days later and fire is all ready for winter. Top job. Definitely recommend 👍

I had a problem with a leak that came through to my kitchen ceiling. It wasn't at all obvious where it was coming from. It ended up needing a new valve in thr main water tank, new pipework to replace badly installed pipework, and further a secure cap put on a overflow pipe that was also involved in the leak. The two plumbers who were involved at various times in this work, one more so than the other, we're polite, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I might put to them. I found them to be competant, efficient and totally professional in their work. Office staff were also polite and efficient in their work too.

We have used Neil Rhucroft Heating for a number of years. As usual great service, We had a water leak from our gas boiler. They bookked using n ASAP, The engineer inspected boiler forxtje fault and sourced the spares needed and repaired all with 3hrs. Fantastic outcome.

Highly recommended. Very professional - turned up on time. Sent a very fair quote and communication was very good. Also thankfully prioritised elderly relative (heating problem). The customer service was always very helpful and both Craig and Callum were two very polite and professional young men who certainly knew their craft and persevered to find a solution (in a very old house). Certainly not a straightforward job. Callum fully explained everything as he was going along and gave various ideas and solutions. Very hardworking and didn't even stop for a cuppa, as well as cleaning up afterwards! Very impressive and highly recommended.

I used this firm for the first time last year to have my back boiler annual service. I had an issue with my boiler, contacted Neil Rhucroft heating services, lady who answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable and proceed to making an appointment with their engineer on the same day, all of which was confirmed via email. Engineer Craig arrived promptly on time, identified and correct the problem within 20 mins, then proceed to check boiler diagnostics levels with a report being sent via email, Craig was very professional and explained in detail what the initial problem fault was with the boiler, first class service from a company which priorities customer services, I will be using this company for all my plumbing and heating requirements in the future, thankyou!

Found this company via Checkatrade and they were great! The woman on the phone is kind and gets you sorted out as soon as they can. The first time they came over was to fix my boiler for it wasn't making any hot water or heating. It took a couple of days due to parts needing to be ordered and then it was around Christmas so it was hard for schedules to align, but the lads who came to fix it were super professional and we got it all sorted. They came over again to fix the pressure on my boiler and were done quickly and even showed us how to fix it for next time. Super good company and really nice people!

A detailed quote was provided, by arrangement, within a few days of my contacting Checkatrade. The engineer who undertook the work arrived very promptly, informed me exactly what he would be doing in order to effect the installation, and kept me informed throughout the process. On completion, he made a point of making sure I was happy with what had been done, and reassured me that I should contact him in the event of any subsequent problems arising. He needed to bleed radiators throughout the house, some of which were not easy to access. Polite, helpful and efficient. Completely delighted!

Hot water stopped working Sunday night, rang Neil Rhucroft Heating Services Monday morning, and Neil did all he could to get one of his lads across the same day. Only started using them a few years ago, but have had Neil, and also his 2 staff do our boiler servicing, and some repairs. Genuinely wouldn’t go elsewhere now. I asked if they could service my combi boiler and they were able to give me a quick appointment and a reasonable price. The engineer was polite, courteous and tidies everything up when he had finished. He also gave me helpful advice regarding further work or renewing my boiler without any hard sell or attempt to push for one choice or another. He explained my options and is sending me a cost for each option so I can make my own mind up - a refreshing change from some trades people.

As in previous years we had an appointment set up and carried out on time and efficiently. Good care taken inside the house. Another good job.

Neil and his team provided options for replacement of our ancient back-boiler system. The new kit was supplied in good time. The installation took a few days and there were a few issues to overcome, all done with professionalism and expertise. Easy to work with, good with comms and will be happy to use the team again for any further work.

Huge thank you to Neil and his team for the service they provided to me. We wanted 2 new radiators fitted, which they sourced for us as 1 was a vertical. Quote was very competitive so very good on price Craig our installer was exceptionally good and it is a breath of fresh air to know that he took the time and effort to keep me updated with any issues. When one did arise, with damage to one of the radiators he was on the phone to the company asking for recompense. All told I am very happy with the installation and Craig left the site tidy. Heating packed up, I live alone, on Phoning Heating Services they arrived an hour later, two personable young men, replaced the faulty part! Hey Presto! Boiler burst into life. After determining the age of the 5 1/2 year old boiler they asked had it been serviced, had to admit it hadn't but was looking into it! No hard sell whatsoever from them but when I asked could they do it they set about doing it immediately! Load off my mind! Say to all you people maybe of a certain age, living aloneI Couldn't recommend a better firm!

Had Neil's company to move a tap and repair a leak, both jobs carried out quickly and efficiently. Had a small issue with the tap after it was moved, no problem contacting the company and they came straight back to repair. Would highly recommend.
