Rowlen Boiler Services

Very pleasent and helpful man arrived on time left everywhere clean.

I commissioned Rowlen to replace an old boiler and immersion heater with a combi boiler. I'm happy with the quality of the work and the level of communication both before and during the job.

It’s a tall radiator. Don’t know how to upload.

Great and no fuss

We had previously used two of the large companies for servicing our boiler. We were fed up with expensive monthly contracts. We discovered Rowlen through a local trade advert and decided to give them a go. Everything has been handled efficiently from the initial booking process (online and easy), to the actual boiler service (efficient and friendly), to the invoice stage (very reasonable). We are so glad we have discovered Rowlen for our annual boiler service and will be recommending them to all our friends. We have a floor standing Worcester boiler.

Very happy with the work Rowlen did to replace my boiler. They were thorough, efficient and professional throughout. I would recommend their services to anyone!

This company is fantastic, from the installation to the yearly services I have with them, they have never let me down! I will continue to use them

We replaced a new boiler, Rowlen provided very good service - from site visiting, quoting, amendment to installations and adjustments. Very high standard of the staff, so professional, will find them for annually service as well!

I've been using Rowlen for my boiler annual service for a while now and have been very happy with the service.

Rowlen Boiler Services are extremely helpful, responsive to queries, and always provide the best advice for your situation. I would happily recommend their services.

Great service!

Very friendly staff. Was able to identify cause for low water pressure and provide different options available to manage it.

Very convenient to organise over email and when the engineer who was supposed to attend was off sick they didn't cancel my appointment and organised for someone else to attend last minute.

Very impressed with Rowlen. Very friendly service when they called needing to reschedule due to illness. Engineer was polite and efficient and did a thorough check of my boiler, gas meter and carbon monoxide checker.

Great service for our boiler. Clean quick & efficient. So pleased to get this done every year with outstanding service

Outstanding service! Tommy and Jenny were friendly, knowledgeable, and always responded promptly. Their honest advice and excellent communication made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

Both visits arrived when booked, efficient service by pleasant engineer

Great service as always. 4th year of using Rowlen. I highly recommend. Very communicative.

Second time I had them over for some kitchen works and once again they did a great job. The boys are lovely, helpful and patient!

Great service. Boiler check and service for our old Worcester Combi prior to house sale. Turned up on time and was quick and efficient. Boiler report arrived with the invoice promptly.

The young man arrived in good time and carried out the boiler service quietly and efficiently. All done in about and hour and he identified a potential problem with the boiler - this has since been quoted for and completed with the minimum of fuss. Very pleased with the work and will use Rowlen again for any similar work. They also have a very good plumber who carried out some work for me previously. Good to know a Company which is reliable.

Very professional company. Lucy is a fantastic asset when you contact the company. Engineers are friendly and competent. Much recommended.

Good service

We’ve used Rowlens for years now and have always been very happy with the service. Communication is always good and appointments are punctual.

Booked a service and the technician stayed for 15 minutes max, saying that the monobloc was broken and nothing could be done. I have then been quoted £400+ to fix it, without any details of the work to be carried out, the price of the monobloc, etc. Then I have been invoiced £115 for the service where nothing has been done and pretending that the technician stayed for 40 minutes. Another plumber did the job for £180 VAT included…

Great service. Can recommend.

The engineer who serviced our boiler was punctual, efficient and very polite. He left the place spotlessly clean. I would thoroughly recommend Rowlen.

The engineer that came to service the boiler was extremely respectful, just got on with the job, was thorough and reassuring. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Great service!

My second service from Rowlen and on both occasions I have been very pleased with the service Nd the price, will definitely use again !

I have been a customer for many years. I have always found your work to be very satisfactory. Regarding my last call to you, you promptly came and carried out your work with the usual efficiently.

