I had issues with an unreliable Combi boiler that was installed when my property was built, and its warranty had already expired. I decided to get several quotes for a boiler replacement and to simplify the system from two heating zones to one, all within current regulations. After comparing quotes, I chose Combi UK Plumbing and Heating because they offered the most competitive price and could complete the work quickly. The whole process was smooth — all work was completed to a very high standard, with great care taken to keep everything clean and tidy. These guys attended a couple of times to help us out with our underfloor heating issue. They stuck with it, solved the problem and cleaned up and left, top job.

Really great and so glad we found them. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Our oil boiler was broken for two weeks whilst idiots messed us around. We rang Combi UK and had someone out the same day. The required parts were ordered and installed first thing the day after - we have hot water and heating again! They even checked up with us a day later to check everything was fine. Thank you!!

After getting over the shock of our Central heating combi boiler being condemned, when they were called for its service, they were able to replace it with a new Baxi boiler (10 year guarantee) within 24 hours. A brilliant service to get us up and running so quickly. Decided to have our radiators replaced to ensure maximum efficiency of the system. They did this within 7 days to give us peace of mind for the foreseeable future. An excellent company for reliability and service.

Did everything we asked for. Even found a gas leak which we contacted the Gas Board about. Norman came round after the Gas board repaired the pipe and connected us back up free of charge. Couldn't have asked for more.

Norman and max fitted a new combi boiler and radiator valves at an unbelievable price! Nothing was to much for them even sorting out a shoddy flue from a previous contractor, can't fault their work and even the odd favour is no problem for them! Overall I'm glad I chose combi uk and hope them all best for the future.

Norman had to visit our property on serval occasions (not through fault of his own) and had to advise us on works that needed to be carried out before the boiler could be fixed (oil tank moving ect) On every visit Norman was very professional, efficient and always left the property how he found it. Contacted combi uk after recently moving house to find the boiler was leaking.. Norman provided a quick prompt call out, it was decided that a new boiler was required. We had no central heating and boiler was stuck on hot water. Called Combi UK just after 10.00 am Norman left house around 11.20 with boiler in full working order, very impressed.

Our boiler packed up on Sunday British gas said that they couldn't sort a new one out until someone comes and have a look on the 21st march rang Norman at combi uk Tuesday he had a look ordered a new one on the Wednesday and he and his son max had it fitted and running Thursday they both also did other jobs around the house. A first class service from a first class company. I shall always use combi uk and will certainly recommend them .

I must put this review forward, Our heating boiler went off, No heating or hot water ? We contacted several people but could not get them to come out . Some charging things like £185 call out plus parts and labour . Then I noticed COMBI UK , I phoned him and within half a hour they were here . Found the problem and sorted it , Also notice a problem with expansion tank and came back to renew it , Excellant work carried out , Very polite lads .

So I was desperate to get my gas cooker connected, after a week of looking for a legit gas engineer I've phoned This company. I've phoned them 8am, and 30 minutes later I had my cooker connected. The man showed me the gas safe registration card before he started the job. He carried out the check for gas leaking and left me with the receipt. Very professional, will use them again.

Boiler broke down on me, leaving me with no hot water or heating. Tried several local plumbers on Saturday morning and no one was available to help me. I rang these guys and within a couple of hours they were with me and the boiler fixed. Great value as well. Norman who arrived was very professional. Norman at Combi did an excellent job fixing a couple of leaks we had, one under the kitchen sink and one coming out of our boiler. He came on the same day I called to give a quote, then within just a few days was able to do the repairs. Very professional and quick responses to email. Our boiler was condemned by the company that serviced it due to them actually contributing to it completely breaking! Having a 6 month baby in the house without heat or hot water was not good. Our boiler got condemned on the thurs, rang combi uk the Friday, Norman came round within the hour, gave us a quote and then fitted the new boiler the next day!
