Super fast response on a bank holiday weekend.. three toilets (!) all on the blink at the same time - all sorted by Jay and Byron..highly recommended.

Jay was so quick to come and help with our boiler issue, excellent communication and friendly service. Would 100% recommend!

We recently had our bathroom refurbished by Jay and Byron at H1 Plumbing & Heating, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They’ve carried out a lot of work for us at our business over the years, so when it came to renovating our bathroom at home, it was an easy decision to choose them again. Their workmanship is nothing short of exceptional — they do exactly what they promise and consistently go above and beyond on every job. Where many companies fall short, they truly stand out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic all around. Exactly the kind of service you hope to get when contracting any kind of plumbing job. Meticulous, professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to - and plan to - recommend Jay and co. to friends and family. Absolutely no issues from start-to-finish. Looking forward to getting them back in for more work.

Such a transformation from a highly recommended local gentleman! @H1 Plumbing and Heating their definitely deliver. From previous dealings with a big named company and never been satisfied with the original bathroom, H1 had removed the entire bathroom - started again! and created a dream come true! James and his team really does put his heart and soul into every bit of work he does. Jay had previously installed an amazing boiler for us (We've never had the pleasure of a combi we do now thanks to this gentleman!) I cannot recommend jay enough his hard work really makes me proud to say im glad I found his business and pleasure to of had him reconfigure everything.

Great job by H1Plumbing replacing my old leaking tap. He responded quickly to my messages and delivered just what we agreed at a time that worked for me 👍🏻

From our initial enquiry to completion of our bathroom rip out and install of new bathroom Jay’s communication and professional service was top notch. A 1st class tradesman who we’re happy to recommend.

We recently had Jay (and Kai) and Jay's amazing team in to completely renovate our two bathrooms and our downstairs cloakroom toilet, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. From day one, Jay made everything feel easy. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also made us laugh. He is down-to-earth, which instantly put us at ease and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We felt straight away that we could trust him and his lads with our home. They worked closely with us to plan everything, helping us stay within our budget without cutting corners on quality. What really impressed us was how nothing was ever too much trouble — whether it was answering our endless questions, explaining options in plain English, or making small changes on the fly. Even though it wasn’t necessary, Jay always picked up the phone or replied to messages straight away, which gave us such peace of mind throughout the whole job. During the two weeks they were here, we also had other professionals in the house fitting floors and other such jobs. Jay and his team were brilliant about it — they coordinated with the other tradespeople without any fuss and worked around them seamlessly, which made the whole process so much less stressful for us. One thing that really stood out was their dedication, one Friday evening, they even stayed late to make sure all the rubbish from the job was collected and cleared away. Not one of them moaned or made a fuss — they just got on with it with the same positive attitude they’d shown all along. It made such a difference to us and showed how much they cared about doing things properly. The whole team were polite, friendly, and respectful at all times. They turned up on time every day, worked hard, and left the place tidy before heading off, working overtime at weekend to stay on track. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing a good job. Jay also kept us updated at every stage — we always knew what was happening next, and any extra costs were clearly explained and totally reasonable. That level of honesty and communication is rare and really meant a lot to us. Now the work is finished, we have two stunning bathrooms and a cloakroom that feel like they’ve transformed our home. We’re genuinely grateful to Jay and his lads for not just their skill and knowledge, but their kindness, patience, flexibility and sense of humour too. We already have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks also to Jamie at Rubber Duck who proved invaluable.

H1 Plumbing & Heating fitted my boiler and did a brilliant job. We use him for all our heating and gas work and would highly recommend them.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Jay. Our new shower room and hallway are just stunning. We so much appreciate all of his planning, hard work and just being an excellent plumber and tradesman. Jay is a true gentlemen.

Jay recently fitted my new shower room. He fitted us a new ceiling, floor and shower. Not only did Jay help us pick out new wall panels, but he also sorted out all of the deliveries and provided us with discount on all of the materials used. The service was excellent from start to finish. Jay also put us in contact with specialist flooring joiners and the hallway now looks amazing! Jay is a true professional, and a perfectionist in his work. He made it clear if we needed anything that all we had to do was ring and he would be round. We were so impressed with Jay's work that we have asked him to start work on our upstairs bathroom in October. Thank you everyone at Rubber Duck, especially Jamie, all of the joiners and an excellent electrician Ryan.

As usual, Jay went above & beyond. Phoned him on a Friday and on Monday he was here to remove a radiator for us. Another great job by Jay, and his "little " apprentice Byron.

I recently had a bathroom completely refitted by Jay from H1 Plumbing, and the results are stunning. From start to finish, Jay was professional, punctual, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to listen to my ideas, offered practical suggestions, and delivered a finish that exceeded my expectations. Everything from the removal of the old bathroom to the refit of the new bathroom suite, every item was installed with care and precision including organising the plastering, and tiling work. Jay kept the workspace clean and tidy each day, and the project was completed on time and within budget. I am thrilled with the transformation. If you're considering a bathroom renovation, I highly recommend Jay and H1 Plumbing for a 5-star experience from beginning to end!