I liked that I could make an appointment online for my boiler service. I was contacted a few hours later by a very polite real person to change it but there were options that suited me. The man who came was 30 minutes late but that doesn’t differ from most other people who come to service and fix things. He was polite and quick. The billing was a little slow but I was sent the certificate before that when I asked for it (we are moving house). An altogether very positive experience and I would definitely use Rowlen again.

A quality firm. We've used them to service our central heating for many years. They recently installed a new boiler. Very efficiently done by a friendly and helpful team. Highly recommended.

Professional service and good prices. Will be using them in future.

I found Rowlen boiler details through Watersafe. I emailed the issue that I had and they were very prompt in responding, provided a diagnosis after I provided the photograph. The plumber came over on the date and time stated, acted professionally and got the job done that I needed without any fuss. Good job and I will be using them again Thanks Dave

Excellent service, this was the second visit from the company and as with the first kitchen tap job you wouldn’t know they had been in. Had problems with bath tap, and kitchen radiator, but persevered until the job was completed.

Very straightforward booking process. I had to change the appointment a few times and the team were more than happy to accommodate. The actual service was thorough and answered all my questions. Will be using again for sure. Thanks Rowlen for a great experience.

Rowlen Boiler Services were professional, polite and did a brilliant job. I am so glad I used them for my new boiler installation and not British Gas! I will definitely be using them again for all my boiler servicing.

Great company, easy to book and were very accommodating and communicative when we had to change the dates. The technician who attended on the day was polite and efficient. Would recommend.

Provided a good service- professional engineer

Boiler service provided by Rowlen, service was quick and efficient. Minor nit that appointment didn't happen as per time booked due to a schedule change i was not made aware of.

Very reliable. Purchased and installed our boiler through them years ago. And ongoing servicing, always flexible and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very reliable and knowledgeable. On time and very responsive. Recommendable without any hesitation.

I have always had my boiler serviced by the manufacturer but found myself being let down. I put a request out via Checkatrade and Rowlen called minutes later and arranged a convenient service date. The service was thorough and the engineer was warm and professional. The invoice and service record were emailed afterwards. I am so pleased to have found Rowlen - the service has been excellent.

Super efficient to deal with and what a pleasure. Our plumber turned up on time and do a brilliant job with a smile on his face. Very reliable couldn’t recommend enough!! Thank you 🙏🏼

Always reliable high quality service provided on time. Any issues discovered are explained clearly together with honest recommendations. Thank you, Team Rowlen.

Rowlen service my boiler annually, always a professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Service was as advertised and engineer was friendly and helpful. Only gripe was that he was 45min late for his 12-4 slot with no communication sent to us.

I find Rowlen very dependable and extremely responsive. I have used them a number of times and recently recommended them to a family member

We have recently used Rowlen on a couple of occasions, recently carried out an annual service. We are very happy with the engineers and the back up from the office.

This is the second consecutive year I've engaged Rowlen to do my annual boiler safety check, and once again I'm very happy with the service. Communication beforehand was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The engineer was punctual, professional, courteous and friendly, and he did a thorough check in a tight timeframe, all to my satisfaction. I'm happy to continue using Rowlen both for annual checks and any other boiler or gas safety needs that may arise, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had booked just a boiler service. It transpired the wiring on my boiler was faulty. Tommy was able to rectify this and his efforts were greatly appreciated. He is a very careful and hardworking employee. Happy customer.

Efficient, reliable, trustworthy, good value.

Service was done quickly and efficiently. (I do it want a Amazon voucher. I do not shop at Amazon)

I find this company very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced. It's a relief as this is a high bar. My go to now for sure.

Excellent service. After having a terrible experience with some other boiler services, we tried our luck with Rowlen. We were not disappointed. They quickly discovered the issue, something other companies failed to do - and ordered the new parts and booked us in for a repair the following week. Engineer was polite, and knew his stuff. Highly recommended

Rowlen Engineers are very knowledgeable and professional. I found their skills and expertise related to Gas Boilers and related systems to be excellent. Thank you Rowlen.

