Every now and again you need a plumbing hero. Dan was that hero yesterday, saving the day after a lapse in concentration found me putting a screw into a heating pipe when repairing floorboards in my upstairs hall. The slight hiss….the sound of moving water…..the moment you hope you’re imagining it, the moment you realise you’re not. Stay calm. Call Dan. I turned off every stopcock I could find and of course left the screw in the pipe. By now there was no pressure in the system and thankfully there was next to no water leaving the pipe. Dan arrived in about 30 minutes and within about another 30 minutes had cut out the punctured pipe and replaced it with a new piece, soldering in to create seamless finish. Minutes later I had the flooring safely back down and put my feet up for a cup of tea before the wife came home. SuperDan will be my first port of call when I need a plumbing hero. Thank you Dan.

Would highly recommend. We called Profile Plumbers with pin hole leak behind our kitchen cabinets after being let down by our insurance company and they were able to get to us within an hour. Dan (profile plumbers) responded to our late evening emergency call out, when our hot water tank burst. Arrived with a smile on his face and made the system safe for the night. Came back at the crack of dawn the next day to replace the tank. Neat install and cleared away all waste. Emergency work is never cheap but the price charged was fair. Have used Dan again to fit a new gas hob in a kitchen refit. Great friendly plumber and have no issue recommending him.

Profile Plumbers completed a full heating system for us. He supplied and fitted a system boiler, mega flow system, wet under floor heating downstairs and all new radiators for a competitive price compared to other quotes. Highly recommend Daniel and his company.
Dan was speedy in his contact when I needed my electromax boiler serviced & subsequently the hot water gave up. We spoke in the morning & he was with me that same afternoon. He is Incredibly efficient, polite & informative in his work. He also gave very fair advice on the boilers future maintenance & followed up with us the following week to check we were still with hot water. Will be recommending Dan in the future!

I called this plumber urgently because of central heating was not working . They quickly turned up at the lunch time with a smiley face. We noticed that wireless receiver lost the thermostat sync. Ok, he reset in 2 minutes, takes a good amount of money. He said that he would come if there was a problem. At dinner time, the system went down again. I called back. He mentioned that he can only do tomorrow. I said that how we could spent the night in cold. Unfortunately, we spent the night in cold with the kids. The next morning, I texted him again, no reply. Still in cold with the kids. What a good customer service and promises? Also, the guy waiting on the other line, who takes the payment on phone, was shouting many times to me without listening anything while my questioning of the work and the cost. This is really poor communication, and poor customer confidence when we combine two together.
Pros: - Their technicians are friendly, qualified and skilled. - They changed our boiler and completed the work in one day. - The new combi boiler also obtained gas certificate. - Hot water works Cons: - Thermostats was not completed due to late delivery, so the house did not have central heating. - After 2 weeks and empty promises he didn't bother coming back to the property. Summary: It is unconscionable to leave family with no central heating. I understand people have to put food on the table but there is no need to leave a family without central heating. They are friendly and knowledgable but it doesn't make sense why they didn't complete the job.
