Great response and service. Young man attended, great people and plumbing skills though learnt a couple of minor points on the job.
C S Plumbing and Heating saved the day after we had a burst water line. We contacted them late on a Friday evening, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the required part available at the time. They arrived first thing Saturday morning, and within an hour, we were back up and running. Fantastic service from a team of professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much for your prompt response and excellent service. We will definitely be returning customers should we have any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a replacement gas boiler fitted by this company. The installation was completed in the agreed timeframe and to a high standard. The work was done by two very good young engineers who were pleasant to deal with, efficient, and left the workspace clean and tidy on completion. The only reason why it is not the full 5stars is because there were a couple of minor issues with the boiler after it had run for 2 days. These were very quickly resolved by another, experienced gas engineer, after I contacted the company and told them about the issues.

I would recommend this company to anyone Update of 08/04/26 Wanted to expand futher on this review and give further praise to this company. We had a slight problem after the boiler installation with a little water leak from the scale inhibitor pipe where the nut came loose. There was some water damage to the laminate Kitchen floor which was not a problem as theae things happen due to a small issue. Firstly once we noticed this I called CS plumbing at 19:00 in the evening and someone came straight out. Also the company replaced the flooring in the Kitchen with no trouble at all. Also want to give credit to James who was the fitter that came out who was very polite an professional. Again i would highly recommend this company. Everyone I have spoke to and dealt with have been very nice and pleasent and nothing to much trouble. 5 stars from me. Jamie
Our experience with this company started off mixed, but the way the director handled things afterwards deserves recognition. Initial issue: We had a boiler pressure problem that was misdiagnosed on the first visit, which led to unnecessary parts being fitted and the issue continuing exactly as before. Communication during the early visits wasn’t great, and my partner’s concerns about the pressure behaviour weren’t listened to. This resulted in avoidable costs and delays before the correct fault — an internal leak through the plate heat exchanger — was finally identified and repaired. Resolution: After posting my review, the company director, Gus, personally called me over two evenings to go through everything in detail. He took the situation seriously, reviewed the full history, spoke to the engineers involved, and confirmed that the two young engineers had rushed the initial diagnosis and failed to acknowledge the symptoms we reported. He was transparent about this and addressed it internally. A free boiler service was also offered as part of resolving the situation, which Aaron carried out. He did an exceptionally thorough job — a proper deep clean — and the boiler is now running perfectly. Throughout the process, Gus kept me fully updated and handled everything professionally. Overall: The initial experience wasn’t ideal, but the follow‑up and accountability from the director were excellent. Mistakes can happen; what matters is how a company responds, and in this case the response was handled with integrity and professionalism.

It was easy to make an appointment and the engineer arrived on time. The work was carried out quickly and professionally - bonus as no mess left! I ad a problem the next morning but at 08.00 they answered the phone and talked me through the problem

Cannot recommend CS Plumbing and Heating highly enough. We had a new boiler installation carried out just before Christmas. This was a difficult time for us as a family member had just passed away. However, the whole team at CS from Holly, Callum, Liam, Kaywan and others took the stress of the installation away. They worked tirelessly to get a rather complicated installation completed and were polite, professional, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend, thank you CS, great job!
I was in need of an emergency call out and repair to a damaged gas mains pipe at a very busy time of year. It was a struggle to find availability at first but CS Plumbing came to the rescue and sent a gas engineer out within a couple of hours! Our appointment was easily and efficiently made, all necessary details taken. The engineer arrived on time and did an excellent job servicing our heat pump, giving a detailed report before he left including photos of the equipment. Following a concern with my underfloor heating, CS Plumbing came out the same day to identify what the problem was. I was then offered options for which I opted to have the whole operating system upgraded. This happened within a few days and took one day to change the system. Im really pleased with the result. Still learning the thermostat controls, but pleased with the upgrade.

We have always received excellent service from Gus and his team for many years whilst living in Locks Heath. After moving out of the area and being let down by other plumbers we asked CS plumbing to service our boiler and to put in a new heated towel rail in our bathroom. We are so pleased as always with the work they did. I’m not the easiest customer and they have been so good. I would highly recommend them.
The engineer spent the whole day fitting the new air conditioning unit. He kept me posted on how things were going.When he had finished, he explained in detail how the unit worked and left everything very neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to use this firm again. A job very well done.

Brilliant service from C.S plumbing + heating. I messaged at 17:30 on a Friday on the hottest day of summer, got an instant response. I sent photos of the leak, we agreed a price. The next day at around 9am (on a Saturday) C.S plumbing + heating arrived, really friendly and swiftly fixed the leak. The communication, friendly service and really fair pricing is why I will recommend them to anyone who asks for recommendations
Poor communication and charged a call out despite not being able to get my boiler running again . Seemed more interested in quoting for supply and fit of a new boiler.. Used another company who got the old boiler working within 30 minutes. Not the best experience.
Safe pair of hands. Smart people and reasonable. Understand the customer and work proactively. They are in demand so bear that in mind but so far they have been outstanding!