Professional company, reliable and helpful. Update. Just received my Amazon voucher. Many thanks.

Clear communication, friendly staff and great value. I had a new boiler installed in March 20256 and what I thought would be a whole day was finished in a few hours. The guys were respectful, helpful and explained what was going on throughout the process - will certainly be using again if needed in the future.

Very happy with the service received. Polite and courtesy staff both in office and on-site with engineers.

Excellent service and communication. Arrived on time and was polite as well . Explained boiler service information.

Excellent service. Professional. On time .

Really happy with the service, reliable and kind staff to deal with, highly recommended

We have used Rowlen a few times for various things and they’re always very reliable, communicative and do a good job.

I would happily recommend Rowlen whose service has always been very efficient and professional - they dealt with a recent urgent problem with our boiler very quickly and everyone we dealt with was very helpful and pleasant.

Fantastic service - the engineering and customer service at Rowlen is 2nd to none. We are a repeat customer and will continue to be. 5 stars!

I used Rowlen Boiler Services recently and they were very friendly and helpful. Lucy was great organising and the engineer quickly found the issue. He fixed it very quickly when they had the part.

Dan from Rowlen Boiler Services did a great job of recommending the right boiler, pump and hot water cylinder system for our house. We are delighted with the results which transformed our luke warm central heating system into radiators that are really hot and heat our house much more quickly than before. Dan’s work was professional, thorough and he explained things every step of the way. His pipe work is beautiful too. Thanks Rowlen!

Have been getting my Vaillant Eco Tec boiler serviced by Rowlen for the past 5 years, always a great service, competitive pricing and easy payment methods.

I have been using Rowlen Boiler services for a number of years and their engineers and customer support has always been great!

Recently did our annual boiler service. Very happy with the service received - came when they said they would and did a good job. Many thanks

At Malaga Airport to come home, we got a call from our daughter in law saying water was pouring through our kitchen ceiling. We called Rowlen. Despite they being as far as possible from us as can be in London, it was all fixed that afternoon. Fantastic service.

Professional and friendly service from booking to payments. Plumber was professional, courteous and tidy. Impressed with the service and would use again.

We’ve used Rowlen’s a few times now and they’re always very friendly, helpful and responsive!

Been with Rowlen for years. Never had any issue. Couldn’t find anyone more reliable. Excellent service. Highly recommend

I booked a routine boiler service through Rowlen Boiler Services. Unfortunately, the first two attempts to service my boiler fell through as the engineer booked to do the work had fallen ill and communicated this to Rowlen at late notice. On both occasions I was called by Lucy at Rowlen who was very professional, apologised profusely and made suret to rearrange my appointment which was appreciated. It is of course frustrating to arrange your schedule to WFH on a given day for a booking to have it cancelled at very late notice but illness happens and the team at Rowlen dealt with it well. I finally had my service on the third attempt and it went smoothly. Further good customer service (in a not ideal context) came in the form of a discount for the service which the team at Rowlen volunteered. Despite the cancellations I experienced I still had a good experience with Rowlen due to the good customer service provided by Lucy and team over the phone as well as by email. I would use them again.

Lewis has been fantastic fitting a new central heating system. From the initial quote through to the end of the work communication has been very responsive. Work is of a high quality. Would highly recommend.

Very good lovely people who came. Very polite. Always nice to me . For my annual service. Thank you x

Prompt, reliable, and professional boiler service. The engineer was friendly and took the time to clearly explain everything I asked.

Very professional service. Technician was polite, thorough and helpful. Would recommend

Very happy with the service. Respectful of property and prompt phone appointment. Will be back when we need Boiler service. Thankyou Rowlen Boiler Services.

I needed a boiler service and a valve replacing on a radiator. It was easy to arrange the work and Lucy in the office was professional and helpful on the phone. Henry arrived on time and was quickly to work. He fixed the valve quickly; efficiently and with no fuss or mess. He was always polite and explained what he was doing. He also explained that somebody else would come along and do the boiler service. And sure enougg Gavin came along a little later and sorted the boiler service. He was friendly and helpful; explained what he was doing and why. Pointed out a couple of things to look for in the future. All in all, a really good service and I've no hesitation in using Rowlen again in the future. GV

We have used Rowlen Boiler services for a number of years now. Always a great service. On time. Good communication and very neat and tidy. Will be using them again for next years boiler service.

I first heard of Rowlen because the owners are friends of friends and really glad I did. We have been using them for boiler services and various other issues over the past 7 years both with the very old boiler at our previous flat and various radiator and thermostat issues in our new house. It is very reassuring to have someone reliable to call on when things go wrong.

Rowlen have serviced my boiler annually for a few years now. They have also carried out maintenance repairs when needed. Rowlen staff are friendly, reliable and they do a great job. I can recommend them.

The two guys arrived about 9am and they immedately set about servicing the boiler which was 9 years old, it passed all the checks and the gas was switched back on just after 10am which in this 0c outside temprature which was good, they updated all the paperwork records, replaced all the panels etc so you could not tell they had been. Very pleased with it all

The person who serviced the boiler was very efficient and made sure that the kitchen was left clean and tidy when he was finished.

Easy to book online and got an early appointment. Confirmation and follow up excellent. Engineer arrived on time, explained procedure and completed service without issue. All round excellent service, would use again/recommend.

Amazing service. We were having trouble with our new heat pump and Rowlen sorted it straight away! They were kind and knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed!

Had an ongoing EA 227 fault on my Worcester Greenstar boiler and these guys sorted it perfectly. They replaced the ignition electrodes and transformer, explained everything clearly, and tested it all before leaving. Boiler’s been running fine since.

Very easy to deal with . Had Dan and George who attended on Saturday - despite trying to attend on a Thursday. Kept everyone up to date and replaced the boiler a lot quicker the originally told. All in all very good service.

I really can not thank rowlens enough for sorting out my underfloor heating, Its never been working correctly but the engerneer they sent fixed my heating so efficiently and lets me know everystep of the process throughout, The office staff was amazing and was actually alot cheaper than i was expecting. I went with the company becasue of all the postive reviews and i was not disapointed. They really made the christmas better and so much more cosier than ever before. Thank you rowlens

Excellent Service

Great service all round....highly recommend Rowlen Boiler Services 👍👌🙂

Booked a routine underfloor heating service for a system that was working beforehand, aside from one area in the dining room. Following the visit, most of the heating stopped working, despite being told by the engineer that everything was fine except for the dining room and WC. The WC had been working correctly prior to the visit. This left the property without heating in the majority of areas with underfloor heating installed Communication and follow-up were poor, and I was later quoted over £500 for repairs to issues that did not exist prior to the visit. I was also sent an invoice for the initial visit, which Jenny later apologised for and confirmed had been issued in error. The office staff were helpful and understood my concerns. I was forced to instruct another independent company, who restored the entire system in under an hour at a much lower cost. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, caused significant inconvenience, and the standard of service provided by the engineer was questionable. I would not recommend.

The service Rowlen provide has always been friendly, professional and well organised. The agreed dates and times have always been met and the staff are friendly and professional to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone requiring heating and plumbing work.

Great company and communication, the engineer came in and did a great job, very happy and will be using again!

Review for Gas Engineer (Hive Smart Heating Installation) We recently had a gas engineer install a Hive smart heating system at our apartment in North London, and the experience was excellent. They were helpful, professional, and cost-effective, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out was their attention to detail, they identified an issue with our existing heating system valve and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. This proactive approach saved us potential headaches down the line. The only minor point was that we had to cover parking costs, which wasn’t mentioned in the initial quotation. It would have been helpful to know this upfront. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for smart heating installation or general heating system support.

Just had a new water cylinder installed by Rowlen. 3 lovely guys installed it and took most of the day but they showed me what they had done , cleared up after themselves even got my hoover out and left me with a lovely warm house. Would thoroughly recommend them .

Efficient and professional service from the time the appointment was booked to the actual servicing of my boiler and doing additional flue and pipework. Thank you.

Great experience, really friendly and professional team.

Excellent company. Nice speedy service and boiler fixed at a decent price.

Rowlen Boilers are extremely professional , efficient and friendly . We would highly recommend them to friends and family .

Excellent service from a family owned business. The team at Rowlen worked together to solve my underfloor heating issue and help me set up my wireless heating system to work remotely. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Rowlen for the fourth year to service my combi boiler and have always been very happy with their service. They are fast, professional, and tidy, and clearly know what they’re doing. The engineers explain everything clearly, answer any questions I have, and offer helpful advice about the system. I have complete peace of mind leaving my boiler in their hands and would highly recommend Rowlen to others.

Efficient and professional service Had my annual boiler service. The process was smooth with no issues at all. I appreciated the clear communication and the quick turnaround on the paperwork. A very straightforward experience!

Like the good old days you get to speak to a person without the faff to enquire about, book or amend their services. Engineers have always been polite, thorough and professional.

Thank you Rowlen Boiler Services. You came to my rescue again! You managed to get someone out to me within a few days, after a bit of detective work, the leak was solved and all sorted quickly. Highly recommend you.

Unusually helpful firm came to service boiler giving clear options re repair or replace. Replacement clean tidy helpful and seems fair price. Would use again

My brother recommended Rowlen after his delightful experience with them for a boiler issue no one could resolve. I had the exact same experience, communication was to the point, engineer was knowledgeable and quickly resolve the issue. I had hoped for expensive bill looking at the problem but it was very reasonable which is very hard these days. I would definitely recommend them.

Henry replaced a radiator, got 2 other radiators working, sorted several wobbly taps and was a pleasure to deal with, efficient and tidy.

Rowlen installed our boiler four years ago and have been servicing it every year since. Always a pleasure to deal with, would thoroughly recommend.

The lady gas engineer was happy to get on with things and dealt well with my large dogs. The invoice arrived later via email for our previously agreed amount. The house was left tidy. Many thanks.

I came across Rowlen Boiler Services on a local newspaper when our boiler decided to act up and wanted to give it a try after reading many positive reviews. Our experience was not different. We were extremely happy with Rowlen Boiler Services. They were professional at every stage, and the engineer (Gavin) quickly identified the issue and resolved it without needing to replace any major parts.

Service was prompt, courteous, and thorough. carried out the boiler service and gave clear information about it. Highly recommended!!

Happy with the service and will return. Rowlen were the only company able to see us within the week and we were worried about our boiler service because we had a leak after turning the heating on. I was advised first off that they may be able to fix the issues within the service so that was promising and the engineer that came did so. Our heating has been running fine now since. Great work.

I recently had my old boiler replaced by Rowlen Boiler Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained all my options, helped me choose the right boiler for my home, and completed the installation to a really high standard. The new system works perfectly — it’s quieter, more efficient, and my heating has never worked better!

Really polite, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Booked for my Mother My mother is 92 she doesn't hear too well and was worried about a stranger going into her home, and the possibility of replacing her boiler. Gavin went in, treated her with respect and dignity. Serviced her boiler, got it all working, tested her co2 monitors. He left her a very happy, relived and especially now a warm lady.

Dear friends at Rowlen. It is with the utmost pleasure that I confirm my continued satisfaction with, and appreciation of, your excellent services, and would unhesitatingly recommend you to all concerned. Please keep up the good work!! Beryl H, 12 Dobson Close, Swiss Cottage, London NW6 4RS

Fixed my broken boiler and refreshingly had right replacement parts on board which was great as no further visit needed.

Brilliant service. Fixed my issue that another boiler repair company couldn't and all at a reasonable price. Will be using again.

I have been using Rowlen Boiler Services for the past 6 years since I moved house and would not use anyone else! The whole team are really friendly, professional and quick to help whether it's fitting a new system or completing annual check up's. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great service. 2nd time using Rowlen for a boiler service and would highly recommend. Good communication to arrange the appointment and friendly, knowledgeable engineers.

It was the second time we have used the company Rowlen Boiler Services Ltd and we were as usual fully satisfied with the high quality of the services provided and the friendly professional communication. We had in July all our radiators being fully flushed and checked carefully. The engineer who came that day was professional and did a very clean job. He did not hesitate to take the time to do all required checkings and left when assured that everything was working perfectly. He was very well organised, discreet and courteous. We will not hesitate to contact the company again should we need further services.

We now use Rowlen to service our boiler and provide our gas safety check every year. They also email a handy reminder. They are very friendly to deal with. The engineer arrived on time and carried out the service with the minimum of fuss, providing us with a certificate immediately. Such a refreshing change from other companies that you have to chase for weeks after. We will definitely be using them next year.

Rowlen have been looking after our pool boiler for many years now. They were particulary helpful when I needed to move the metre to a different place, giving me all the information I needed to pass onto my local gas supplier. Services is friendly and they are a pleasure to do business with. M.Guitar, Wimbledon

Excellent friendly professional and supportive..had a hot water pipe leak under concrete floor. I can not recommend thus company highly enough.

We have used Rowlen Boiler Services for many years now on all our properties. Reliable and professional. The engineers are always one time. I take comfort that they do not overcharge and their rates are competitive. Thank you again.

As a pool maintenance company, reliability and communication is a must. After using several other boiler companies who not only missed problems, but failed to resolve them or communicate well. I was very impressed and reassured by Gavin from Rowlen, who came out and not only identified the problems but had them repaired and replaced in great time. Allowing my clients to continue to use their pool. I can confidently say I’ll be using them for on going future works and would highly recommend.

I needed a yearly boiler checkup and was very pleased with the overall service. Booking was quick and easy, and the engineer called ahead before arriving. The inspection was completed efficiently and professionally. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the original appointment was postponed by a week. However, the rescheduling process was smooth and handled well. Would definitely use them again.

Had my boiler serviced and was pleased with the service.

thank you!

Great job by Rowlen. Booked quickly at a convenient time, arrived early and service went smoothly without issue. Really friendly and helpful engineer. Ill be rebooking them for my boiler service next year. Recommended.

Great work and service from Dan. Installed a new booster water system for the house and came up with a revised plan that saved time and cost. Very pleased.

Very happy with the work Rowlen have down. Very quick and efficient and good value. I would certainly recommend them

Easy to book; Prompt to respond; Fixed the problem; What's not to like? A quality operation. Much appreciated.

Rowlen serviced and fixed my house and pool boilers . Lucy at the office is friendly, responsive and organised . The pricing for servicing and parts was competitive. The engineer (Gavin) was thorough, explained the issues he found and returned to carry out the extra work in a neat and timely manner. I recommend Rowlen and I’ll be using them again.

We have always been very pleased with the service given by Rowlen Boilers

Excellent communication, was willing to give a narrower visit window to work around our demands, the engineer doing the service was efficient and clearly explained. Would highly recommend!

We had several boiler services in the past but Rowlen takes the crown. We had Dan who was always on schedule, updating the situation clearly, and very efficiently. On top of all he gave us a reasonable price compared to others. We are very grateful for the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a boiler service.

Top work from Rowlen again

Quick and excellent service. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend to other people

They turned up fast, wearing branded gear, had great email support, and identified the problem within 60 seconds. It was a pricey call out charge though, but I guess that's the world we live in now.

We had our new boiler serviced. Rowlen had installed it last year. We are very pleased with it. The boiler service was carried out efficiently and we are very happy with Rowlen's service.

Lewis diagnosed and fixed my boiler last week, great service and finished earlier than scheduled. 10/10 service

Superb reliable and always helpful

I have used Rowlen for several years to service my gas boiler as they always do the job thoroughly, are polite and easy to deal with and take care. I can also get a date that fits my calendar by planning ahead.

Requested a boiler service from Rowlen. Contacted by them to arrange a convenient date although a specific time could not be provided. On the day the engineer was polite, efficient and thorough. He explained what he had done and provided details on what was found. Invoice and service record was emailed afterwards. Excellent service overall.

i needed a boiler installed and i chose rowlen for the first time and i am very impressed with the overall experience with their efficiency and brilliant performance. they listened to exactly what i needed while being extremely helpful and keeping clean. i would 100% recommend their services for affordable and reliable services. harry, the apprentice, specifically was very helpful from his good listening skills while being polite and talkative which is always lovely from workers. thank you for your services, would definitely recommend!

Excellent. Their engineers are always on time and try to accommodate home visits with my very busy timetable.

Excellent

Booked to have an under floor gas pipe capped off, they arrived at 10:15, it was a tricky one but got to work, took aa lot longer than first thought but still only charged what they quoted for 1 hours work, very please.

I chose Rowlen on the basis of their reviews and also on price - which was competitive, without being worryingly low. They actually bothered to quote (which other smaller suppliers didn't do - too busy, I guess). Their recommendations made total sense, as I was considering switching from a conventional to combi boiler. The engineers doing the work were very friendly and helpful and took just 3 days to completely remove the old boiler and tanks and install the new. The disruption was minimal, especially compared to what some other companies had been suggesting. I'd definitely recommend Rowlen and will be using them for the annual servicing, too.

Friendly communication and reliable service. Good experience and will use again. Thank you.

A very competent and professional engineer arrived on time and repaired a broken thermostatic valve and fitted a replacement shower screen. The work was carried out on time and the bathroom was left tidy with all packaging bagged up for disposal.

Great service from Rowlens from start to finish, the admin team were extremely helpful and very responsive, the on site engineer was very professional and knowledgeable, will use again.

Harry came to service my boiler today, he did an excellent job I would definitely recommend him 10/10

Tgis was the first time i used Rowlens and i do not regret my decision at all. Helpful, polite, timely, honest, efficient and clean describe this company. The job was a new high efficiency domestic cylinder install and resiting of cylinder and heating controls and removal of the loft tanks Yes a few small snags but only to be expected on this type of work but all resolved quickly. I will use Rowlens again and would recommend them.

Excellent service from both Lucy and Jack

Efficient and courteous. Happy to recommend them

Excellent company, fast to react when called. Job was quoted and installed within days. Brilliant

Usually when something goes wrong with your gas boiler there is an element of panic. On calling rowlen Lucy in the office assured me from the first call and when the engineer arrived he kept me informed

New boiler was installed yesterday. Lewis who installed it was excellent and answered all my queries. The whole experience from getting a quote, to dealing with the office and the boiler installation has been amazing.

Boiler issue diagnosed and fixed, & then service completed by Gavin... all working perfectly now!

Lewis fixed a leak on my radiator this morning, done a great job. Replaced the radiator there and then in 1 trip. Refilled the system and then took the old radiator away. First class service from Rowlen. 👏🏻

Tommy and his team at Rowlen have been my first point of call for a few years now. We have a couple of rental properties and our own house and they have always been reliable and friendly. Just this Christmas we had a broken down old boiler and Rowlen replaced it in two days in the freezing weather over the holiday period. They are amazing! Thanks Tommy, Lewis and the rest of the team for all your hard work!

Great service as always from Rowlen. We have been using them for our annual boiler service for 5 years now and they are always friendly, polite and helpful. Gavin does a great job and explains everything clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough of Lewis from Rowlen Boiler services. Boiler absolutely packed in recently and he came in to fix it when I was in desperate need. Superb personality and really likeable lad too! Lovable Lewis I’d call him! Many thanks!
